[CONTENTID1] Chapter TWENTY THREE [/CONTENTID1]

The opposite of what he imagined, Momo didn’t welcome him with open arms, she pushed him away from her, luckily he held into the table that was behind him as a support, staring at her with sad eyes.

“Why you are here?” she said in a low voice afraid that some men are waiting for them outside

“I recognized my mistake, I am ready to fix it and redeem what I've done” he explained walking slowly toward her

She laughed mockingly and crossed her arms up to her chest “After what? After you broke my heart and stepped on it like it was nothing to you?”

He yelped and become loss of words

“Momo, jiyong is a bad guy, he is dangerous”

“Bad guy? At least he is taking care of daeun very well! This is making me blind about all the bad things he did! Unlike you! You even used my shop to white wash your money! ” she stated making him yelp, he didn’t know that she already knew about it “And because of a piece of paper you kicked me out of the mansion with your own daughter! ”

“But not out of here” he said touching his heart, but no, this didn’t affect her at all

“But you broke mine” she stated

Boldly he stood in front of her, so close, he held her hand and put it on his heart

“Can you feel it?” he asked while looking at her eyes, with the same stare he used to look at, she blinked multiple time, trying to shove away the thoughts that were coming to her mind, forgetting about her heart that was beating so fast in her chest, while her hand was over his throbbing heart.

“Can you feel it? Hm?” he asked again, waiting for an answer, but she kept looking at his eyes, the eyes that will always melt her.

Meanwhile

Chaeyoung was running around, searching in every room, looking for mina but he found nothing… The masked men are keeping the guests as hostiles while he was underground, he arrived at the corridor where he found 2 men, the two men that jeongyeon knocked them out, he pulled out his gun and walked slowly towards them, until he found a guy in the end of the corridor making him hide behind the wall, the person looked familiar… so familiar. It was non-other than jiyong.

Chaeyoung gritted his teeth, jiyong was walking toward him until chaeyoung stepped out and stood in front of him, few meters separate them

“Who are you?” jiyong yelled, chaeyoung smiled and unclipped his mask and threw it on the floor

Jiyong lips parted as he yelped in fear

“The guy you tried to kill, but miserably failed”

Jiyong smirked and ticked his hands in his pockets “I think I have to kill you more than once then”

Chaeyoung shrugged his shoulder “wan to try?”

“I am busy at the moment, but I will make sure to kill you soon”

Chaeyoung laughed as he walked slowly and coldly towards the black haired guy, he put his gun in his pants as they faced each other, glaring into each other’s eyes… stares, full of hatred and nastiness.

“You have something I own” said chaeyoung in a low-rough voice

“Let me guess?” jiyong said and looked away faking that he is in a deep thought “Mina?” he said

Chaeyoung couldn’t hold himself, he grabbed jiyong’s collar and pulled him closer “I swear your end will be on my hands!” he raged while all jiyong did was, laugh.

Momo was still trapped in jeongyeon’s eyes, she wasn’t able to look away… she was afraid to get soft, she was afraid that she will forget about her hurt and just run away with him, but no, she pushed him away again and left the small room, not knowing that jiyong and chaeyoung were near it, she gasped when she saw chaeyoung in front of her as she thought he was dead, long time ago, the latter left jiyong and looked at her with a slight smile, making jiyong turn around

“Momo” he said

The latter yelped and looked at the door afraid that jeongyeon will come out, and he did.

Jiyong frowned and his expression changed as soon he saw the tall man.

“What are you doing here?” he hollered walking towards him, but jeongyeon was calm, standing behind momo he tucked his hands in the pant’s pockets.  

“Surpriiiise” he teased, jiyong walked faster and wanted to punch jeongyeon but got stopped by baekhyun who just arrived at their location and from chaeyoung.

Jeongyeon kept staring at momo who was nervous, she looked at his eyes and he wanted to send the safety to her as much as possible “It’s okay” he mouthed to her while she looked away.

After jiyong freed himself from the two guys grips he held momo’s hand and pulled her to him, jeongyeon looked at the scene in front of him and lightly bit his lower lip in anger.

“since my baby is here now, shall we go sweetie?” said jiyong while looking at momo, the latter faked a smile and nodded “nae”

As soon they turned their back

“I will take what’s mine from you! Be ready” jeongyeon yelled making jiyong hold momo’s hand tightly while the latter yelped and didn’t dare to look at jeongyeon who’s eyes didn’t left her for a while.

“What we will do now hyung?” baekhyun asked

“Jeongyeon?” chaeyoung added, as the older guy kept staring at them leaving

“This” he said taking out his phone where there showed a map with red point on it

“Is that?”

“Momo?” chaeyoung added

“Positive” jeongyeon smiled and winked at them “Let’s go, we have someone to follow”

What momo didn’t know is that jeongyeon put a tracking chip inside her purse, ready to follow them and take what is his.

He didn’t lie about that, he followed them in his car, until they reached the highway

“WHAT WERE YOU DOING WITH HIM??” jiyong hollered in the car

“First don’t raise your voice on me!” momo warned him “second where is daeun?”

“with mina in the mansion” he said in a low voice because momo has that power on him. “What were you doing with him?” he said while looking at her

“The two guys you sent me with were about to kidnap me or something, he saved me”

“Saved you? Saved you? Haha!” he laughed and momo was only staring at his creepy laugh

“Sir, sorry but ma’am is right, we took the guys and they were about to kidnap her” taeyang interrupted their conversation earning a glare from the black haired guy

“I can’t believe now that I ow something to that guy”

“Ow?” momo asked confusingly

“He saved you, anyway, you can’t leave the house from now on you or mina.” he ordered

“Excuse me? Why?”

“until jeongyeon and chaeyoung-“

“WHO?” taeyang yelled from the passenger seat

“Chae Young! He is alive, I thought you got rid of him!”

“I did!” he snapped “Leave it on me sir, leave it on me” he said in a low voice

“Of course I will, he is all yours”

“You will kill him?” momo panicked

“I hate that guy” jiyong said coldly

“but mina-“ she said in a low voice

“that’s the main reason ma’am” taeyang said as he looked at her through the mirror

“Shut it taeyang!!” jiyong warned

Momo looked at jiyong in fear

“Stay away from the two guys, or you know what I’ll do, you are mine”

“nae don’t worry about that” she said and smiled at him making his heart flutter and weak.

They arrived at the mansion, mina was waiting for them by the front door, where taeyang saw her and his heart almost came
