anddd in my opinion, it's kinda more exciting if you reveal the past little by little along the way the story is growing, maybe you can write it in italic or in color to differentiate the future and the past. but it's all up to you~ i would still read it no matter what cuz i'm already hooked up!

Chapter 4: you can always add the exclusive chapter for it, dear author
it will give a glimpse of what had happened before they separate
or if you want to keep it as mysterious by inserting it little by little as flashbacks on each chapter ^^
