Act I : Lullaby Chapter Five ♤ " The Master won't be very pleased if you don't eat Mistress." Kyungsoo had been trying to convince her to leave and join the Master for dinner countless times, but today would be like any other day. She would not be attending dinner. The 'Master' or Yixing hadn't come to visit since which delighted her and she didn't want to run into him again. "No." Kyungsoo let out a shaky breath of nerves at her response.He knew his Master was growing Impatient and would soon take matters into his own hands to secure her placement at dinner. The young maid in believed that rebelling against would make him release her, but was unknowingly plotting her own doom.The Master wasn't going to ever let her leave this dreadful kingdom, it was inevitable that soon his Master's rage would appear. "If you don't wish to eat with the Master in the dining hall, then I can bring you something to eat in your chambers, Mistress."He suggested. The young girl still sat emotionless on the grandbed looking towards the window.She refused to allow the Chamber maids to remove the old and ragged clothing and put on the wardrobe the Master had picked out for her. She said the articles of clothing were too vulgar and vivacious for her tastes, she said they made her feel like a concubine, so she refuses to wear them. "No." He bowed lowly before exiting through the chamber doors.He gave curt nodds to the Knights and maids as they walked by. He turned down one of the long and narrow corridors until he reached a door heavily guarded by Knights, they moved to the side allowing Kyungsoo to pass through. The dining hall was a mesh of gold and Royal blues as the tarps fell from the stone roof top and down to the flowers with the family crest and emblem.The chandeliers lined in a row, each filled with hundreds of glowing candles, as they illuminated the long and elegant wooden dinner table. An 8 course meal had been laid upon the table ready to be consumed, but both parties were missing. "His Majesty is at the shore." ♧ Black boots floated across the sand by the endless bay,the waves crashed down upon the rocky boulders underneath the castle, and the gulls croaked as the flew through the crisp night air.He leisurely strolled through the area enjoying his only time of peace.The moon had appeared through the dark watered horizon cascading over the bay in shimmers. The chilling air allowed his nerves and brass impulses to mellow out.He hadn't bothered to show up for the evening meal knowing Adalei was not going to showing up.He had predicted that she would rebel at first, but there was no use.Starving herself wouldn'the cause him any harm eventually she would eat.His rapid healing abilities allows him to tinker with her way of life.She won't die unless he wills it. Her voice was like a quiet song that breezed through his soul.He knew she would appear sooner or later.Her shadowy figure slowly emerged from the water.Her pearly colored slip and robe barely hide her from his wandering gaze.Her her brown curls were filled with starfish, seashellso, and shark teeth.She laid down at the end of the shore allowing the ripples of water to cascade over her slowly.She had dark skin almost the color of the wet rock boulders, but her eyes were as light as the pearl dress she had wrapped around her thick and womanly body. She let out a single songs laughter that rang through his ears.She was taunting him as she drew unto the muddy sand with her index finger.He didn't fool her with his outer demeanor, she had knew him long before he was ever king. "You will always be the young and handsome prince I met centuries ago to me." She confessed. "What do you seek from me tonight? I know you aren't wandering around the shores of the Deaden Bay, because you want to, you want something and only I can give it to you." She was correct.She had the power to give him what he wanted.She had centuries of experience and an ability that no one else possessed. Her eyes widened at the words and she gushed.She had be bound to the deadly waters for centuries and was would do anything to walk upon dryland. "Really? You promise."He nodded. "As long as you don't start any trouble, Darya." "Promise.Now come lay with me."She ushered him seductively over to the deeper waters.He sighed.Darya's version of trouble was a bit different from everyone else's. He sank him self into the black water until his torso reached the ripples.He until bottomed his shirt throwing it to shore.Darya grabbed a long bone that kept some of her hair half up allowing her hair to trickle down.She sliced at Yixing's torso getting no reaction of pain as the wound quickly healed.She allowed a single drop of blood to fall into the water creating a ripple that showed yixing's life only to her.Yixing watched her face trying to read her emotions, but she only scrunched up her brows in concentration. "Your future with her is very uncertain.Something is clogging my visions of you.I see her living here happily under your watch and care.I see me."She smiled, but it fell.
