Yifan tried to distract himself. He tried to help Kyungsoo make dinner or lunch. He tried to clean the dorm with the maknaes despite the protest that Jongdae was throwing time to time. He paid no heed to his warning. Yifan knew he needed this. He needed something to do to distract his mind and heart from longing for something he can no longer have.

“Baba” Jongdae tugged his shirt a he helped Sehun clean the living area. Yifan looked up and tilt his head, silently asking Jongdae what he wants Jongdae pouted and pulled him towards the sofa

“You have been on your feet the whole day” the younger said softly as he forced Yifan to rest.

“Chen-Chen, you know Xing-ie is coming home” he said pointing it out to the younger male.

“Yeah. I know. But Hyung-ie you’ve been cleaning and helping everybody. Shouldn’t you be resting?” Jongdae pointed out.

“Well, the dorm isn’t going to clean itself” he pointed out, trying to stand up and continue working when suddenly he felt his chest tightens. A wave of pain slowly hits him . Not now he thought as he unconsciously clutched his chest. he said as he slumped down, curling into a ball as the pain invade his system even more Jongdae felt his blood drained out from his body as Yifan grimace from the pain

“Hyung-ie “ Jongdae said frantically, lost on what he should do next.

“Pi--ills” Yifan said as he pointed towards his room. Jongdae ran as fast as he can as he rummaged the cabinets for Yifan’s medicine.

Jongin had just finished his bath when he saw Jongdae frantically rummaging Yifan’ clothes. The younger frowned, confused on why Jongdae was being manic. “Hyung?” he said as he walk towards Jongdae. Jongdae yelp as he heard him.

“Jongin, He--lp me. Yifan-hyung…” Jongdae said trying to explain the situation. When suddenly Sehun barged into the room, looking frantic like Jongdae

“Jongin!! Get me baba’s pills. Last drawer” He barked as he grabbed some pillows from the bed. Jongin’s eyes widen as he faced Jongdae. Jongdae was crying silently. Jongin hurriedly grab the pills that Sehun was looking for and grabbed Jongdae out of his room.

It was a big task for Sehun, Jongdae and Jongin to move Yifan towards their shared bedroom. Sehun heaved a sigh as he played with his baba’s hair after they have settled him on his bed.

“Sehun-ie, how is baba?” Jongae asked softly. Jongdae had cried his heart out as Sehun had coaxed their baba to drink his pills, clutching his chest. Jongin had tried to explain Jongdae the situation and pleading him to keep it from everybody.

“Well, he needs to rest” Sehun sain, aware of how delicate their former leader’s health. Jongdae just nodded and curled up next to Yifan.

“Hyung, please don’t be sad. Baba just really need to stop working too hard.” Jongin said as he tried to comfort Jongdae

“ I.. I was so--o scared” Jongdae said as held his hyung’s hand. Sehun felt tears welled up as he grabbed his hyung’s hand while Jongin put his arms around him. “ He is going to be fine, hyung. He needs rest and a little bit of time to heal” He said softly. “

Will he be ok?” Jongdae said softly. Sehun knew Jongdae was asking about something else.

“We just need to distract him” Sehun said. He knew that was the only way they can keep Yifan-hyung from having those attacks.

Yifan woke up with a heavy body draping around his body. He tried to wriggle out from those arm but it only tighten around him. Yifan tried to pry off Jongdae’s arm away from him when suddenly Jongdae let out a yelp

“No” he said in a squeaky voice. Yifan felt his heart saddened at the sight.

"Jongdae-ah, let’s get up” he said, placating the younger

“No” Jongdae said stubbornly as he held his hyung tighter. Yifan sigh and held the younger

“I’m sorry, Dae” he said muttering softly on Jongdae’s hair

“I was so scared. I thought you were gonna --” Jongdae said, cutting off, afraid to say those words

“It’s not that bad,Dae” Yifan said trying to assure Jongdae

“You were in pain. I couldn’t do anything” the younger cried softly. Yifan felt guilty as he tried to comfort Jongdae from crying. He held the younger one tighter, silently apologizing.

Junmyeon felt the rush of adrenaline coursing thru his veins as he awaits Yixing’s arrival. He was bouncing. There were so many things that is running through his mind. He wanted to deal with it, face and past. However, it’s easier said and done. Junmyeon can’t hold still, his mind clouded with so many things. There were so many things that he wishes to ask but he was afraid, that when he find out the truth, he would find himself doing the same mistake all over again. Junmyeon tried to tiptoe, hoping that he could see the person who can make him felt at ease. There was a huge crowd waiting for his lover’s arrival. He and Chanyeol were already jumping on their toes, hoping to get a glimpse of Yixing.

“Stop it you two.” Kyungsoo said softly as he yanked them both down to their seats.

“ I can't help it, Soo” Junmyeon whined softly as he continued to stand on his toes, trying to find Yixing amongst the crowd.

“Hyung, we’ll see him. Just hold your horses” the younger said as he massaged his temples as his companions continued to do as they please( jumping on their toes) Junmyeon was so busy looking around when suddenly he felt a familiar warmth held him. Junmyeon felt the calmness in their arms. Something that only Yixing can ever give. Junmyeon slowly leaned back as he let the presence of his lover ease his chaotic heart. “

Hey baby” Yixing softly whispered to his ear. Junmyeon clung to Yixing even more, silently praying that it would take away the pain that he is going through. But the more he clings to Yixing the more he discovers the truth.
