"Ahjusshi..." she uttered.

She quickly covered as soon as she said that.

"Ahjusshi? Mwo?? Was she referring to me by any chance??"

I was confused.

"Mianhae.. It was an accident..." I resumed.

She's a student? Pretty tiny, I must say..

She looked away, trying to avoid making any eye-contact with me.

"Would you like to wrap this in a box?" the cashier interrupted us.

"Mwo? Ah,...ne.." she said softly.

"I'll pay for that too!" I pointed at the cake with the teddy bear on it.

She seemed surprised when I said that.

I could see her cheeks turn slightly pink.

I was grinning ear to ear.

I soon pay at the counter and the little girl just stood there with her eyes on the ground.

I handed her the box with the cake in it.

"Here."

"K-k-kamsahamnida..I'm sorry about that.." she responded softly.

"Ahjusshi.."

"I'm sorry about that too. I hope that you'll take this cake as a sign of my apology?" I slowly bend down to her eye level.

I flashed a smile at her.

She nod her head and quickly turned her back against me.

Right, I better get going.

I placed my wallet back in my pocket and grabbed my purchase and head out of the coffee shop.

"Ahjusshi?" that word kept replaying in my head over and over again.
