well, truthfully I dont really know very well about those 4 smartphones, but if u (want) to ask me what im using, im using smartphone asus zenfone 5 and oppo joy. I totally recommend those 2 smathpones.
samsung galaxy note 4 is cool, but if u using it for a long period, it would be , like meehh why this thing keep getting slower just becus I kept installed so many apps? htc is much more better tho (my mom using it) but some apps just doesnt get work, and the apps would be crashing Dx
iphone, it's nice. but, dont u feel the looks was kinda boring? T^T

Ermm.. I also don't know 1&3 you mentioned above, so between samsung & htc, I will vote htc.. But if me being really honest, I will not choose both htc or samsung . I rather go for iphone or sony xperia z series. I'm an iPhone user and im quite satisfied. I used htc before too and l do experienced lagging at one point but i think samsung lag even faster. I never use sony but my bff do and she is happy with it.

Tbh i don't know what 1&3 are but from an experience samsung will be great at first but them it will lag so i guess you can go with HTC or if there is another brand which is good you can buy it :)

If I were you, and have a little bit more of a cash, I'll definitely go for Oppo Find7. Its a very great phone. high resolution, have speed charging. powerful operating system. Me myself is currently waiting for a perfect time to change my phone. I've been using Samsung Note 2 now and after two years of using it, it start showing so many problems. Lag is one of a common thing to happen for a Samsung phone.

So yeah, I'll suggest you to take Oppo Find7. ^_^

I'd definitely get the HTC

I have never heard of Meizu or the OnePlus, but I have a Samsung and my cousin has the HTC. From my experience the Samsung works great for a short period, but then it does get laggy. But that only happens if you download too many apps and do not close them properly. My SD card is 32 gigabytes and I found that when I stored most of my apps, music, photos, etc onto my SD card rather than my phone memory, it functioned a lot better. Samsung has a habit of force closing a lot of my apps because they 'stopped working'. It can be a pain sometimes but I've learned to live with it.

I don't know much about the HTC but more and more people are opting for the HTC over Samsung. From what I've seen, the HTC is awesome. Like the screen is really high def, the layout is clean, it works fast and efficiently. But then again, I don't know much about it.

If you're still finding it difficult after reading reviews, go to a store and ask different workers for their opinions. They were hired to help you choose your products so make use of their smart brains. And good luck with your new phone! :D

I'm sorry for being so outdated but U never heard of no 1 and no 3 XD hahahaha!!
Samsung is ok for the apps but Samsung when u use it for a period of time the phone will be lagging :D all my family experience that with Samsung. Hehe! HTC One is great! Their resolution is better, for me la ^^ hehe! Don't take my opinion seriously hehe ^^

i'll try to help but i have really bad time with technology, things just break around me haha :D i have the samsung galaxy note 4, it's pretty good, the only thing i don't like is the camera isn't great, i think the HTC one is good too, that's what my mum wants when she gets a new phone and she probably knows more about it than me lol :D i hope this somehow helped even though i'm useless XD
