Loud cheers can be heard everywhere as my name was announced. Everyone stood up from their seats as I stay rooted on my spot still trying to absorb if everything that is happening right now is true. If it was really my name that was called out. I was still in daze when my manager, James, gave me a bone crushing hug while repeatedly saying congratulations.

" OH MY GOSH DEE!! You did it! Go take that Oscar girl and you better mention me in that speech of yours" James lightly pushed me to the stage which made me snapped out of my reverie.

I look around as I walk up on stage and it finally sinked in to me that this is real. I can see everyone on their feet giving me a standing ovation with their hands up in the air clapping loudly for me as if telling me that I deserve this recognition. I got my award and faced the audience with a huge smile plastered on my face. I took a deep breath to calm my nerves and took the time to scan the crowd.

" Wow! Well uhm I actually don't know how to start this. I'm still in a state of shock *chuckles*. It never really crossed my mind that I would take home this year's best actress award especially having equally amazing and beautiful women in the category with me. It is such a pleasure to receive this recognition. First I want to thank my team, the staff, the directors and everyone who has contributed in making the film. My label and my manager James for being there for me since the beginning of my hollywood career. My family for their never ending support and love. Lastly, to my fans who never left my side and who continue to support me in all my endeavors in life. I LOVE YOU ALL!
