Lee Min Ah has been an orphan for as long as she can remember, and has always been one of those selfless kind of people that care about everyone but herself. She never knew her parents, and has no idea whether they're dead or alive. When a mysterious neighbor moves into the house beside her's, her loneliness is quickly swept away. Minho, the young, handsome lively boy that happens to be her neighbor, ends up falling head over heels for Min Ah. Everything seems to be fine on the outside, but there was a secret Min Ah was hiding from him. Will she to have the courage to tell him?
Foreword
I watched as the winter snowflakes softly splattered onto my window. I looked down at my diary and tried to write as I heard shouts of laughter and shattering glass behind my bedroom door.
I looked down at the empty page of my diary- the last thing left by my parents.
The old man that owned this orphanage never told me a thing about my parents, instead he handed me this diary, and told me it was the only thing they left behind.
As much as I tried to get the old man to spill what he knew, he just wouldn't budge. He's practically the father I never had, always there for support when I need him.
I sighed as I looked around my plain room, which contained nothing but a cold, hard bed, a broken desk that I rarely used, and a window. The window had a ledge that I could sit on or lean against and see everything under me
I bent my head down to my diary again and finally started writing, when I heard the sound of a van pull up. I looked up from what I was writing to see an odd, tall, handsome looking guy walk out of the vehicle. I watched as hepicked up some heavy-looking cardboard boxes and placed them on the porch of the house he was parked in front of.
“New neighbor?” I whispered to myself coldly, noticing that my breath was visible against the glass now.
