Ugh he is so arrogant, why does he always keep his distance from me?

Many  people said that they want to get to know me just by looking at my face or speak to me a little. But he is different, he looks like he doesn't even care anything about me and always feel unpleasant when i am around.

We have something in common, which is our curiosity for anything. The more he keeps his distance from me , the more i want to step closer to him.

I am confused. Does His arrogance makes me interested with him ? Or its the other way around?

Can we have special relationship? Does he actually want to know me better? Or does he really really hates me? If he does hate me.. What is the reason?
