She opened her eyes slowly, only to look up at a white ceiling, her brain trying to comprehend what happened when suddenly it all hit her. Krystal abruptly got up which started a throbbing pain in her head which just a while ago had been banged against the wall thanks to a certain . 

Hand on her head, she started massaging it in hope that the pain will go away, along with that she tried to absorb her unfamiliar surrounding when the door flew open and in came a worried Kang Sora with a medical tray in hand.

Seeing the other girl up and sitting, Sora literary ran to the bedside 

"Krystal you should be resting!" She doted on her, like a mother

"I know I..." Krystal still felt uncomfortable with her saviour

She remembered how shocked, Sora had been when she saw her lying on the bathroom floor, with her uniform covered in the residue of flour and smell of rotten egg, her wait haor plastered across her face, her bruised red cheek, She looked like a mess.

Sora bent down and tried to console the crying Krystal

"I know , how you feel, Krystal,"She said with worry

Hearing those words come out the mouth of someone as popular as Sora made Krystal snap

"What do you know about I've been through! huh? You've always been on your mighty horse like that Hara!" She shouted

" How do you know what it feels like to be humilated, to be treated like trash again and again for half of your life!"

'How do you!"

"Cause I  was bullied too!" Sora replied, anger in voice, as she stared hard at the other girl

Hearing it, Krytsal just looked at her stunned for a moment, trying to register the fact that someone like Sora could also have been bullied.

She fel bad now, for shouthing at her 

'I. I ..I "

"It's okay Love, " Sora said with a smile

"Now let's get you cleaned up" 

Hearing those word's come out of Sora's mouth, she got reminded of the earlier clean up she received , it made Krystal's heart ache again as she nodded at Sora

"Let me take you home," Sora said as she helped Krystal get up

"Uh.. my mom isn't home.... she's in Busan for the night"

Sora smiled at her comapnion 

"I meant my home, silly"

And now that was where Krystal woke up, She remembered how when they reached ,Sora had had given a clean pair of clothes and guided her to the bathroom, she remembered how after Sora had left she had stripped down and sat down in the hot bath. She remembered how she had scrubbed herself hard till her skin turned red so that the foul smell could go. She remembered how later on when she saw her face in the bathroom she burst into tears of anguish. And she also remembered how Sora had knocked on the door so many times worried, telling Krystal to come out, and she force fed a sleeping med and told her to go off to bed.

Savouring the taste of the delicious pine nut porridge, Krystal looked up to see Sora's anticipating eyes and gave her a thumbs-up with a big smile

"It's so delicious!" She exclaimed

Seeing this side of Sora laughed. Seeing this Krystal stared at her confused 

Suddenly self-conscious she asked 

"What's so funny?"

"You, you're so cute Krystal" hearing it Krystal became rigid. It was the first time someone had called her cute, actually the first time somone had complimented her. It felt nice to see that someone cared for her but deep down the real Krystal was still holding herself back , worried that Sora may be like the other's who in the end would just step over her and leave her alone to fend for herself, Their were chains holding her back from showing her real side.

Scared that Sora, wouldn't like it, Krystal became quite and indeiffernt. She averted her gaze back down to the porridge bowl and slurped a spoon full of it.

Seeing her getting serious, Sora got worried

"Are you angry at me laughing?" 

"No" Krystal replied rudely

Seeing her change from relaxed to angry, Sora was taken aback as she stared softly at the girl in front of her. She sighed and was about to get up when

"I'm sorry I..I"  Krystal was trying hard to say something but she was just too nervous

Sora saw her looking here and there, biting her lip as tried to say something but couldn't

"It's okay"

"So..... can I ask you something?"

"Sure!"

"How could someone like you be bullied?" Krystal allowed her curiosity to get the best of her

Hearing her question, Sora's smile twitched a bit, as just for a second her smile turned a notch down.
