But, that's not true, she's an introspective girl, always in deep thought, especially with the extroverts in the groups. With this, she is able to think logically when making decisions, and it takes a long time when officially making decisions. Though sometimes she can easily get tired of other people's antics easily. She is also conscientious, always striving to do what's right. She is attentive to most details and people, especially with the younger members. Mishil is generous, always willing to help whether it's for charity or just helping the staff. She is not afraid to lend a helping hand. Growing up, Mishil has been a brilliant girl. She is very book-smart, and uses difficult words that most people don't know, she's almost like a walking dictionary. BACKGROUND
In the late 90s, Bang Kisoon had an one night stand with one of his co-workers, Kwon Jaeyoon. Unknown to Kisoon, Jaeyoon was pregnant with his child and moved to Singapore, Singapore to stay with her mother. Kwon Mishil was born on November 26th, 1999 in Singapore, Singapore to her mother Jaeyoon.
As Mishil was growing up, she has always been a loner, you know, that quiet kid in the back of the class? Yeah, that was Kwon Mishil. She was a shy kid, and never got along with the other kids during her time in Singapore. She was definitely a mommy's girl, and will always be one. As for her relationship with her father, she had no idea who he was, and she didn't mind. If it was her choice, she would have never even met her father and she would sleep at night smoothly.
For Jaeyoon, that wasn't the case. She felt guilty and shameful about keeping her daughter away from Kisoon, despite him having a whole other family. She wanted to fess up to him and at least make him be aware of Mishil. So, when Mishil was 9, Jaeyoon took her on a surprise trip to South Korea, specifically to the Bang's doorstep.
At this point, there was no going back. Mishil finally met her birth father, Bang Kisoon along with his kids, Go Eunah and Bang Cheolyong along with Han Sungsook, Kisoon's wife. Mishil's father took her in, surprisingly, and suggested Jaeyoon and Mishil live with them. So, they did and not long after Kisoon adopted Mishil.
By the time he adopted her, Eunah and Cheolyong were already out of the house, working in the entertainment industry. Mishil was fascinated by them, especially Cheolyong, who debuted as a member of MBLAQ. She would ask him all sorts of questions about what he did, and about the K-POP industry, now deciding that she wanted to be an idol.
So, 11-year-old Mishil marched up to her parents and asked them if she could audition. Her mother said no, but her father said yes, but in a few years. In a compromise, they instead signed Mishil up for vocal lessons before letting her audition for companies.
Finally in 2013, Mishil auditioned for Dal Media, a new company. In response, Dal Media accepted her, putting her in a lineup for a future co-ed group project, Twilight.

Mishil was one of the last trainees to join the group, and since she's a naturally shy yet judgmental person, it was hard for her to be friendly with the others. They say time changes things, but in reality, you have to change it yourself. That's what Mishil did, making the effort to become closer to Twilight and be a better performer for the sake of the group. The members were all supportive of Mishil when she was on Mixnine, and they encouraged her to keep going even though she was complimenting on quitting the show. When it was finally announced that Twilight would make their debut, Mishil broke down in tears. There is no other group that she would debut with, there was only Twilight.

Practicing every single day, Mishil got a little more confident in herself, so much so that the company wanted to have her audition for YG's survival show, Mixnine.
After Mixnine, Mishil's stage fright didn't go away as Dal Media hoped. If anything, it made it worse as thousands of people tuned in every week, just to judge her. As said before, Twilight had been working on trying to help Mishil overcome her stage fright, due to the fact that they've known her for years.
