The boys had already left as the visiting hours were over and Mino was staying over with Byul

Byul held Mino’s hand as they walked outside

“The night is so pretty” she smiled looking at the stars

“I am really sorry Byul…for what I did. I know I did wrong and I was so stupid—”

“Do you think I am really cheating on you?” Byul asked as Mino shook his head

“Maraebwa~” she said calmly as she sat on the bench with Mino

“I saw you with Mingyu that night and so—”

“So you thought I was cheating on you?” Byul asked as Mino nodded

“I shouldn’t have gone oppa, I’m sorry. They said my namja jingu was drunk so I thought it was you” Byul said fiddling with her fingers

“So you thought they were telling about me?” Mino asked as Byul nodded

“Did you hear everything we talked about that night?” Byul asked as Mino sighed and nodded as the words flashed in his mind

 

“Because saying goodbye to you would be so hard for me, it would be so hard to look you right on the face and tell you goodbye, because I still miss you sometimes but I know I screwed everything Gyu-ah…I know we can’t be together anymore”

 

“I don’t like Gyu anymore” Byul said as Mino looked at her

“I really don’t. But maybe because we didn’t end up that well, I just blame myself for screwing up” Byul said

“Always be by my side no matter what” she said as Mino looked at her bandaged hand

“I’m sorry” he said as Byul pecked his cheek

“Geumawo” she smiled as Mino looked at her confused

“For giving me a family, for showing me what being loved right truly feels like” she smiled as Mino stared at her

“I’ll take you on a date after you discharge” he said

“And no Hyuk this time” he added making Byul chuckle

“Arasso, arasso” she smiled.

“It’s cold out here, let’s go inside” Byul said as Mino nodded and sat in front of her

“Let me piggyback you” he said as Byul smiled

“Maybe I should be sick all the time” she said getting on his back

“Sing me a song” Byul said as Mino walked leisurely

“What song?” he asked

“Sentimental?” Byul said as Mino sang

“Oppa, next time, I hope you’ll ask me if there’s something bothering you oh? You can’t just make me worried okay?” Byul said

“Arasso jagi” Mino sang

Byul rested her head on Mino’s shoulder as she closed her eyes, deep in thoughts
