Hyejeong hated being jealous. That was a given fact. Another fact? Hyejeong couldn't control her jealousy often. She might as well be dead drunk. Hyejeong always wanted Seolhyun all to herself, but not in a bad way. She was fine with the friends Seolhyun had now, but Hyejeong found no reason for Seolhyun to be making more. Especially if this "new friend" is the principal's son. Hyejeong made sure to make a mental note in her head, to talk to Seolhyun about what she thought of this man. After all they had promised each other that there would be no secrets between the two lovers. Hyejeong turned her head to get a good look at the man sitting right in front of her girlfriend for the 20th time. Seolhyun and Song JoongKi seem to be droning on and on about random subjects, causing Hyejeong to almost fall asleep right in class.

        "Nice to meet you, Kim Seolhyun. I'm Song JoongKi but please do call me JoongKi. I hope we get along very well." Hyejeong wanted to beat this man up when he had the nerve to even wink at her girlfriend. Hyejeong was even more pissed off when Seolhyun responded back with as much passion as Song JoongKi did.

       Hyejeong got so pissed off, she had to raise her hand to the professor, to ask to go to the bathroom. The professor seemed really annoyed for having his astronomy lesson interrupted. But at this point, Hyejeong couldn't care less. She had to calm down as much as possible. As Hyejeong rose from her seat, she noticed Seolhyun had stopped whispering to JoongKi, and gave her a questioning look. Hyejeong ignored it. For the first time in her lifetime with Seolhyun, she had ignored the girl. It broke her heart to do so, but Hyejeong was to busy with her mission to get out of the classroom to even care. She would talk to Seolhyun later. Hopefully.

      SEOLHYUN POV:

       What the hell?! Did Hyejeong just ignore me?! What the hell did I even do! One minute we were all lovey dovey with each other in the hallways and now Hyejeong ignores me! I know Hyejeong, she's the love of my life but what the hell was that all about. Hyejeong never goes to the bathroom unless she really really has to, and I knew for sure she did not have to go. I wanted to go after her to see if anything was wrong, but the professor looked annoyed enough already. So I continued my whisper talk with Song JoongKi.

       "Hey, was that just your friend who left? She's really pretty and...tall. But I have to say, your really pretty to!" JoongKi sounded so excited that it made me laugh out loud on accident. The whole room looked at us plus the professor who seemed like he would explode any second now. I looked at JoongKi who now wore a pokerface like it was no big deal. His eyes were so dreamy and skin was so smooth when our hands touched on accident earlier. He was overall handsome and cute at the same time. He had a tiny hint of mischief in his eyes when he smiled. He has a great personality to, dream boy right here.

       I wonder if JoongKi has a girlfriend. I would envy whoever girl that was. Wait. I shouldn't care at all, I have a girlfriend who I love very much, but why does the thought of him liking someone else, bother me so much?

       The professor cleared his throat loudly for the whole room to hear, causing me to unwillingly snap back into reality. "Kim Seolhyun and Song JoongKi, would you like to share to the class what's so funny?"

       "No sir." We both said in unison.

       "Good, I expect no more interruptions or else there will be consequences." Soon after that, the professor launched into another boring lecture about space.

       Song JoongKi turned back around to give me a goofy smile. "That was a smooth move Seol, your lucky your laugh sounds like music to my ears, I would have went into beat down mode if your laugh wasn't a exact replica of a angel singing."

       I swear I was blushing, my cheeks were so hot at the moment, I couldn't help but raise my hands to my cheeks to start fanning them.

       "Aaawww! Is Seol fanning herself because she's blushing? SO CUTE!!!!!

       I slapped him on the shoulder playfully to get him to quiet down before we got in more trouble and because I was a little embarressed by what he said. "Yah! Don't make fun of me! Be more quiet will you?! Also who said you could call me Seol?"

       "Uuuhhh, I did. Seol fits you perfectly! I hope my future girlfriend will let me call her Seol!"

       What the heck is that supposed to mean? Wait he doesn't have a girlfriend? Whoa! Why do I feel like a thousand boulders just lifted off me. I really need to spend more time with Hyejeong these days. I can't believe he just winked at me. Oh god, what do I do?????

       "Listen Seolhyun, I uh really like to get to know you more, your really funny and loving to. Can we schedule a hangout together soon?"

       "You mean like a date?" I couldn't help but blurt that out. I watched in embarrassment as his face went from light pink to cherry red. I coudn't help but giggle aftter I saw the change of color in his face.

       "Um...no...like...what I mean is...a friendly hangout. It could be a date...If you want it to be."

       Now it was my turn to blush. This man I thought, is going to be the end of me. Right then I heard the door open revealing my grumpy looking girlfriend. Why the heck does she look so grumpy? I hope she's ok. I realized that JoongKi was still waiting for my answer so I said "Sure time and place?"

       JoongKi smiled his charming smile that made my heart melt instantly. "How about we go to Seoul Forest, the trees are beautiful in the Fall over there, and maybe at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday?" That cool with you?"

       "That sounds perfect, could you by chance pick me up?"

       "OMG yes! The longer I get to be with you, the better! I'll pick you up at your place, I can't wait till Saturday!"

       I couldn't help but giggle again at his excitement. He was just to cute! After I exchanged contact info with him, my heart seem to want to burst out of my chest in happiness at the thought of spending time with JoongKi this weekend.

       I noticed a tall figure sit right beside me, I knew it was Hyejeong, but she just seemed so silent that I didn't even notice her slip right next to me. I was so busy thinking about JoongKi, I didn't even think of Hyejeong even once. That wasn't a good sign to me at all about our reationship at the moment. She just seems so serious right now, it's kind of y in a way. But my main objective right now is to find out what's wrong.

       I tried to make eye contact with her but she didn't even look at me. We just had our 3rd anniversary, why is she so cold to me? I poked her on the side hoping she would respond to me, but she completely ignored me. What the hell happened inside that bathroom?!

       After we were dissmissed to go home, I chased after Hyejeong who was walking 100 steps ahead of me. I grabbed Hyejeong by the arm and turned her around. By now all the students were off the campus, so no one would suspect anything.

       "Hyejeong are you ok?" I tried to voice out my worry as much as possible, because I really was worried about Hyejeong's lack of emotion today, mentally and physically.

       "Yes." Wow Hyejeong, that was a really straight forward reply.

       "Hyejeong, please talk to me. I don't know what I did wrong. Please talk to me." Hyejeong's face seem to soften at my words. That girl is weird, but I love her so so much.

       "Seolhyun...I'm not mad at you, just...tired...ya tired." Why does Hyejeong look like she's trying to comfort herself about something, or is she actually lying to me? Hhhmmm.

       I decided not to press on the topic, maybe she really was tired this was college after all, even the first day could be tiring. "Oh, well baby, I need to go back home to mom anyway, so get some rest baby. I'll call you maybe later. If your feeling stressed please tell me. No secrets between us right? Thank you for the anniversary gift, I will cherish it everyday.Haha. I love you so so much, make sure you call me tonight!" I gave her a peck on the lips before taking my leave home.

       Right when I took my first step away from Hyejeong, I got pulled by the arm and into Hyejeong's soft chest. It was so soft, I could sleep on it forever. Hyejeong wrapped her free arm around my waist causng me to blush everysingle time. We stayed in that position for a while, swaying back and forth, enjoying each others company and warmness. In public.

       Hyejeong let her lips graze my cheek, then, to my lips. I was already begging for more. I looped my arms around Hyejeong's neck, while she deepened our kiss. Our tongues danced along each other gracefully as we let out tiny sounds of pleasure, as we continued to kiss. It was a wonderful feeling. Right when I was about to push for more, Hyejeong pulled away. I groaned at the loss of contact, but Hyejeong smiled.

       "Seolhyun, baby. I was wondering if this Saturday you wanna go on a date together? I can pick you up around 2 and we can see where the night takes us after that. We haven't really gone on much dates recently, so before we get caught up in jobs and schoolwork, I say we should go on a nice relaxing date with each other. Just the two of us. What do you think?" Hyejeong had this sparkle in her eye that made me want to say yes. But I knew I couldn't. I really loved Hyejeong, but I just couldn't bring myself to tell her the truth or say yes. I notcied Hyejeong's smile seemed to waver off a bit, at my lack of response. I really wanted to tell Hyejeong about my plans, but something in my heart was telling me to make up a story. So I did.

"Baby, as much as I really really want to say yes, my mom needs help with shopping and cooking on Saturday. That's part of the reason of why I'm going to my mom's house. Can we schedule for next Saturday and not this Saturday?" My heart broke down into pieces when I saw Hyejeong was trying to cover up her dissapointment, but I saw right through her. I couldn't tell her the real reason. It would absolutely destroy her and end our relationship. But with this story, I knew Hyejeong would understand.

       "Oh, well then, next Saturday it is then. Um tell your mom I said hi. I love you, but I uh just remembered that I have to do something, so um bye Seolhyun, I'll call you tonight!" I watched as Hyejeong ran off to the direction of her house at full speed.It started raining hard just now, and maybe I deserved to get wet. I had just lied to my girlfriend, no bandage could ever cover up that wound that had now spread across my whole heart. I felt like at the moment. Lying was new to me, especially when it came to Hyejeong. But I knew I had to. I prayed that this would be my first and last time lying to Hyejeong. I knew we promised to keep no secrets from each other. But we were already keeping a secret from the whole world, it wouldn't hurt to keep one more. Right?
