Part 3

Take Care Of You

One Month Later

“Noona,” Seungcheol calls for my attention at the other end of the bar, “You’re cut!” I frown at his words, glancing at the clock on the register I see that it is only 10.

“Not yet kid! I have two hours left!” I snap back with a pout and continue serving the customers at the bar. There are plenty of people to serve and with there being only three bartenders for the whole restaurant we are pretty busy. Jun chuckles next to me when Wonwoo, another bartender, joins us from the back. “What the hell?” I whine.

“You are being set free, enjoy the rest of your night off,” Jun encourages, pushing me towards the kitchen where my things are.

“No! I have been getting really good tips tonight, I’m on a roll.”

Seungcheol glares at me with his hands on his hip, “Our heads are going to roll if we don’t get you out of here.”

Realization dawns upon me, prompting me to scan the restaurant and spot the cat eyed man sitting in a far booth with his brows raised. I puff my cheeks and pout at him but he just taps on his watch, a silent signal between us. “This is so unfair.”

“Take that up with him,” Wonwoo kicks me into the kitchen where I open my personal locker and grab my jacket and purse. I shuffle into the dinning room straight to Minseok’s table, which has now gained some delicious looking food. I’m grinning ear to ear as I sit down and look to him with begging eyes. He pushes the plates towards me, urging me to eat.

“What did we talk about last week?” He reminds me when I’ve scarfed down about 1/3 of the food.

I sigh, “I know, I know.”

“Apparently you don’t,” He snaps quietly. His face and voice soften when I slouch in the booth, “You shouldn’t do this to yourself. Working twelve hour days with little or no food is not good for you.”

“Oppa-“

“I feel bad that I have to tell you this everyday. Please tell me what I can do to help you so you don’t over work yourself like this constantly.”

Now I just feel guilty. I hate making Minseok worry but I can’t stop working regardless of how my bills have lightened. The amazing man in front of me has done so much it sometimes almost brings me to tears, but I won’t tell him that. After the first time he ever came over to my place in Oppa mode, glaring every single person we saw down until they won’t even look in our direction. He got me a better bed after he slept over once and decided mine was absolute trash, not that he is wrong, along with new sheets and blankets. Things like that are what I love so much about him. He does try to buy me actual gifts, clothes, jewelry, accessories, but after I kept turning them down he settled for things in my normal life that just needed some updating. So now he is only allowed to buy me things I actually need, like dinner, or a new pair of work shoes after my other ones got ruined.

With him spoiling me he asks me why I don’t start lessening my hours at my jobs, I don’t know how to tell him that I’m saving up for when he decides that I’m not worth his time or money, when he finds someone better than me, what he really deserves. I just tell him I enjoy the long hours and the fast pace life, which isn’t a lie but I would much rather be snuggled back in his apartment with him.

I take one of his hands in both of mine and smile at him, “Absolutely nothing more. You are already doing way too much for me. How about I call into work tomorrow morning and we just lay in bed for awhile?” I offer hopping to get rid of his distress.

But there is hesitance on his face, “Um.”

I pull my hands back slowly, “Or not?”

“Sweet girl,” He catches my hands before they can really get away, “I’m going out of town early tomorrow morning.”

That doesn’t calm the uneasiness in my chest, “Okay? Are you not coming back or something? How long are you going to be gone?” My panic must seep into my voice because the next thing I know his has me in his arms, my head tucked under his chin. I just can’t hide my fear of him leaving me, I know we have only been seeing each other for a month but Minseok does something to me, I can’t imagine going back to my life without him.

“I will be back in three days, do not worry, I will always come back for you,” He shushes me softly.

“Than why are you acting so cryptic?”

“Because I don’t know how you will react to my request,” He takes a deep breath as he leans back to look me in the eye. “I want you to stay at my place while I’m out of town.”

“Oppa-“

He cuts me off before I even have the chance to counter, “You know I don’t like the area you live in, it’s dangerous, and that isn’t just me speaking, it’s actual statistics. So please stay at my place for a few days, it won’t be the first time you’ve been there for a few days straight. I know I won’t be able to sleep at night knowing you are in that dangerous place without me near by to come if you need help.”

“Thank you for being so worried but how would I get to work? It would be even more dangerous for me to try and take a taxi or the train to work at 5:30 in the morning.”

“I thought about that and found you a ride,” he offers hopefully.

“Who?” I can’t imagine who he would force to me to and from work at that god forsaken hour. After Kris had come up and checked me out at the bar that night I haven’t spoken to or seen any of Minseok’s friends. I didn’t get a good look at any of them except for the blonde giant and Minseok seemed to want to keep it that way.

As if on cue a tall man, that is not Kris, slides into our booth on the other side of Minseok. There is a giant grin on his face that warms my heart, he appears to be almost childish, even with his height and his slicked back hair. “Me.”

Minseok glares at him over his shoulder but introduces us anyway, “Eunsoo, meet Park Chanyeol, he will be taking care of you while I’m out of town.”

“Call me Chanyeol oppa,” He offers in a deep voice that contrasts his soft features. He bows his head slightly, I return the action.

“Oppa, is this really necessary?” I look to Minseok with pleading eyes.

“Do you want Oppa to be up all night worrying about you? I won’t get any sleep, I won’t be able to eat, I’ll just be constantly worried about your safety, and your eating habits.”

I groan, “Okay, okay, I’ll stay at your place. But I’m sure Chanyeol oppa has better things to be doing than watching me.”

The giant shakes his head, “I have all the time in the world. Plus it won’t just be me, if something important happens any of the others could step in. Don’t worry though, they are all nice. Except Soo, he is kind of an . Kris hyung may just hit on you, Kai too.”

I find myself chuckling, “Why is he allowed to call him Soo when you are the oldest and he threats to murder you?” I ask Minseok through my chuckles. Even though he hasn’t let me meet his friends I have heard plenty of stories.

Minseok scoffs, “Because Kyungsoo isn’t here to threaten him. He usually gets some kind of punishment, Yeol is Kyungsoo’s favorite victim.”

“Like I said he’s an . What’s even worse than his hitting is when you piss him off to the point where he can’t even get himself to move. He’ll just glare at you with his big eyes,” Chanyeol pauses to imitate the, apparently, large eyed man.

Again I find myself laughing at the giant’s antics.

“So I take it that this is okay?” Minseok mumbles hopefully.

I nod, “I’ll do it. So, Do I just text him when I’m ready to go or what?”

“I’ll be outside tomorrow morning at 5:40,” Chanyeol responds.

“How long are you going to be gone again?”

Minseok sighs and wraps his arm around my shoulders again, tucking me into his side, “Three days, three very long, excruciating days.”

“Aren’t you two cute,” Chanyeol hums as he stares at us with drooping lids.

“You can go now,” The older shoos him away.

“Yes sir,” He hops out of the booth, “You have a good night Boss and little Miss,” With that he is gone.

“Do you really think I need a babysitter?” I ask when the man is out the door.

“Do you really think I would bring my friends into this if I didn’t?”

“Fair point I guess. Now are you going to take me home or what? I’m really tired,” I add with a yawn.

“Of course, lets go.”

He escorts me out, his arms still around my shoulders, I wave goodbye to the hostess and the boys at the bar before leaving. Minseok’s car is, of course, parked right in front of the restaurant, he opens the passengers side door for me before climbing in on his won side. I hum along to the song on the radio, mindlessly tap my fingers on my legs to the beat, the car is silent other that for that. It’s a comfortable silence, something I’ve grown used to. Minseok isn’t much of a talker and when I feel like I’ve talked his ear off enough we are left with nothing but silence. He always asks me about my day, I tell him in detail about all the things I loved and all the people I hated. He would snicker and chime in here and there but when I would ask the same question in return he seems to have lost his ability to form full sentences.

We pull into the underground garage, after he parks he lets me out of the car and leads me to the elevator. The minute we are in the apartment I start sheading my annoying work clothes for something more comfortable, by that I mean something of his. A gray supreme sweatshirt is my first choice, being one of his favorite sweatshirts it never fails to smell of his delicious cologne. I come out of his room to find him lounging on the couch watching TV, still in his suit. The moment I plop down next to him, the clingy man curls around me, holding me close to his chest. He manages to lay me down and position himself on top of me, his head resting on my chest. My fingers card threw his caramel colored hair, pushing it out of his face.

“What time are you leaving?” I hum when he is completely comfortable.

He groans as he forgets about watching TV and tucks his face in the crook of my neck, “Four.”

I grimace, “That’s even early for me. Where will you be going?”

“Some of my friends are having trouble with their Chinese acquaintances and need me to help with the negotiations.”

“I never thought you would be the mediator type,” I chuckle.

He peeks up at me with a quirked brow, “I am a very persuasive man.”

“Very true.”

……………………

My alarm screams at me. My morning already seems dull with the cold spot next to me. I vaguely remember Minseok peppering my face with kisses and whispering lots of I’ll miss yous, but that doesn’t help the hollow feeling in my chest. I climb out of bed and quickly throw on my clothes, not really caring about what I look like. It only takes me five minutes to be standing outside on the stoop, my bag filled with makeup and my other uniform, on my shoulder. Chanyeol is already outside, he pulls up in a bright red Ferrari. Like Minseok he gets out of the car and opens my door like a gentleman.

“Thank you for doing this. I don’t imagine it was easy to get out of the bed this morning,” I mumble as I put on my seat belt but the moment I actually look at him I realize, “You probably haven’t slept yet, have you?”

The giant chuckles, “How could you tell?”

“Well most men don’t dress like that this early,” I gesture to his black ripped jeans and dark blue silk shirt that seems to have gotten untucked in a few areas. “Did you have fun night?” I muse.

“Very good, though I imagine you and Hyung had an even better one,” He wiggles a brow at me.

“It was very amazing, quiet domestic, but you seem like your night would be a bit more exciting.”

“Wow, I would never imagine Minseok hyung to be domestic.”

“How do you imagine him to be?”

He clicks his tongue, “I’m not interested in getting myself into trouble this early in our friendship, I’ll let you figure that one out on your own.” He cracks a few jokes on the drive, I crack a few back, the conversation is light and fun. When we pull up to my work I grab my bag and the door handle, he offers me a small lunch box, I quirk an eyebrow up at him. “You’ve been spending too much time with Hyung, it’s creepy how much you do it like him.”

I chuckle, “What is this?” I wave the six-inch tall penguin bento box at him.

“Breakfast, I’m assuming you haven’t eaten?”

I sigh, “You would be right but did you really make this?”

“Of course not! Soo did, that’s his part in all of this, to make sure you are fed. Now make sure to eat it all, he will know if you don’t and so will Hyung.”

“Thank you, and thank Soo oppa for me.”

He winks, “Sure will. See you at two!” I climb out of the car and wave when I reach the door, signaling him I’m safe but when he rolls the car window down he raises his brows expectantly. Like Minseok, he is waiting until I go inside, I shake my head but turn to unlock the door. Just as the lock clicks someone grabs my shoulder and spins me around. My first reaction is to punch randomly, hitting a firm chest on my first try.

“Holy Noona,” Hanbin chokes out, clutching his chest to try and breath again.

“Hanbin-ah! I’m so sorry!” I apologize quickly, reaching my hand out to pat his back only to have him be pushed pass me and slammed against the heavy wooden door.

“What the hell?” The younger boy whines. Chanyeol is there pining him against the door with his hands hind his back and Chanyeol’s forearm pressed to the back of his neck.

“Oppa, it’s okay!” I place my hands on his arm and try to pull him away.

“Who the hell is this guy and why is he sneaking up on you?” The giant snarls with a surprisingly threatening voice. His face is contoured in away I almost can’t recognize him as the smiling giant in the car a few moments ago.

“He is my coworker, he must be late, he is the person I’m coming to help bake,” I try to keep my voice soft, I’m more concerned than angry at the moment.

“Are you sure?” He looks to me with an intense gaze.

“Yes, I’m sure he was just trying to make me jump. Now please let him go.”

He gives Hanbin one finale glare before pushing away and taking a few steps back. Hanbin spins around to return the glare but once he sizes Chanyeol up his glare falters.

“Who are you?” The younger mumbles softly.

When Chanyeol makes no sign of responding I offer a little explanation, “This is my boyfriend’s friend. He is looking after me and giving me rides to work while Minseok oppa is out of town.”

“And the whole attacking me thing?”

“You looked like a creep,” I explain simply, looking to Chanyeol for conformation. He nods.

Hanbin grumbles, “Can we get to work now?”

“Yes,” I unlock the doors and wave him inside before turning back to Chanyeol. “As much as I appreciate the protection, please don’t just jump everyone who approaches me.”

“What would Hyung have done? Just let the kid scare you?”

“No,” I chuckle because something like this has happened a few times since I’ve been dating Minseok. “He comes up and glares them into submission. You’ve got your height on your side so you have a larger physical presence, please use that next time first before jumping someone.”

He nods, that playful smile returning to his face, “I think I can do that.”

“Thank you again, now go get some sleep.”

He sighs, “Alright but if that boy tries anything just let me know.”

“Yes, of course, now go.”

“Two! Hyung said you can’t stay any later!”

“Go!” I kick him away, the pouting man stumbles down the walkway. He climbs back into his car as I slip inside, locking the door behind me. I join a grumpy Hanbin inside and ignore his snappy comments. We go through our normal routine, turning on the ovens, the heating well, and the necessary lights. Our morning flies by, at seven I’m opening the front gates and pulling out our specials menu. The staff is inside, Chanwoo, Bobby, June, and Donghyuk, have their sections set up, ready to go. I seat the early morning guests, talking casually with our regulars, doing my usual day. At ten we hit a bit of a lull, some of the boys take their breaks, I’m about to join them in the back when two very attractive men come in. One beams at me while the other’s face doesn’t move at all.

“Good morning! Welcome to Lala’s teahouse, is it just you two?” I ask as I reach for menus.

“Well we would like if you joined us,” The tan man grins with an eyebrow raised.

I continue giving my usual polite smile, “Thank you for the offer but I’m good.”

“Come on, I know you didn’t eat most of your breakfast, Hyung wouldn’t be happy to hear that, would he?”

My eyebrows shoot up, “How did you know?”

He chuckles, resting an elbow on my host stand, “Kyungsoo hyung’s sixth sense told him and you just confirmed it. Now, come on, take us to the best spot and have a snack with us.”

“Who even are you?”

“Kai oppa and Sehun oppa.”

I click my tongue, “Chanyeol oppa, warned me about you.”

“Of course he did.”

I pick up two menus and them to the farthest table back, away from all the guests, and sit them down. “Channie,” I call over my shoulder as I sit down on the little cushion across from them.

The giant boy rushes over, “Yes Noona?”

“I’ll be back here or in the kitchen if you guys need something, I’m going to be on my break.”

Kai smirks at him but there is a deadly look in his eyes, “You’ll be fine on your own for twenty minutes, got it?”

Chanwoo nods, looking absolutely terrified as he rushes off. I raise a brow at him, “Was that necessary?”

“What would you like to eat today?” He hums as if that didn’t just happen. He rambles on about things on the menu that seem delicious, asking for suggestions and recommendations. The other man, Sehun, just stares out the window, completely uninterested in both Kai and I even as the tan man speaks directly to him.

“I’ll be back with a few of the things you thought looked good, okay?” I stand up with a sigh. The tan man nods with a cute smile, he makes me think of a little puppy, not that I would actually believe that for even a second. Just looking at him I know he is nothing but wolf in sheep’s clothing. The pale man in between Kai and the window at least shows his true self, the cold hearted type, or maybe I’m just judging him too quick. In the kitchen as I make up a few plates Hanbin rambles on about something but I don’t listen.

I wonder if that is how people see Minseok. In the moments I see him out of the corner of my eye, the moments he doesn’t know I’m looking, he looks just as cold as Sehun, I would say he is much more terrifying than the pale man. I gather my plates and carry them out, my arms covered in delicious treats, and join the two men back in the dinning room. I set everything down, ignoring Kai’s eagerness to jump and help me, and rush back to the kitchen for some drinks. When I return this time I find Sehun’s eyes flashing to me once then quickly returning when he notices what is in my hand.

“Bubble tea?” His voice is a bit higher than I expected but there is huskiness to it.

I find myself chuckling at his wide happy eyes, “Yes, bubble tea, I take it you are a fan of it?”

He just nods as I set the plastic cups on the table, pushing two of them their way, leaving the banana one for me. “I didn’t see this on the menu,” Kai hums as he takes a few sips. “This is delicious!”

“It’s something we are going to start testing out soon since it has become so popular. I’m the only one who knows how to make it so you are the first to try it here.”

“Are you going to have to train the others?”

I’m not expecting that question but I answer anyway, “Yep, I’m the person in charge of training in every area.”

He hums, “Does that mean you are going to have to work a little more?”

I nod as I sip my drink.

“Hyung isn’t going to be happy with that,” Kai mumbles as him and Sehun share a look.

“Tell me something I don’t know. I’m hoping I can do a bit of it in these three days that he is gone but for that to happen-“

“Absolutely not,” Kai says without even letting me finish. His face doesn’t shift with his harsh tone, I stare at his cute expression as he eats the treats I brought. Sehun is doing the same, they both appear so child like as they eat, munching happily. I sigh as I run my fingers through my hair.

“Are you going to eat?” Sehun wonders after I had been staring at them for a few minutes.

I snap out of my daze and nod, picking up my chop sticks I lift the small dessert to my mouth. Sehun is watching me now. I look down at the food, trying my best to ignore the handsome man but when I feel another pair of eyes on me I look back up. Both Sehun and Kai are staring now. Watching as I lift each treat to my mouth.

“Do you really have to stare?”

“I’m just now realizing why Hyung worries so often about you.” Kai answers leaning back to rest on his hands.

My brows go up, “He tells you he worries about me?”

“It’s not like he sits there and tells us his many concerns, just after we finish some… difficult work he will pause and say, ‘I wonder if Soo has eaten yet.’ Or he tries to convince himself that you are okay, that he doesn’t need to worry if you are safe but then he hops in his car and drives off to find you to make sure.”

I frown, “Does he really do that?”

The two boys nod.

“Why does seeing me make you understand?”

“Because you are zoning out while sitting across from two shady looking men you just met. Not to mention how you can manage to avoid eating, you are like a stick!”

“You are my oppa’s friends, I feel like I should be able to trust you,” I answer surprisingly meek.

Sehun sighs, “You can, it’s just-”

“Nevermind,” Kai interjects, jumping to his feet. “We got you to sit down and eat something, our job here is done!”

Sehun looks unsure at first but stands along side his friend. I follow suit, “Thank you for coming in, will I be seeing you guys again?”

“Do you work tomorrow?”

I shake my head, “Not here, I have the morning off.”

Kai hums, “Maybe we will swing by Hyung’s for some lunch, we’ll see if any problems pop up.”

“What kind of problems?” I ask without a thought.

Sehun chuckles, “Nothing we can’t handle, that is all you need to know. Lets go Hyung.” The two men leave. I sigh as I pick up the plates, pausing briefly to wonder what they could possibly mean. I guess normal problems could pop up in an office but I can’t seem to imagine those two boys in an office setting. I shrug the idea away and clean up the table.

It’s better not to over think everything, I’ll start getting crazy ideas.

…………..

“How are you doing tonight Oppa?” I chuckle at the sight of the giant stumbling in, obviously having had a little too much to drink. “Please tell me you haven’t been driving,” I grimace at the idea.

“No worries Love,” A pretty man coos as he comes in behind the giant, “I have been watching him all night.”

I find myself laughing again, “My babysitter has a babysitter?”

The pretty man sighs, “Sadly yes, I’ll be driving you both home tonight.”

“Soo!” Chanyeol yells excitedly as he just realizes my existence in the restaurants waiting area. “You have been working all day!”

“Yes Oppa, I have, now I would like to go home, come on!” I offer an arm to the man, he happily accepts it and basically drags me along.

“Sorry about him, I tried to take him home earlier but he wouldn’t listen when I tried to get him out of the car,” Pretty boy apologizes.

“It’s okay,” I shake my head when Pretty boy opens the door to, yet another, lavish car. This one thankfully has a backseat that we manage to stuff Chanyeol into.

With him in the back the man has me slide in the front seat before closing the door and climbing in on the drivers seat. “I’m Eunsoo,” I hold out a hand to him with a small smile.

“Jongdae,” The man responds with a hand shake.

“So, how did you get stuck taking care of the two of us?”

He chuckles, “Well lets see, Kai, Tao, and Sehun are just as wasted and had to be taken home by Suho. Baek is MIA at the moment for work, so are the oldest three along with Yixing, and it’s past ten so Kyungsoo won’t leave the house unless it’s official work business so that just leaves me.”

“That is a lot of people to remember,” I try to run through the names but they are already out of my head.

“Well as long as you remember me and the big guy, you’ll be good. The rest won’t be popping up at all.”

“Well Sehun and Kai oppa showed up to work this morning.”

He clicks his tongue, “Those little s were supposed to be working.”

“So who actually has permission to look after me?”

“Just Chanyeol and I. I just got cleared to do it because of this one’s up,” He throws his thumb in the direction of the man passed out in the back.

“I bet Oppa was happy to hear about that.”

Jongdae cringes, “Yeol is going to be murdered. I do not envy him what so ever.”

We arrive at the apartment in no time, Jongdae offers to walk me up but I decline and decide to call Minseok on my way up in the elevator. It only rings twice before he answers, “Hello.” His tone isn’t necessarily cold, it just lacks any hint of it’s usually happiness.

“Did I catch you at a bad time?” I hesitantly mumble into the phone.

“Oh no Soo!” His tone quickly shifts to the one that I know and love, “Sorry I was talking to an associate.”

“No need to apologize, I just wanted to talk and let you know I am safe in your apartment. Door is locked and I am getting ready for bed. You go back to your conversation, it sounds serious,” I respond quickly, feeling guilty for interrupting his work.

“It’s beyond boring, I would much rather talk to you so I will. How is Chanyeol? I heard he has been drinking, Jongdae picked you up from work correct?”

“Nope,” I lie with a chuckle, “I walked home in the dark with nothing but an umbrella to protect me.”

He is silent for a moment before mumbling in the most terrifyingly cold voice, “You are home correct?”

I gulp, “Yes.”

“Okay my Love, I have to do a few things and then I will call you back.”

“Oppa! I was kidding! Jongdae oppa picked me up from work with Chanyeol, please don’t murder them!”

“Sweet girl, what did I tell you about joking about your safety with me.”

“Sorry, I forget, how is your trip going? Are you out having any fun?”

He chuckles, “I usually have a little fun on these but now all I want to do is be home with you. Kris tried to convince me to go out earlier but I decided against it and stayed to work instead.”

“As much as I want you home too, you should have at least a little fun. Go get drunk, raise some hell with your friends. I hear that you aren’t the domestic type so I imagine you have done some crazy things before.”

“What have those boys been telling you?” He tsks.

“Nothing really,” I answer vaguely with a sing song tone just to mess with him as I change out of my work clothes and into one of his sweatshirts.

“Oh baby girl, when I get home we are going to have a very serious talk about you joking around with me when it comes to your safety.”

I roll my eyes, “I’m so scared.”

Once again he chuckles, “Oh you will be. I’m a very scary man when I want to be.”

“So I’ve heard,” I continue to tease.

“You are trying to drive me insane aren’t you?”

“Maybe… Or maybe I’m trying to make you come back faster.”

All the lights are turned off, I’m snuggled deep into the big bed, missing the feeling of a warm body next to me. My arms curl around the pillow wishing it was him. I can’t remember the last time I actually missed someone. I don’t think I’ve missed my parents like this since I was a child, the strange ache in my chest and the familiar stinging behind my eyes.

He sighs, “I’ll be home as soon as I can. I didn’t want to leave you alone love but…”

“Don’t feel bad! I’m sorry, I must sound so needy and pathetic.”

“I told you this before,” He snaps sternly, “I love when you need me. I just wish this stupid deal wasn’t so important to my work.”

“I can handle being on my own for a few days, I’m just not happy about it, so don’t you worry about me.”

“You aren’t on your own. I am only phone call away, all you really have to say is to come home and I will be on the first flight, understand?”

“Thank you Oppa but I will be fine, I swear. I just wish I didn’t have to wake up to a cold bed and an empty apartment.”

He is silent for a moment before humming, “I’ll see what I can do about that, but for now you need to get some rest.”

I yawn, “You are right, have a good night Oppa.”

“I’m not hanging up Love, no need for goodbyes.”

“What are you talking about?”

“I’m just going to sit down at a desk and do some paperwork, I want to keep you on the line for some company.”

“Oppa you don’t have to so that.”

“You are right, I don’t have to do anything, I want to do it for my own sanity. I haven’t been able to talk to you all day, I need my daily dose of you today.”

I chuckle as I switch over to Facetime, his handsome face graces the screen, “How is this for your daily dose?”

“Good enough, now go to bed.” I hold the phone tight as I curl tighter around the pillow and pull up the covers. “Good night baby girl,” He hums softly.

Already half asleep I sigh softly, “Good night Oppa, I love you.”

…………………………

Minseok’s POV

I love you.

She finally said it. After weeks of being obsessed with this sweet little miss I have known I am absolutely in love with her. How can I not be? The second I find those bright green eyes staring up at me my heart melts. Full pink lips, sun kissed skin, perfectly heart shaped face surrounded by curls, so beautiful. Oh what am I going to do with her?

Her breathing is deep and even, she is sleeping soundly in my big bed, I find myself grinning at the memory of her talking about my apartment, calling it home. The idea of moving her out of that hell whole of a place she calls an apartment and living with me brings me such pleasure. I push the stupid papers I’ve been pretending to read out of the way and pick up my phone. The only think I can see are the slight details of that beautiful face. Those lips are parted slightly, calling me back to claim them once again. She has been so busy lately I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve been able to have more than a few hours for fun.

I find myself growling at the thought of her working once again tomorrow morning. She needs to sleep. I want nothing more than for her to quite those stupid jobs and come live with me so I can completely take care of her. Chanyeol reported to me that she tricked him into taking her to the restaurant early so that she could make up for the hours that she has been missing the nights I’ve taken her home early. Silly girl thought I wouldn’t know.

I should let her sleep in tomorrow. I mute the phone as I use my other phone to call Jongdae. He answers after a few rings, obviously half asleep, “Yea Boss?”

“I take it you were sleeping?” I hum amused that interrupted his sleep.

“Yea now what do you want?”

“For you to raise a little hell for me.”

There is shuffling on the other end of the line, “Any specific reason I’m doing so?”

“My dear Soo has been working too much, I need her to have a day off tomorrow so she can get a few extra hours.”

“Just for tomorrow?”

I hum, “Can you do it for a week? I would like a little time with her when I get back.”

“Alright so nothing too sever. I’ll pick up Suho hyung, he has the younger ones along and they are still pretty drunk, they can cause some trouble.”

“Thanks.”

We hang up. I stare down at my phone, her face still lit up, sleeping so soundly. Without thinking I bring the screen to my lips and kiss the screen softly. “Sleep well baby girl, I love you.”

Chapter 7: Yes!!!! I have finally found the perfect Minseok mafiaboss!au, of the ages. I felt so included and understood through Eunsoo's POV. Minseok and the rest of gang were so lovable. Minseok is just... he's totally just... ugh! I confess, I love him even more after finding this fic... THANK YOU SO MUCH!! for the story
