Two months passed before Luhan heard anything about Shixun. No one in their group of friends mentioned him and he hardly attends group events when he knows Luhan will be attending. It was almost as if the male wanted to be nonexistent in his life, as if he wasn’t there in the first place. But Luhan couldn’t forget him when the nausea started along with everything else, he did do his best to ignore it though. That is up until the lunch date he was on with his best friend Xiumin.

“Did you hear about Shixun?” He shakes his  head slightly while chewing on his noodles slowly to see if he ends up throwing them up or not.

“What happened?”

“I heard from Joonmyeon that his parents chose a fiancee  for him and that he’s moving back to Korea for the whole thing.”  Luhan places his chopsticks down, his appetite gone.

“Of course they did.” Xiumin nods slowly.

“You know him Lu…” His eyes widen slightly.
“I do?” Xiumin only sighs softly while steeling himself for whatever reaction the male may have.

“They chose your cousin. They chose Baekhyun.” The response that Xiumin was not expecting though was Luhan turning his body to the side and emptying his stomach contents onto the floor.
