He saw the neighbour’s daughter hiding behind the trash bins, her hands clamped firmly over her ears, her eyes screwed shut as she tried to block out the loud screaming from inside her home. Yoongi jumped off of his chair and headed downstairs.
He cracked open one eye to look at her. "Are you wearing the same clothes from yesterday?" He asked, making her blush a little in embarrassment. "Yeah." She mumbled. He opened the other eye and frowned at her, noticing her messy hair and the bags under her eyes.
Jungkook’s harsh stare fell on Mark. He grabbed the front of the older man’s shirt. “If anything’s happened to her…” he threatened as he pushed the older man against the counter and rushed out of the apartment, leaving a bewildered Liz and embarrassed Mark behind.

Curiosity won over his desire to rest. He opened the door just enough that he could peer into the room. As the door opened, the music increased in volume. He couldn’t make out the English lyrics, but he felt that they sounded sad and angry. He peered into the room and was surprised to see Aria sitting against the wall, tears running down her face.
Laura sighed loudly as Jungkook once again destroyed her at their game. “Ugh, seriously Jungkook. Can’t you just let me win once?” she whined. Jungkook laughed and ruffled her hair affectionately. “But it’s not fun if I just let you win.” He said as he beat the high score on the game.
He went towards their bedroom as he spoke, “Your messages worried me. Then you stopped answering me. Is everything ok… why are you on top of the wardrobe?”
“I don’t know why it’s frustrating me so much. It’s not like we’re dating or anything.” He said more to himself than to me but I still felt like all the air in the room had been out. I felt the burn of tears behind my eyes. Please no. Be strong.
