Ilhoon was never one for sports, but for some reason he will sometimes find himself sitting under some trees in the grassy area where some soccer kids like to play. Ilhoon knows one of them—Lee Minhyuk, who is in his jazz dance class and who looks too good even with sweat running down his face.

Ilhoon likes to sit in the shade and write lyrics and occasionally glance shamelessly at Minhyuk. Today, Ilhoon is particularly focused on his lyrics (although on some days he is very focused on Minhyuk’s muscles). The sounds of a ball being kicked and laughter among other things become background noise to him, until a shrill “WATCH OUT” cuts through his thoughts. Ilhoon lifts his head, only to get hit by a soccer ball. He cringes, dropping his pen and bringing his hands up to the injured area on his head.

“Ilhoon? Are you ok?” Ilhoon hears someone say along with their footsteps getting louder. He looks up to whom he assumes to be the culprit and all the pain seems to go away.

“I’m going to die from the pain,” Ilhoon lies, gazing intently at Minhyuk’s concerned face. Minhyuk chuckles and then apologizes.

“Let me take you to the health center if it hurts that much,” Minhyuk offers and grins, holding his hand out to Ilhoon. Ilhoon takes it and Minhyuk pulls him up. Their hands are still clasped together and Ilhoon stares at Minhyuk.

“You’re not going to let go?”

“I’m afraid you’ll faint from the pain,” Minhyuk jokes, finally letting go.

“I think I will. Lead the way,” Ilhoon replies, smirking and extending his arm out.

“Oh fine,” Minhyuk laughs, grabbing Ilhoon’s hand. They lock eyes for a brief moment before departing.
