We exited the ferris wheel and walked over to the pier.

We got iced tea and sat down.

Just then, I got a message from Hobie.

Hobie~: Let's break up

I was so shocked.

Jiminnie~: W-what?!

Hobie~: Let's break up

Jiminnie~: Why?!

Hobie~: You're just not for me.

I was hurt.

I like Hobie.

Jiminnie~: What?!

Hobie~: I met someone new.

My heart crushed at that.

"What's wrong?" Taemin asked

"H-hobie" I said on the verge of tears

He looked at me with a mix of worry and happiness.

I wonder where the happines came from.

He hugged me and the tears spilled out.

"Come with me." he said

He held my hand and led me to the end of the pier. 

The view calmed me down.

"The view is calming." I say

"I don't expect you to move on from Hobie that quickly, but you should move on. He left you for someone else." hyung says

"How do you know that he lft me for someone else?" I ask

"Awihle ago, I saw him, kissing another girl." hyung says "I led you away from there afraid that the sight would hurt you."

I sniffle.

"Thanks, hyung" I say while turning around to face him.

"For what?" he asks

"For protecting me." I say "For being here with me, for making me feel better."

He turns to face me and cups my cheeck in his hand.

"I'll always be here" he says

We both get closer.

"Promise?" I ask

"Promise" he replies with such love that it assures me

Then,

We kissed.
