SM Suing China

So if y'all remember, SM is trying to sue not only KrisHan but ALL of the companies associaated with them (whether it be partnerships or advertisements).

 

One company stands out to me.....that being Baidu.

Lu Han pretty much endorsed and is the first person to ever represent Baidu.

 

For those of you who don't know, Baidu is pretty much the primary Chinese Internet search engine.

So if you think of it......SM's pretty much trying to sue the entire country of China.

Think about it, Baidu asked Lu han to endorse them, Tencent with Yi Fan, CCTV invited them to the Spring Festival, Dragon TV invited Lu Han, and so on.

 

This....is the sound of SM getting themselves kicked out of China.

An out of control Korean company is trying to bully Chinese people.....in Chinese territory. LOL

 

I'll frankly say this SM. Unless your puny little company can take on the nation of CHINA, you can't do jack .

SM sued Luhan only because he endorsed for Kans, a big rival to Nature Republic which is connected to SM. But too bad, cos I think Baidu would be dragged into this as well... ._. But if one side files a lawsuit, they will not have to follow the terms and conditions of the contract anymore, because it is already frozen.
