The storm hit suddenly. The sky was black, rain tumbing down heavily. People fled indoors for shelter, but one person walked the middle of the empty street, as if the rumbling thunder, and hard rain didn't bother him. His blonde hair clung to his forehead, his black clothing soaked. Where he walked, the lights flickered. Car alarms went off. If anyone had been paying attention, they would have noticed the strange occurence. As it was, they later agreed that it was all because of the strange storm that had brewed after a beautiful clear evening.
