How could this be? Where did he get my photo?

“Appa…” as he said while looking at me.

“Jaesop…Jaesop…” I could hear a lady calling out my Korean name but the little boy snapped when he heard her voice.

“Umma!”

“Omo! Jaseop, you’re here! I’ve been looking for you. I told you to not go anywhere. Umma was so worried, do you know that? Don’t do this again, araseo?”

“Yes umma. I’m sorry.” As the little boy hugged the lady.

I couldn’t still understand why the boy has my picture so I turned to his mother. But when the lady faced me, I got startled,

“Karen?”

“AJ?”

“It’s you. Wow! Long time no see…” I didn’t know the right words to say, but I just couldn’t believe she’s back.

Karen was my ex-girlfriend. We were together for two years not until she broke up with me. After that, I haven’t heard anything for her. And now, after three years, I met her again.

“It’s nice to see you again AJ.”

“Same here. But, this kid is your…”

“Yes. He’s my son.” She said. She looked at me and noticed the photo I was holding. Her eyes widened and suddenly took it from me. “Anyway, AJ we have to go.” She seemed to be in a hurry.

“But wait…” as I tried to stop her. But she didn’t look back until they were gone.

There were a lot of things I wanted to ask her. Why do you still bother AJ? She already has a kid. She must have her own family now. But why does her son has a picture of mine? A lot of questions started to bug me. I didn’t realize that Lhian was just at my back and calling me.

“AJ! Hey, are you alright? Sorry if I took so long.”

“Oh, it’s alright. Let’s go now.”

You should stop thinking about it AJ. Lhian is here with you. She shouldn’t know that Karen is back.

There! I really want to add excitement on each one of my chappies, so I have to cut some of them. This one's a short chappie but I'm pretty sure the idea is still there. Okay, AJ has a lot of scenes? Yes. But don't worry, Lhian and Kevin scenes are coming...SOON! <3
