CHAPTER 5
These aren't just normal cards, They're Chevalier. My Knights
*After School*
"Hey let's go somewhere before we go home" AJ suggest "Good Idea" Hoon point "So where are we going?" Kiseop asked "Any suggestion Hyemi?" Kevin asked me "Maybe we could go to the-" I got cut off by someone calling my name "Hyemi-ssi!" I turn around and saw Jaehyo waving at me
"Annyeong!" he walked towards me "Oh Jaehyo-ssi! Annyeong haseyo" I smiled "Who's this?" he asked looking at the guys "They're are my friends. Guys meet Jaehyo" I introduced them to each other "Hello" Jaehyo smiled "Ne" they said at the same time. I don't know why there is a killer aura in the air.
Now I noticed that Jaehyo is being friendly and smiling while the guys weren't. Even Kevin the happiest in our group is not smiling. Is something wrong? "Well I better go! Bye Hyemi-ssi! Bye guys!" Jaehyo waved before walking away "Bye" I waved back. "Hyemi" Eli called me "Yes?" I turn around.
"Stay away from him" Eli said in a cold voice "W..What do you mean?" I blinked "Just do it" he said without looking away "W..why?" I was curious. Why all of the sudden? "He is..well.. err.. Dangerous.." Kevin said "Dangerous? Jaehyo won't hurt a fly" I raised an eyebrow "Well you don't understand.." Kiseop said "Understand?" I tilted my head to the side
"Guys!!!!!" someone shouted making a few stares "We'll tell you later" Hoon smiled "Why are you guys ignoring me?!" Dongho whined while he put one arm around Eli and another around AJ "Get off" Eli moved his shoulder "So~ Where are we going again Hyemi?" Kevin smiled brightly again "Oh yeah! Let's go park?" I asked "Park it is!" Dongho pumped his fist in the air.
*At the park*
"Hyemi! Let's play on the slide!" Dongho hold my hand "I'll pass.. I'm kind of tired.. You go first" I smiled "Aww.." he pouted "Let's go Eli hyung!" he smiled while pulling Eli to the slide "YAH!" Eli got dragged away "Lol!" AJ laugh "You too!" Dongho came back and dragged AJ away "YAH!" I saw AJ struggling . Where did all of his strength came from?
"Let's go to the swings" Kevin pointed at a pairs of swing. "Okay" I nodded and he held my hand towards the swings followed by Hoon and Kiseop. I got on one swing while Kevin got on the other one. Hoon and Kiseop was leaning on the swings stand. We were talking about random stuff when I remembered something.
"Remember about the thing we're talking about at Lunch break?" I asked "Yea" Kevin nodded "What did Eli wanted to say? You know before he got cut off by the bell?" I said looking at them "Oh that.." Hoon said "Why didn't I remember?" I asked "You see Hyemi you were.."I could see Kiseop paused
"Don't get freak out okay?" Kevin said and I nodded "You see.." Hoon hold my hand "You were reborn" Hoon said "R..Reborn?" I blinked "Yup" Kiseop nodded "How? Why?" I looked at the three of them "How? Well you-" Kiseop got cut off "Noona! I'm hungry! Let's go home!" Dongho backhug me
"Let's just wait for Xander to explain ne?" Kevin smiled "What? What? Explain what?" Dongho looked at them "Nothing maknae!" Hoon pulled Dongho off me "Yah! When did you guys learn to hide stuff from the maknae huh?!" Dongho pouted "Let's go home" Eli rolled his eyes and we all walked home.
*At home, In my room, After dinner*
"So Kevin told me about the reborn thing.. So you want to know?" Xander asked "Yup" I nodded "You see that time you were in critical condition" Xander said "What do you mean?" I bit my lower lip "We were having a war when one of them stabbed you.. And the knife they stabbed you with they covered with magic making your wound un able to be healed.." he said
"Then what happen?" I gasped. I can't believe it I was stabbed?! "Yes.. You were getting worst and you started coughing blood! There's only one way to healed it and that is by Reborning you.." I could see tears in his eyes "When you became a baby again the kingdom was in danger so there was no other way to kept you safe unless you went to earth.. And now here you are" he wipe his tears in his corner eyes
"All big and healthy.. You've grown... And its lucky they didn't find you.. I'm glad that your safe Milady" he smiled "Milady?" I raised an eyebrow "You are my princess right? Is it wrong for me to call you that?" he laugh "N..No.. Its just.. weird.." I tilted my head to the side a bit "You'll get use it AGAIN~" he got up from my bed
"Now come on! Go to sleep! You have school tomorrow!" he clapped his hands "Fine.. Umma" I pouted and got under the covers "Good Night Milady" he tucked me in "Good night Xander" I smiled "Lights out~" he turn off the lights and I saw a light. Guess he went back to his 'card'. I shook my head before closing my eyes.
Wait a sec! I opened my eyes. I just remembered something... Stabbed.. Pain.. Coughing blood.. Healing... I suddenly remembered about my dream a few days ago. It all looks familiar.. Now I remembered.. The nine figures.. Were them! So that dream wasn't a dream after all! It was a memory.. Before I die- I mean reborn!
(A/N:- Refer back to chapter 1 of her dream)
*In a abandoned warehouse somewhere near in Seoul, Two men were talking while the other Five was busy among themselves*
STRANGER POV:-
"Are you sure its her?" Our leader asked "Yes" I nodded "Have you met the cards? The knights?" he asked again "Yea..Twice" I said while taking a few glances behind towards my other gang members. "It seems that one of them are beginning to awaken.." he raised and eyebrow "It won't be long for others now..Don't you think?" he smirked "We'll be ready if they do" I smirked
