“It’s because I might know the answers to your questions.”

That, lingered through my mind all the time, not able to focus on what I was doing.

“Miss Joohyun?” My attention was called.

“Are you feeling well? You’re just staring blankly,” my Science teacher exclaimed.

I smiled and shook my head. “Sorry, I’m okay.”

I felt a nudge after, and looked at Jackson, my seatmate.

“What’s bothering you, nowadays? You’ve been like that for three days already!” Jackson said.

Three days in a row, huh, I thought. His words made me like this. Those words are not making sense at all…

“Miss Joohyun,” she called again.

“Please go to the restroom, and rinse yourself. You’re dozing off again.” She sounded mad already, for dozing off in her class again.

So, I did go to the restroom to splash a cold water on my face. Few girls left, after I came into the restroom. I thought I was going to be bullied or whatever, but nothing happened at all. So far, I lived a decent life, I guess. Poor, me, for not remembering anything yet.

I wiped my face with my forearm, and some of the remaining water on my face was still dripping to my chin, but I just left it like that.

Unfortunately, the ground started to move and shake. My mouth hanged open, shocked. I looked upward, and saw the lights blinking madly.

Earthquake.

Screams and yells were heard next. I immediately went outside the restroom, and searched a place to duck under. Some of the paintings and lockers were tumbled already, so I had to walk over them. I tripped on the floor, since the earthquake was too strong to handle.

“Joohyun!”

“Sehun!” I called his name, once I saw him coming towards me.

He walked towards me, but the ceiling cracked and fell on top of his body, making him shriek in pain.

“Sehun!” I called his name again, in fear.

“Hold on tight!” I stood up immediately, and went towards his way.

A mysterious shadow came to the side of my sight, and it was too late to do something about it. The huge locker was falling, falling towards my direction. Pain erupted, and total blackness controlled my whole body
