Ryeowook took a car hit for Kyuhyun that caused him to fall into a coma for five years. It is only after this accident that Kyuhyun realizes his feelings for Ryeowook, but unconsious Ryeowook cannnot respond to him, turning it into a one-sided love in which Kyuhyun gradually loses hope in. However, what Kyuhyun doesn't know is that even though Ryeowook is in a comatose state, he can hear all of it and is equally pained. It is Kyuhyun who ultimately gives Ryeowook the strength to live.
