( long before Kyungsoo was born ..) 

"Did you hear ?"

"What ?"

" the CEO is getting engaged!"

" No way !"

" I thought I'd have a chance with him "

Minseok was devastated, he tried to block out all the voices from hearing all these 'rumors' 

He'd never thought that his boss would be engaged with some pretty Korean girl who is probably too young for him .

Minseok's  head fell to his desk , his love of his life was engaged . He couldn't believe it . It wasn't true , it can't be .

A cup of coffee was landed on his desk 

" hey minseok " 

" hi Jongdae ..." Minseok says while his forehead still rested onto the desk.

" aww are you sad cause the CEO is engaged? Mmmmm?" Jongdae said while pulling onto minseok to stop looking down.

" hehehe let me see your face " Jongdae continued to bother the older " aww your blushing !!" 

" YAH !! " minseok raised his voice a bit too load causing other employees to look. Minseok realize what he just did and face turn pink from embarrassment.

" jongdae ... Stop embarrassing me " minseok mumbled " and I'm not sad "

He pouted .

" ohh really ?" Jongdae replied sarcastically.

 A voice interrupted their conversation.

" Minseok! The boss wants to see you " Yixing called out 

" ahh okay I'll be there in a sec " minseok replied back 

" I'll talk to you later Jongdae " 

" okay ! Enjoy your time with boss kekeke " Jongdae teased 

Minseok got up from his desk and made his way to his bosses office. A knock on the door and a response came " come in"  . Minseok went in and closed the door behind him 

" you wanted to see me sir ?" 

" Min, how many times did I tell you not to call me 'sir ' just call me LuHan " his boss sighed  .

" sorry sir- I mean.. Luhan " Minseok blushed slightly , Luhan giggled at the others blushed cheeks.

“ Is there anything you need from me ?” Minseok asked

“ No “ Luhan responded quickly , the latter had a confused look which made Luhan smile

“ Then.. um …Why did you call for me ?”

“ So i could see your adorable face “ he said easily , this caused minseok to blush even further , he turned around to attempt leaving but was stopped by a hand tight on his wrist “ Wait!” Min looked shocked 

“ Sorry.. i didn't mean to make you mad.. i ..uh just wanted to talk with you “ 

“ Its okay , what did you want to talk about “ Luahn’s hand still tight on minseok “ and.. uh you could let go now “ he said with a smile.

“ Oh sorry .. did i hurt you ?” 

“ nah “ 

“ Its just .. i wanted to be closer to you .. l-like friends ..?” that came out more like a question

Minseok giggled “ Of course “

Minseok hoped that this friendship could last, he cant go farther than that, Luhan is engaged , he cant change anything about that.

< door bell rings > 

“ ill answer it ~” Kuyungsoo shouts , and runs to the front door of their small apartment.

Kyungsoo slowly opens the door , peeks out side and shouts 

“ Lay Hyung !” The younger rapped his arms around the older legs , “ Hung i missed you soooo much!”

“ Hyung missed you tooo~~ “ Yixing said as he patted the boys head .

“ come in! We're going to watch a movie !!” Kyungsoo says while pulling Lay inside 

“ hahah calm down, what the rush “ kyungsoo to excited to realize how hard he's been pulling “which movie are we going to watch ?” 

“ Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone !!” Kyungsoo shouts

“ Kyungsoo , not too loud or the neighbors are gonna complain again “ Minseok says from the kitchen .

“ Nae~ appa~” 

“ Lay Hyung come sit next to me , Appa the movies about to start “ just on time Minseok comes into the small living room with a big bowl of of popcorn and joined the others on the couch .

Yixing was sitting in between kyungsoo and minseok , and was slightly sleepy , just like the other two.

He looks to his right where Minseok was half asleep looking at the bright screen, Yixing couldn’t help but stare , Yixing can only see the perfection of minseok face.

He put his hand on the others thigh and slowly moved in further, before he could do anything else , a hand was place above his .

“ what are you doing ..? “ a whisper was heard

Yixing looked up , looked deep into Minseok’s eyes and leaned in for a kiss.

Minseok broke the kiss and whispered “ Kyungsoo-“ “ he’s asleep “ yixing leaned in once again.

“ Wait-“ Yixing didn't . he forcefully took hold both of the other’s wrists and continued, Minseok tried to break free from the other but the latter was stronger. “ do you not like me ? We've know each for a long time , long before that kid was born, please don't tell me you still have a thing for that guy, that guy was only using you !” Yixing doesn't realize that he's shouting

Yixing only stopped when he heard a small whisper “..appa..” 

Minseok pushed Yixing off and stood up “ Leave “ he said not daring to look at the other’s eyes

“min-“ 

“ LEAVE “ 

Minseok dint look up until he heard the door slam, he sighed and fell back on the coach.

Kyungsoo crawled up to his lap with big and tearful eyes

“ Appa .. are you okay ? are you hurt anywhere?” Kyungsoo whispered , trying not to cry in front of his appa  

Minseok was shocked by the questions, he smiled , his son really cared for him deeply

“ Kyungsoo” Min hugged his son tightly “ of course I'm fine , sweetie “ Kyungsoo hugged back as well

Minseok began to tickle his son and loud laughs came out of the younger’s mouth .

“ Appa !! hahaha please ha stop. Hahah its too much!” Mionseok giggled with his son 

soon they calmed down and decided to head to bed.

Minseok and kyungsoo always share the same bed, the apartment is quite small, Minseok should try looking for a bigger apartment as soon as kyungsoo is a bit older.

He sneaks into the blanket , Kyungsoo already tucked in and half asleep, his back was facing towards minseok. His father seemed to notice a mark on his lower left neck.

“ Kyungsoo.. whats this mark on your back?” it was too dark to see what it was for sure .

“ o-oh that’s .. just a bruise “ 

Minseok looks at the other with worried eyes

“ How did this happen “

“ Oh i just f-fell … at the school’s p-play ground “

“ are you sure ?”

“ Appa ..i want to sleep “

“ Alright .. good night sweetie “

“ good night appa..” 

Minseok was still worried about his son, he had to go see kyungsoo’s teacher again when he picks kyungsoo up from school.

Tbh i didn't have much inspiration to write for the past year, but it doesn't mean ill stop, I'm still going to continue my boring stories 

i kinda forced myself to type this , I'm sorry if this chapter isn't that great 

im currently in exam week , i should be studying but I really don't want to ~ ;;

Anyway maybe one to two more chapter then ill do like a huge time skip 

but please don't expect this story to be updated so soon ( sorryyyy)
