Y/n's POV:

Today was Monday and we were back at school. The weekend flew by with Chanyeol having fun with his friends and me staying at home doing homework and what not, as I had no social life.

You'd think I was a nerd, but I wasn't. I was just your average girl, trying to survive high school like every other student here. The only thing that made me look forward to school was meeting my friends.... and meeting Him of course.

I had a 5-minute break before my next class and so I stopped by my locker to get my books. Opening my locker door, I spotted a note sticking out from between my books.

I took it out and read it quickly.

"Meet me at our place after school :)"

I couldn't help but smile after I read it. I folded it up and grabbed my books, just as my best friend B/f/n appeared by my side.

"Why do you look so happy?" she asked.

"Oh nothing." I said closing the door. I pulled her towards our next class.

"Let's get to class. I can't wait till school is over!"

School was finally over for the day and I couldn't get out of class fast enough. I used the long way to get to my destination trying to avoid any encounters with either my friends or my brother's.

I had told B/f/n that I was going home with Chanyeol whereas I'd told Chanyeol that I was going home with B/f/n. I didn't like lying to either of them, but I had no other choice. And it wasn't like I was doing something dangerous or anything. I was just hanging out.

I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor and walked along the corridor till the end. It was an open space, sort of like a huge balcony that was rarely used.

He was there waiting for me with his back to me. My heart raced and my feet moved faster as I almost ran to him. Hearing my footsteps, he turned around, a huge smile on his face. I ran into his arms, wanting to hold him close and never let go. It had been 2 weeks since we could spend time together and it had driven both of us crazy!

"Somebody missed me." he chuckled.

"Yes, I did. You got a problem with that?" I asked burying my face in his chest.

"No, not at all. Because I missed you too. So much!" He released me from his arms, still holding me close and looked at me.

"Oh really?" I .

"Of course!" He said with a pout. "Do you know hard it is to be so close to you and not be able to even look at you without Yeol screaming? And you're right in the next room."

He's so adorable when he whines.

"Wait. Was it you who knocked on my door? Before Sehun barged in?" I tilted my head, looking up at him.

"Yeah...", he said scratching the back of his neck.

"Chanyeol said we could go down to eat and he went to the bathroom and the others were still playing, so no one noticed me slip out the room. I knocked on your door but then I heard someone coming so I ran towards the stairs!" he whined.

"Aww, poor baby" I cooed, brushing his hair aside.

"I saw Sehun go into your room. Why does he get to go to your room?!!"

I couldn't help but laugh. He was too cute.

"What are you laughing at? This is serious! And what is going on between you and that brat?? Why is he always around you, hugging you and being all clingy? Are you cheating on me??" he asked, raising one eyebrow.

"Well...." I said jokingly. His eyes widened in shock.

"I'm kidding. I'm kidding." I said trying to calm him down.

He turned away from me, acting hurt.

"Dae..." I tugged on his arm, calling him the nickname I had kept for him.

"Dae... look at me... Please... I'm sorry. I was only kidding. Oh, come on, you troll me all the time! And you know I would never cheat on you. Besides Sehun does all that just to irritate Chanyeol!!" I said trying to make a sad face.

Jongdae finally turned to me, a small smile creeping onto his face.

"Whatever!" he said and we both laughed.

I love his smile. It was one of the first things I'd noticed about him, well when we were kids of course. Back then he would bully me and play tricks on me a lot. But he was caring too. And he, and the others, would protect me whenever Chanyeol wasn't around.

I don't think I realized when I started to have feelings for him. I didn't have a crush on him. I just never saw him in that way. I guess it all changed as we grew up.

We'd spend a quite a bit of time together because he was friends with my brother and came over to my house a lot. We'd talk about all sorts of things and we had some things in common.

I never realized when we became so close. Sure, he acts like a playboy sometimes and is such a troll, but he has another side that not a lot of people know about. His humble, caring side which made me fall for him.

One thing led to another and one day he confessed he had feelings for me. I wasn't sure about it at first and told him the same. He was completely understanding about it and didn't pressure me in anyway.

After a while, I couldn't deny that things had changed between us and accepted my feelings for him. This was 4 months ago and let me tell you, it hasn't been easy.

We barely could meet each other outside of school, let alone go on dates. Meeting in school wasn't a walk in the park either; either classes or friends would keep us apart.

It felt like we were in a long-distance relationship, always texting or talking on the phone. The one thing that bothered me was that we had to keep it a secret from Chanyeol.

No matter how much we irritate each other, he's still my brother and we never keep secrets from each other.

I was ready to tell Chanyeol, but Jongdae was scared. He knew the outcome wouldn't be good. He had indirectly tried to talk to Chanyeol about me dating someone, but any mention of me and dating in the same sentence and Chanyeol would get fired up.

Their friendship meant everything to him and he didn't want to risk it. He promised we would tell Chanyeol and the others soon and I trusted him. So, I didn't bother him about it.

"What are you looking at?" He said smirking at me. I felt my cheeks heat up. I shook my head and tried to cover my face with my hair.

"Aww, don't hide from me." He held my chin and made me look at him.

"You're so cute when you blush." He said brushing my hair aside.

"Dae... stop it."

"So, I don't have to worry about you and Sehun?"

"Of course, you don't! Why would you even think that? I would never...." My ramblings were cut short by his lips.

"I believe you." He whispered sending a shiver down my spine. His lips met mine once again and I was completely lost in the moment.

NO ONE'S POV:

Chanyeol met his friends at the school entrance.

"Where's Jongdae?" he asked searching for the friend he needed the most now.

"Obviously he's not here." Baekhyun said.

"Well, where did he go then?" Chanyeol looked at his friends desperately.

"He said something about ... seeing a girl maybe." Kyungsoo spoke up. "Why? What's wrong?"

"Ahh, he's probably hooking up with someone." Baekhyun said with a smirk.

"We have that stupid Math test tomorrow and Jongdae has my notes." Chanyeol said brushing his hand through his hair, something he does when he's frustrated.

"He's probably at the fourth-floor corridor. You know that open space at the end." Sehun said.

"Aha!! He's definitely hooking up!" Baekhyun mused.

"Well then you guys go ahead. I'll catch up with you later." Chanyeol said turning towards the school building.

"Wait, you're seriously going up there? He'll be pretty angry if you interrupt him. Just saying." said Baekhyun.

"I have no other choice. I can't fail tomorrows test!!" Chanyeol said as he ran inside the building.

Normally Chanyeol wouldn't be that bothered about tests. But this time his grades weren't good. Also, this was a pretty important test. He didn't want to fail and then face the wrath of his parents. He didn't want to disturb Jongdae but he needed that book. He hoped that Jongdae wouldn't be too mad.

He finally reached the fourth floor and ran towards the end. He rounded the corner, thinking  of ways to apologize to Jongdae when he was met with a shocking sight; Jongdae was kissing Chanyeol's sister!!
