KIARA'S POV

"Well, Jihye-ssi.....I'M PROUD TO SAY THAT YOU'VE PASSED THE FIRST ROUND OF AUDITIONS!!!!!" Han PD-nim said.

"Congratulations! You can go back to the waiting room until the rest of the trainees are done!" he said giving me a warm smile.

"Thank you so much! I'll work hard!" I said giving them each a 90 degree bow.

I walked out of the room and gave AeRa a thumbs up.

"Good luck! I hope you pass!!!" I whispered to her as I passed by.

She gave me a bright smile and walked into the room confidently.

I walked back into the waiting room and was immediately flooded with questions from Meizhuan and DiNa.

"Did you pass the audition?"

"Was it hard? Was it scary?"

"How many judges are there?"

"Do they tell you if you pass or fail?"

"How many pieces did you have to perform? One? Two?"

"Did you recognize any of the other judges?"

I laughed and walked back with them to my seat.

Sumi just glared at me and went back to whatever she was doing on her phone.

Meizhuan and I sat down in our seats and DiNa sat in the unoccupied one to my left.

"Yes I passed the audition. No it wasn't hard. Yes it was scary. There were three judges. Yes they tell you if you pass or fail and yes I passed. I performed one piece. And no I did not recognize any of the judges."  

Meizhuan and DiNa squealed.

"OMG!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU PASSED THE AUDITIONS!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!"

We sat there and talked about their audition pieces and they practiced in front of me so that I could give them some friendly criticism.

"Will Im Sumi please come with me?" interrupted the Pledis worker as he came back without AeRa.

"Where's AeRa?" I asked him.

He made a motion with his head that I didn't understand.

"Was she cut?" DiNa asked worriedly.

"NO! I'M RIGHT HERE!!!" AeRa yelled jumping out from behind the Pledis worker.

We laughed and gathered around her as Sumi shot us a glare and left the room.

"Did you pass?"

"Of course! Did you?"

"YES!!!"

We waited for Sumi to return. During the time that Sumi was out, AeRa and I helped Meizhuan and DiNa in last-minute improvements for their performances.

An hour later, the five of us were gathered around the table again, waiting for the second audition results.

Each audition was around 10 minutes and the judges and guest judges had 10 minutes to discuss the chosen trainee.

SUMI'S POV

UGH! I can't believe that girl...Jihye or JiYoung or whoever she is.

I hate her...so much...

DING!

I looked down at my phone to find a message.

Wonwoo Oppa❤︎: Sumi-ah!!! What are you doing right now?

I looked around to make sure that nobody was watching me.

Sumi: I'm still in the waiting room. Did you guys make your decision? 

Wonwoo Oppa❤︎: Yeah...Coups Hyung is going to tell you guys in a little bit. 

Sumi: So who won? Who did you guys choose?

Wonwoo Oppa❤︎: Honestly, I don't know. We all had to write a trainee's name on a slip of paper and Han PD-nim took it all and saw the results. He's telling it to Coups Hyung right now.

Sumi: Is Cheollie Oppa coming right now?

Wonwoo Oppa❤︎: Yeah. I have to go Sumi. I'll talk to you later.

Sumi: Okay Wonwoo Oppa^...^ I'll see you later~

I put my phone down on the table with a smirk. I know that I surprised Seventeen Oppadeul with my appearance.

To think that they used to call me Sunbaenim. Ha.

The door slammed open revealing SeungCheollie.

"Annyeong Cheollie Oppa~" I said giving him a wave.

"A-a-annyeong Sumi..." he said wiping sweat off of his face.

"Annyeonghaseyo! Seventeen leader S.Coups imnida!" he said from the front of the room.

Everybody started clapping and a smile made it's way to his face.

"I'm very happy and proud to announce the winner of this audition. But first, I'll tell you guys the advanages of being picked."

He looked up and smiled at someone. It was definitely not me, maybe Meizhuan? Or...HER...?

"First of all, the lucky trainee will be living with Seventeen for around an year or two. She'll come with us to all of our events and fansigns and things. Second, she will be the first to debut in a group or solo out of all the trainees. Oh yeah, I almost forgot! During the time she stays at our dorm, we'll be filming a new show so she'll be well known by all of our fans before she debuts." 

Oh. My. Gosh.

"So who's the lucky trainee?" I asked impatiently.

Cheollie Oppa smirked and said" The lucky trainee is..."

KIARA'S POV

"The lucky trainee is...Kiara?" S.Coups frowned as he read the paper in front him. 

"Who's Kiara?" he whispered to the staff member behind him.

Omigosh. Josh Oppa really made this happen....OMIGOSHHHH

"I'm Kiara." I said shyly as I stood up.

Coups gave me a warm smile and Meizhuan gave me a congratulatory pat.

"Hi Kiara! It's nice to meet you! I'm Choi Seungcheol, you can call me oppa from now on^^"

I giggled. "Nice to meet you Seungcheollie...Oppa..." I said shaking his hand for the second time that day.

He smiled and grabbed my hand. 

"Let's go meet the other members." 

He turned back to the rest of the girls and said "It was nice meeting you all and thank you for coming to the auditions! I'll see you around in the company!" he said as he bowed.

I waved goodbye to the girls and signaled to them to text me. Then I followed Coups out the door and across the hallway to a large black stage.

{A/N: it's the same stage that Seventeen debuted on}

"SAY THE NAME! SEVENTEEN! ANNYEONGHASEYO SEVENTEEN IMNIDA!!!" the boys shouted.

They all had wide grins on their faces and I couldn't help but let one grow on mine too.

"Annyeonghaseyo! Kim Jihye imnida. Please take care of me~" I said with a 90 degree bow.

There was a lot of applause from Seventeen and the staff.

The Seventeen members introduced themselves with the same introductions from this morning, but this time, Wonwoo was actually being nice.

It's probably because we're being filmed. 

DING DONG

We looked around trying to find the source of the bell.

"Hello Seventeen and Kim Jihye." said a voice from behind the camera.

"Don't worry about filming for today, we'll be starting tomorrow morning at your dorm. Jihye-ssi, you have to bring your belongings to the Seventeen dorm, so we'll let you guys go soon. Remember, this is a REALITY program so just be yourself. We'll see you tomorrow!" 

I looked up at Josh Oppa and he gave me a look as if he was saying 'Don't say anything until everyone leaves.'

"So Jihye-ssi.....you're a '00 liner?" Channie asked acting like he didn't know me.

"Yes. Are you a '00 liner too?" I asked with a fake curious expression.

He faked a laugh. "No, I'm a '99 liner. So, are you the maknae in your family?"

"Yes. I have an older brother, but he disappeared when I was little....or....well, that's what my parents told me." I said looking down at the floor.

Channie doesn't know that I'm not an only child.

My older brother had disappeared a couple days before I was born. I never met him. Growing up, my brother was a forbidden subject in my family. A child that they didn't want to talk about. I used to ask my grandparents about him, but I would always end up getting in trouble and learning as much as I had before.

They never told me his name or age, but from their descriptions, it sounded like he was maybe 3 or 4 years old when he disappeared. They said that he was tall for his age and was a really caring and gentle boy. I wish I got to meet my brother. 

Sometimes, I felt like my parents were lying to me. I lost all of my memories in an accident when I was 5, but I still get flashes from my past. When I woke up from the accident, I didn't even recognize my parents. In those flashes that I have, I remember a tall boy holding my hand and smiling at me. He would walk with me to the park and push me on the swings. But, there are some things that really don't match. I grew up in Iksan, Jeollakbu-do, but the playground that I remember doesn't exist there. None of them do. And now I can't ask my parents about the mystery-playground....

"Kiara? You there? You kinda zoned out for a bit. We're leaving now." Joshua said as he waved a hand in front of my face.

"Huh? Oh. Sorry....I was thinking about something..." I said as I followed him out the door.

"Here's your stuff." Wonwoo said as he threw my jacket and my bag at my face.

I caught it before it hit me. "Thanks." I said sarcastically while rolling my eyes.

"What did I do to offend him so much?" I asked Josh as we walked towards the van that Seventeen had come in.

"I don't know. He was texting some girl named Sumi earlier and apparently she hates you too..." Josh whispered back as we climbed in to the van.

"How do you know?"

"I looked over his shoulder while he was texting her. Shhh!" he said putting a finger up to his lips.

I just about died from laughing. 

"I never knew that my 'gentleman' cousin could be such a snoop!" 

"Shut up! You would have done the same thing! And besides, he was telling her all sorts of stuff about the audition stuff."

"No way....."

"Yes way. He was texting her since the moment we got into the van this morning. Something about it being good to see her again? I don't know. I feel like I've seen her before somewhere, but I'm not sure."

"Wait....You mean Im Sumi? The girl who auditioned with me today?"

"Yeah. Her. Honestly, I didn't really like her. She acted like she knew all of us personally....she kinda creeped me out."

"LOL. Wait...so if I'm supposed to be living with you guys now, do we still go by the same bedroom standards as we planned earlier?"

"No. The staff sent us home earlier to 'clean up' the dorm since they're switching the rooms around. I put your suitcase in the trunk so that nothing would look suspicious. We're just going to double up on bedrooms and you'll get one for yourself."

"Really?"

"Yeah. When we left, they were bringing in furniture for your room and moving the bunkbeds around to different rooms."

"Wow...."

"Yo! I speakeu Engrish! How are you doing?" asked the puppy giant.

I smiled at his English. "I'm doing fine. Thank you. How are you?"

"Uhhh.....I like guys!!!"

At this statement, I burst out laughing. 

"What in the world did you teach him Josh???" I asked as a puzzled expression appeared on Mingyu's face.

"ME? Why would you think that it was me? It could have been Vernon!" 

"HEY! WHY ARE YOU BLAMING ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T DO?" Vernon yelled from the back of the van.

"SO IT WAS YOU!" I shouted as I pointed a finger at my guilty cousin.

"I LIKE PINEAPPERS!!!!" Seungkwan screamed from the back of the van.

I think that living with Seventeen will be fun ^...^

"WE'RE HEREEEEE" DK shouted as he ran towards the building with his arms open wide.

"Calm yourself Seokmin. Save all that energy for the stage tomorrow." Hoshi said as he helped Josh take my suitcase out from the trunk.

DK just grinned and grabbed my hand, dragging me up the stairs with him to the dorm.

"I think you'll like your room." he said with a wide smile. 

The word like, was an understatement. I LOVED the room. 

"WAHHHHH!!!!!" I yelled with DK as we opened the door to my bedroom.

We looked at eachother and raced towards the bed to see how bouncy it would be.

We dove onto the bed laughing and bounced around until "Mother" yelled at us for being too noisy.

"YAH! LEE SEOKMIN! BE QUIET OR YOU'LL MAKE THE NEIGHBORS COMPLAIN!!!" yelled a voice from the other room.

We poked our heads out of the room to find Joshua sleeping on a mattress on the floor, Dino using Josh's stomach as a pillow while he played games on his phone, S.Coups doing something on his laptop, and Vernon writing lyrics on the sofa.

The voice that yelled at us definitely didn't belong to any of them.

Channie looked up at us and pulled his earbuds out. "What are you guys doing?"

"We're looking for the person who yelled at us to be quiet." I said as I walked over to where he was lying down.

"That might have been Manager JinHo. He usually yells at Dokyumie Hyung when he thinks that it's too noisy in here."

There was a loud crash coming from the kitchen and the three of us jumped.

"LEE SEOKMIN! STOP BEING SO DESTRUCTIVE!!!" yelled the same voice.

"IT WASN'T ME! I SWEAR!!! I'M IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH JIHYE AND DINO!!!" DK shouted back. 

A tall man stomped out of the other bedroom in to the living room.

"If it wasn't you, then who was it?"

Jun poked his head out of the kitchen.

"Sorry! I dropped a plate." he said with an innocent expression.

"Seeeee???? I told youuuuuuuu" Seokmin said sticking his tongue out.

The guy turned his head and saw me. His face flushed as he stuck his hand out.

"Annyeong! I'm Seventeen's manager, Kim JinHo." he said as I shook his hand.

"Annyeonghaseyo~ I'm Kim Jihye, Joshua Oppa's cousin^^" I said with a 90 degree bow.

"You're Joshua's cousin? But I thought that we were going to have a Pledis trainee living with us!" he said with a shocked expression.

"But I AM a Pledis trainee." I said with a cheery smile.

"She auditioned and got in. Han PD-nim said that it was okay." Dino said without looking up.

"Oh...well, it's nice to meet you. " he said awkwardly.

"Well guys, you have practice today. Normal time. Don't be late!" he said as he headed towards the door.

"I'll treat everyone out to dinner tonight, so don't worry about cooking Junhui!" he said.

I heard loud cheers coming from the bedroom that Manager JinHo had come out of.

"GOGI FOR DINNERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!" 

"You're okay with eating gogi, right?" Manager JinHo asked as he was halfway out the door.

"YEAH! I love meat^^"I said enthusiastically.

"Oh..." he groaned.

"Well, I'm leaving, see you guys later!" he called as he shut the door.

It was quiet for around 3 minutes in the dorm.

Seungkwan poked his head out from the bedroom that he was in.

"Is Manager JinHo gone?" he whispered to me.

"Yeah. I heard his car leave." 

"COME ON!!!! LET'S GO HAVE FUN NOW!!!!!" Seungkwan yelled as he dragged me to the kitchen.

The boys poked their heads out the kitchen window and lowered themselves out of the same window that Josh, Dino, and I had escaped from earlier.

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen....hey! We're missing one!" Coups said as he counted us up.

"HELP!!!!!!!!" 

TA-DA!!!! 

I made a super-long update bcos I felt bad for not updating in a while...

so very srry for that
