Classes were done for the day. Unlike everybody who rushed home because it was Friday, Shin Wonho had detention to attend. It was like this every Friday, so it wasn't shocking to hear the teacher call his name for the attendance. 

Wonho watched as students rushed out of the class and he sighed. Today was Friday and that meant he had to clean the rooftop.

After hearing the bell ring, Jeon Valerie sighed in relief. Most people would think that the reason why she sprinted out of class was to go home. In many ways, Valerie's home was the school's garden. It was where no one would judge her because no one was usually there. 

She would do her homework there, eat there from the food she brought from home, and sometimes, she would even sleep there. 

It was where most of her friends were. All the plants were her friends. 

And it was her favourite place in the world. 

Climbing up the stairs, she had reached the rooftop and placed her bag on the floor. She sauntered over to the bench and layed there for a while. 

"This feels so nice." She muttered to herself, with closed eyes. "I'm happy that it's Friday, but that means I'll have to stay at home again, and not here." She sighed and opened her eyes again. "Stupid Fridays." 

She sat up to get her bag and got it from the floor. She went back to the bench and looked at the newest flower that was blooming. "You're getting prettier and prettier." She beamed. 

She nearly knocked her forehead when she nearly forgot something. "You idiot! They can die!" She reached for the watering can under the bench and stood up to go get some water.

Mumbling curses to the teacher who had told him to clean the rooftop, Wonho

walked up all those deadly stairs and glared at the spacious place that he had to clean. Sighing, he started working when the door opened, startling him. 

He quickly ducked behind a tree that had happened to be near him. 

He peeked through the leaves to see who it was. 

And there, he was somewhat shocked to see the schools wallflower, Valerie sitting there with a big smile on her face.
