personality Dahee is the child prodigy of Pomme. She's highly intelligent, being gifted with a IQ of 145. But that also has its disadvantages, making her have an arrogant side. She's the smartest, and she knows it. She's also quite courageous, because she believes she can take on the world because of her intelligence. She faces her fears and conquers them like a boss, yet she isn't all that. Dahee is just a young child, and even though she acts like she's grown, it's easily spotted that she's young. She's emotional and doesn't know how to filter her emotions yet, she cries easily, and that also makes her noncompetitive, because she wants everyone to win. She might not appear as a good kid, but she is. Despite all her flaws. She's usually cheerful, a little ray of sunshine who also loves to be playful. But she got spoiled, so she didn't know a lot of cruelty in the world for a long time. She has become lazy, only doing the stuff that's needed, thinking she'll succeed anyway, and she's also irresponsible and careless, not thinking about what the consequences might be if she does something. Dahee is Pomme's baby maknae, but also the group's troublemaker. She tends to stick with Choa, because then she's sure that she's safe and protected.
background Dahee was born in a family that had everything. An older brother and sister who cared for her, wealthy and good parents, big house with lots of toys. This little girl was probably one of the luckiest kids of the area. She was a cute, happy girl who was pretty popular. Throughout her growing up, Dahee really had all the luck on her side, even though she often broke a bone because of her endless playing around and doing risky stuff like climbing trees. She was one of the best students in class, even if she didn't do much effort, and when they examined her, little Dahee was found to be highly intelligent. Everyone was surprised, because highly intelligent people often misbehave, but not on purpose, but Dahee was always a good girl. Until she started growing up, she could become really bratty all of a sudden, and her highly intelligent behavior was showing. And not only that, she just had such an easy life with family and studies, that she just didn't know how real life was like. When the little girl was 10, back in 2011, she discovered Rainbow. After only a week, she told her parents that she wanted to become an idol, and when they told her to practice first, little baby Dahee threw a tantrum, but understood later on, and started practicing. After two years of hard work on her vocals, lots of tantrums and vocal lessons as well, Dahee's parents applied for her on The voice kids, as a gift for her working so hard despite her endless tantrums. Dahee was so happy, she was in the seventh heaven. She did very well on the audition and got into YoonSang's team. There she met a boy that was two years older than her, Lee Eunsung. They got along very well, and when Dahee was being a lil brat, Eunsung always calmed her down and brought back her happy self. She was able to get better because Eunsung kept her working and improving herself while she would usually laze around, thinking she was good enough. This way she got to the semi-final. She got to know two other children as well, Lee Woojin, who was a year younger than her, and Jeong Sagang, a child of her age. The only one who made it to the final was Eunsung, but Dahee was extremely happy for him and for the other participants as well. Dahee was scouted by lots of companies, but her parents deemed her too young, and she had to wait for another year. Her parents denied all the scouting offers, and Dahee was stuck with making covers, sometimes together with her friends Eunsung, Woojin and Sagang. This way, she could still stay in the spotlight so once her parents allowed her to become a trainee next year, that people would still ask her to join their company. Her parents always looked at her chances and how they would treat her, and when she got a few scouting calls in 2014, they picked out one company that seemed fit for her. It was Starlight entertainment. She started training there, aiming to become the main vocal of the new group, but because she didn't work as hard, a new trainee, Junhee, ended up surpassing her, and that caused some tension between the two. Meanwhile, her friends from the voice kids debuted in The east light, but Dahee didn't know they suffered so much, and she's fuming about the scandal, but not only her, now everyone of Pomme want to crucify the people who abused her best friends.
