An opportunity.  

Yewon somehow broke her Samsung Galaxy S7. It's funny because out of all people, she went to me for help and left her phone with me even after I said that I know nothing about technology. Plus I use an iPhone? 

I tapped the home button of her phone and it unlocked, immediately an error message popped up saying, "An error occurred opening this application." I tapped the "Ok" it showed and a few seconds later the error messaged showed up again. I guess that's the problem. 

I reach out to my own phone and messaged Yuju, maybe she knows what to do.  

YR: Yah, do you know how to work a Samsung phone? 

YJ: Don't you use an iPhone, Unnie? 
YR: I do, but Yewon broke her phone and she asked me for help... I don't even know why she thought of that. 

YJ: Well, you're out of luck, Unnie. Cus I don't know anything either. 

YR: …I guess I'll have to google it then, even though Yewon could've done that herself.  

YJ: Ah! Unnie! I know someone who knows these kinds of stuff pretty well. 

YR: Who? I'm not really up to meeting anyone at the moment. 

YJ: Sinb, you live in the same dorm floor as her. Try asking around, she's pretty known for these things. 

YR: Alright... I think Yewon just wants to annoy me by making me do these things. That kid. -_- 

YJ: You'll thank her later. 

YR: Um, she'll be thanking ME. I'll get going now, thanks weirdo. 

YJ: -_- Have fun. 

-3rd person-  

Yerin only sat mum with thoughts swarming her mind. Sinb, she thought. Who could she be? She tapped out of Yuju's chat and decided to ask her roommate, Sojung, who was probably out with her girlfriend, Eunha. 

YR: Yah, do you know anyone named Sinb that lives in our dorm floor? 

SW: Yeah, her room is 4 doors down ours. Why? Did you break your laptop? 

YR: No, Yewon broke her phone and asked me for help. -_- 

SW: Weird, well I gotta run! Eunha wants to make out. 

YR: Ew, gross. Spare the details, will you?  

SW: You're welcome and have fun 

YR: Why does everyone keep asking me to have fun? 

SW: *read* 

Yerin sighed and stood up from her bed. Today was supposed to be her rest day and by rest, she means by lying in bed all day and sleep. But of course, Yewon would not let her do that. 

Since she didn't feel like dressing up, she decided to change from her pajamas into a pair of sweatpants and a big comfy yellow hoodie. The color choice might throw people off but she couldn't care less, but she hoped Sinb wouldn't mind, whoever she was. 

4 doors down... Yerin whispered to herself. After locking her own dorm room door, she took a right and walked her way to the fourth door after hers. She knocked on the door a couple of times and waited. 

The door opened.

With flustered hearts, they both just kind of stared at each other for a solid 5 minutes before Yerin noticed that Sinb  her lips and ventured her eyes elsewhere.  

"H-hey I hope I'm not bothering you- but my friend's phone is- kinda- broken- and I don't know why she asked me for help because I know nothing about these things but- um- if it's possible- I hope you can help me but if you can't that's perfectly fine too I'll leave you alone you're probably busy right now thank you anyways"  

All Yerin wanted to do right now is turn around and run away from this embarrassing situation she's in, and that's what she was about to do until Sinb muttered something.  

"Um... I'm not busy and sure... do you want to come in?"  

It was barely audible but in the pin drop silence they were in, Yerin's heartbeat raised higher than it should and now all the blood flowed into her pale white cheeks, that are now bright pink. 

Sinb opened the door wider and stepped aside so Yerin could enter. Yerin's eyes met Sinb's and the world stopped for the both of them again. That gut feeling that Sinb was feeling at the moment felt very unfamiliar because most of the time nothing could ever phase her, except for Jung Yerin, of course. 

Yerin realized that she made Sinb wait and whispered a small sorry after breaking their intimate eye contact and quickly made her way inside of Sinb's dorm room.  

The room was similar to hers, the boring grey walls never failed to make Yerin wanting to poke her eyes out because it was so boring. Nonetheless, she could immediately guess which side of the room is Sinb's.  

"Do you want anything to drink or eat?" Sinb asked, voice a little clearer now. She actually can't believe that she spoke up with some volume, especially in front of Jung Yerin. 

"Do you have banana milk?" Yerin shamelessly asked with a wide smile that she managed to form whilst trying to control her anxious self. Sinb only blankly blinked at her before opening her mini fridge and took out two bottles of banana milk. She silently thanked her roommate for always restocking. 

Sinb handed a bottle to Yerin and placed her bottle on her study table. Yerin noticed that Sinb's study table is neat and was filled with all sorts of gadgets. Silence filled the room and Yerin being her, she smacked her own forehead and scolded herself for forgetting the main reason she's here. That caught Sinb off guard but she couldn't help but smile to herself at how cute Yerin is, especially in that big yellow hoodie of hers. 

Yerin took out Yewon's phone from the front pocket of her hoodie and unlocked it, the error messaged popped up and she handed the phone to Sinb who took the phone out of her hand. Sinb furrowed her eyebrows at the message and focused her attention onto Yewon's phone, while Yerin decided to take her time and admire Sinb. 

Yerin really couldn't believe that she's in Sinb's dorm room, and the fact that it was only 4 doors down hers.  

Yerin also couldn't believe how stunning Sinb is.  

Sinb's hair was tied in a low ponytail and like always, she was wearing one of her hoodies. Today Sinb was wearing her dark red hoodie and if Yerin imagined it right, their hoodie colors matched too well as if they planned it, like a couple.  

Yerin studied Sinb's face, from her furrowed eyebrows, down to her beautiful brown orbs and long eyelashes, then it came to her perfectly sculptured nose, is that even real? Yerin thought. Sinb's puffy cheeks that had a tint shade of pink was too cute that all Yerin wanted to do is pinch them. Now her eyes are focused on Sinb's lips, oh those lips. Yerin thought again. And just when Yerin's heart calmed down a little, that's when Sinb decided to stick out a little bit of her tongue. Wide eyed, Yerin shifted her eyes elsewhere and nervously played her small bottle of banana milk. 

Sinb looks up from Yewon's phone and sees a flustered Yerin in front of her, with her head down on the ground and hands holding the banana milk she gave her. Sinb couldn't help but smile at the sight of Yerin in that big yellow hoodie that she pulled off so well.  

"This isn't going to take long but I hope you don't mind waiting a little." Sinb informed. Yerin looked up and her eyes met Sinb's pair with a smile, smiles. Sinb felt that gut feeling again, and this time she felt her heart melt too. 

"It's okay, I can wait." Yerin replied and made herself at home by plotting herself down on Sinb's bed. 

And she waited.
