I won't be focusing on the survival program much since it's just a phase in the story. It wont actually play a big role. Besides blackpink already debuted so I dont want to dwell much in the original plot I wrote.

The first night was kind of awkward for all of us so we decided to sleep at the sala together as a way of getting to know each other.

As weeks went by, our team got closer and closer. We spent time preparing for the evaluations. The format of the competition hasnt been announced yet. We were just given a mission. All we know is that the first battle contains 3 rounds (just like in WIN). 1st round is singing, 2nd is dance and 3rd is composition.

For the first round we decided to sing 'Bang' from After School sunbaes. It showcases our unique voices. 

For the second round we decided to dance using the mash up of ikon's rhythm ta and big bang's bang bang bang. 

For the third round we decided to write a song that solely focuses on our youth. We composed the song called Glass Bead (originally performed by Gfriend). 

The sunbaes dropped by to occassionally watch us practice and to give us pointers.

"We have to like to think of a cool name" choa suddenly said

"yes! i mean the unnies is called pink punk right? i think we can make our own name. YGx is good but I wanted to have a name that represents us" added ara

"ok so what should we call ourselves?" jimin asked

"how about elite? From all the trainees we were chosen. So that makes us elite right?" i asked them 

"that sounds great unnie" choa said

"okay, all hands in 3" mina started

"Elite!" We all shouted together.

"so what do we do now? tomorrow will be our performance" mina asked

"How about lets go to the beach?" i suggested

"okay lets go" 

We shopped for our costumes tomorrow and ended up eating with the girls.

"No matter what happens, We wont have any regrets coz we did our best and that all that matters" I told my teammates.

In just a couple of weeks, I grew really close to them and I really treat them as my sisters. 

Evaluation Day

"Good evening trainees, You are all gathered tonight for your first battle. The format for this survival program is a little bit similar from WIN and Mix & Match. Today we will start our group battles. As you were informed, there will be 3 rounds whoever gathers the most combined scores from the 3 rounds will be crowned as winner for the battle. There will be a total of 3 battles and the final battle which is the most important one. in the frst 3 battles, the producers, staffs and artists will be your judge but during the final battles, just like win and mix and match, the viewers have the power to vote. whoever accumulates the highest points until the final battle, will be the group to debut" yoo inna unnie explained

"this is brutal" mina whispered to me

"i know, this ." i answered 

"we need to do well" jimin commented

"girls, no matter what happened just have fun okay? dont think about what's at stake. Just continue what practiced okay" i told them, trying to boost the confidenc
