Manager Hwang

I was waiting for the girls to finish up with their weights training. It has been a few days since Hyerae announced her hiatus and shocked is an understatement from what the girls felt. 

The youngest's eyes were filled with tears while Eunhye was comforting her. Jaehee was quiet. She's one of the girls who bonded most with Hyerae since the two of them are roommates. Yeowool and Eunha were quiet, probably processing Hyerae's decision and how it could affect the group. The reaction that surprised me the most was Arma. Her shoulders were tensed and her eyes were closed. I thought that she didn't care that Hyerae was leaving the group but it was different. 

"How dare she leave?" those words broke the silence within the living room. I looked at her and different emotions were flashing through her eyes, anger, disappointment but it was obvious that she guilty. 

"It... It came to a surprise to us also... We... We weren't expecting that she would be leaving the group" I tried to explained slowly hoping that with Arma's temper, she wouldn't lash on me. 

"But... you just said she's just on hiatus" Heaven spoke up. Her eyes were still red and her cheeks were stained with tears. 

"Going into hiatus is a breach of contract that the heads and you girls signed" I sighed for the nth time today. The girls were not clearly close but they all knew how hard Hyerae worked hard to debut. It was obvious that they will all feel sad for her departure from the group. 

"Remind me never to eat too much again" Yeowool's voice filled the entire hallway making me chuckle. "Same unnie... Coach went crazy making us do bench presses... Are we ripping our shirts off on stage?" the girls all laughed at Jaehee's words. 

"Manager Hwang!" The girls finally noticed me due to Yeowool's loud voice. I took notice at their sweaty appearance making me pinch the bridge of my nose. "Don't you want to shower? I won't let you into the van when you're all so sweaty" 

Arma rolled her eyes at my words but decided to go to the shower first. The other girls followed her but I called out for Heaven and Eunhye so I could discuss their schedule since their bosses accepted some projects for them. 

"You two should wake up early since you two are off somewhere. Heaven will have another press conference for 'Persona' while Eunhye will be off to practice" 

"Practice what?" Eunhye asked. I looked at the two of them making sure that they'll keep it a secret first from the other girls. 

"You'll be performing with Seunghee-sshi and Jeongyeon-sshi... S.E.S' Paradise that was released a couple years ago. This is part of Music Bank's preparation for Fin K.L.'s reunion. You know to show the pioneer groups" I explained to them. Eunhye was gaping like a fish while Heaven tried to hold back her squeals. 

The entire group was a fan of S.E.S but Eunhye seems to be the dedicated one. She knows almost all the choreography to all of their songs. It wasn't only the reason why Big Hit accepted this project for her. Netizens were already naming Eunhye as one of this generation's visual. 

Everyone was already in the van. The girls used to do a headcount whenever they enter the van to make sure they are complete but with Hyerae's absence, it seems like it's going to be awhile before I would here Eunha shout 1 and Heaven ending it. Everyone was leaning comfortably at their seat so I decided this was the time to announce their schedules including Heaven's.
