"....Jiminie?"

The other members turned their heads to where Hoseok was looking at, and there was Jimin, looking back at them after his name was called. But something was off and they couldn't pin point what it was.

"Jimin? Is it really you?" Taehyung said softly as he approached him carefully and gently touched his cheek. Jimin flinched a bit, and Taehyung didn't like it.

"Yes. It's me." Jimin said softly, yet it was devoid from any emotion.

"Jimin... we're sorry..." Taehyung teared up as he said it, gently hugging him as if Jimin would disappear in front of him. In front of them.

"No need to apologize Taehyung." Jimin said, breaking the hug. "There's no need for any of you to apologize."

"No! We have to! We've hurt your feelings four months ago! And i didn't mean what I said back then, Jiminie..." Namjoon desperately said, tearing up just like the others.

"Come back to Bangtan... please hyung." Jungkook begged.

"I can't. And I won't." Jimin told them as he looked at them one by one.

"Why not...?" Jin asked in a weak voice.

"i'm debuting on my own today." Jimin told them. 

"The one that the staff were talking about... was you?" Yoongi asked in disbelief.

He got a nod as an answer.

"Please... Jimin, give us another chance. Let us correct our mistakes." Jin begged, tears flowing down his cheeks.

"I'm sorry hyung. But I don't want to get hurt again. For once, let me be selfish with my decision. The moment I left Bangtan, I studied how to write music and lyrics. I composed my own songs for my own debut. Don't worry, I won't be in your way." With that, Jimin turned to leave.

Jimin ended his debut song in front of the fans with a soft smile on his face. 

The fans were cheering, and at the same time some where asking why he didn't went back to Bangtan. 

"I'm sorry for leaving Bangtan, but the reason why I didn't come back is because i didn't want to hold them back. I was gone for a long while and I know they've done a lot already. Having me back on the group will only make them slow down due to me memorizing all the steps and songs. I didn't want to quit being an idol, that's why I decided to debut on my own. I promise everyone! I'll work even harder!"

What Jimin didn't know was the members of the Bantan were at the backstage, listening to his performance and bursted into tears due to the song.

"The song... was about us huh?" Yoongi said as they arrived at the dorm

"'You wouldn't even recognize our love so I feel low'. I think its because we tend to push him away when he tends to be so affectionate." Taehyung said 

"But he knows its a joke and he knows we love him!" Jin countered

"But hyung, I admit we tend to go overboard with pushing him away as well." Jungkook said 

"I'm not giving up. We're getting Jiminie back." Hoseok told them.

"But how?" Namjoon asked

"Baby steps. We can all find a way. Jiminie is still Jiminie. I know that behind that 'cold' exterior, he's still screaming in pain and needs comfort. Let's prove him that he's worthy and a valuable member of Bangtan." Yoongi smiled a bit

"We have to be patient though. Jimin is a stubborn one." Taehyung grinned a bit

"Not as stubborn as you and Jungkook, Tae." Namjoon told him
