Thump. The loud sound of a certain raven-haired boy falling from his bed filled the empty white house.

“Ugh,” Jungkook groaned as he was woken up from his ungraceful fall and glanced at his clock on his dresser, still rubbing his eyes.

“ARGHH,” he yelled, realizing the time and ran around his room like a chicken, throwing clothes on and brushing his teeth in five seconds. He quickly grabbed his backpack and ran out the door, thanking the lords that his high school was near his house.

“5...4…3…2...,” Min Yoongi counted down, hand on the gate, until a certain disheveled looking boy ran towards him.

“HYUNG WAIT!” Jungkook rushed past the gate and Yoongi just shook his head while closing it. Jungkook bowed to him quickly and ran inside.

Meirim High School was a top private high school and usually only the elite’s children got in. Jungkook was the son of a politician and lived by himself after his parents believed him to be responsible enough and paid for everything Jungkook needed.

Jungkook panted as he caught his breath, fist pumping that he made it inside before the gate closed. He internally facepalmed himself as he forgot to set his alarm clock the past night, staying up late playing League of Legends. Min Yoongi was known to be extremely strict, following the rules and not cutting Jungkook any slack even though they were friends.

“AHHHHH,” he heard a scream to his right and saw a crowd of people separating like the Red Sea. It could only be one person, he thought.

The so-called “Ice Prince.” It was said that the guy was like an ice prince, hard to approach and had a cold atmosphere around him. Jungkook heard a lot about Taehyung, as girls fawned and squealed over him, taking pictures of him and selling them. Heck, he even had a fandom that called themselves “Taelions.” Boys were jealous of him, but they know they would never be a match for him whether it be grades or sports. All people knew about Taehyung was that he was extremely smart and good at literally anything he did. Not to mention he was drop dead gorgeous. However, he never talked to anyone unless he had to and kept the same cold face at all times. He was an extremely mysterious and intriguing p
