Personality: Though Sungjin calls Sungmi "Mini-Minnie" she's more like Sungjin than Sungmin most of the time. But sometimes she could be like Sungmin too. Sungmi is a girl who is kind to people she's just met. She loves making new friends and rarely makes enemies, but occationly some people doesn't like her. Simply because she's Super Junior's Sungmin's sister. They usually don't like her because she doesn't want to introduce them to Sungmin. People before just "befriended" her because they thought they could have a "shot" with him, and because of that she's been more careful when choosing friends.

Mostly you'll see Sungmi smiling and laughing. She's a person who enjoys life and sees the positive. Even with the stressfull life she's had, she still manages to smile and pretend nothing of it happened. Most people wouldn't be able to accomplish(?) that feat. Sungmi, when she's in trouble (about to get scolded or anything of the like) she does aegyo. She, alike to Sungmin have undefeatable aegyo. Not even Sunny's aegyo could beat Sungmi's aegyo. Then people would let her go, then when she get's away she laughs quietly and runs away and think: "Mission accomplished!"

Background: Sungmi grew up as the third child of the family with two older brothers. The oldest one being 7 years older and the younger one being 4 years older then her. Ever since they were young, her brothers have exelled in very thign they did, and as the youngest their parents had high expectations of her. They pushed her when it came to studies and for free-time activities. Her oldest brother did well in MUSIC and dance while her other brother did well in both soccer and swimming. Her brothers being Lee Sungmin and Lee Sungjin. Everyone in the neighborhood knew who they were and wanted to be friends with them.

Her parents wanted her to do something in her freetime so they signed her up for martial arts training: Tae Kwon Do, Wu Shu, Kung Fu and Capoeira. The training was hard and tiering, but at some point it became a very fun thing to do. She even teached Sungmin and Sungjin some moves. Sungmi haven't been on close terms with her brothers because they were older than her and they vere, well boys! But as they got older they became closer than ever. When she was 6 years old their family moved to Seoul to live while their father Lee Chunhwa established two companies: SendBill and Network Mania in which he was (and STILL is) the CEO.

When Sungmin was 15 (Sungmi was 9 at that time) he partisipated in SM Youth Best Contest and won the first place for Best Outward Appearance. He then signed a contract with SM and became a trainee. Sungjin on the other hand decided to train on his soccer skills and joined his schools soccer club. So Sungmi was left alone at home and she studied hard in school since Chunhwa wanted her to take over the companies when she got older. Sungmi didn't want that ,but didn't say anything since she didn't want to let him down. But she soon found out what she really wanted to do: she wanted to follow her brother Sungmin and do music.

The reason was: when she was 13 she was walking home from school, but she got a little lost on the way and ended up a place where people had competitions. It was for rapping, in other words underground rapping. Sungmi was amazed by the people, the lyrics and beats they made, even the music some of them had composed themselves. She sayed there almost the whole night. She was scolded severally by both her Chunhwa and Sungmin. They were very worried about her, but she told them the truth. She wanted to be a rapper, her father laughed and said she was too young to know what she wanted. She got upset and ran to her room. Sungmin and Sungjin both went to her room to comfort her, but she wanted to be alone. Sungmin knew how she felt since Sungmin wanted to be a singer at that age too and spoke to Chunhwa and their mother (I don't know her real name so I'll name her Eunkyung) Eunkyung. Then they realised that they couldn't controll her anymore and shold give her the same freedom as Sungmin and Sungjin. So Chunhwa and Sungmi made a deal, that if she was accepted into a company she could do music. It didn't matter which one. But she had three chances or else she would have to succeed their companies.

When she was 15 she auditioned for JYP. There she met Ravi and they realised they had a lot in common. The biggest one being that they both wanted to be rappers. When they had their respective auditions they cheered on each other. Ravi was the first one out, but he didn't get in. He was dissapointed, but he cheered Sungmi on. She got in and was so thrilled! Ravi was also happy for her, they still kept in touch and met up. They became the best of friends, like siblings.

But it wasn't long until Sungmi moved to another company (she was 17, she moved in 2009), this time it was SM Entertainment, there she met Lee Jinki and they hit it right off. They became great friends and later boyfriend and girlfriend, but they kept it secret. No one knew except from the rest of SHINee and the CEO, the couple had gotten his blessings to continue being together. But Sungmi hadn't told either of her most precious people, her mother, father, brothers or Ravi and she feels bad about it, but you never know who could be listening in... Sungmi was actually supposed to debut with Red Velvet, the possision Seulgi now has, but she had to leave SM for reasons I will explain later. And thus Seulgi got Sungmi's possistion.

When Ravi heard the news of her leaving, Ravi went to comfort her. He took her out for coffee and on they way they saw a poster for CUBE. 'This is it,' Sungmi though 'this is my last chance. It's now or never,' she imideatley(?) went to CUBE Entertainment to sign up for the auditions and she made it! And she couldn't be happier now that she's finally debuting!

Later the fans of her group and SHINee's fans find out that Sungmi and Onew are married, it's chaos everywhere! Both her and Onew recieve threats and get's cursed at and it get's harder to see each other. Sungmi faints from exhaustion and Onew is forced to take a break for a while. They both decide to go together to collect themselves, find each other and let the fans calm down. But because of their "out of the blue" vacation all their fans wonder if they have decided to leave their group to be together as just husband and wife (I'll let you decide from here what should happen, but of course they go back again).

Style: Sungmi's style is very feminine. She loves skirts, dresses and nice shirts. If she could she would have only worn dresses. But she can't handle high heels, so she's allowed to use regular, but stylish sneakers, but they have to have insoles. But sometimes when she goes out she would wear clothes which are too big for her. She's more comfortable with big clothes. She even uses her husband's shirt as a pyjama shirt.

Mother | Lee Eunkyung | 54 | Kind, loving, protective, the perfect mother | Eunkyung has always been SUPPORTIVE of Sungmi and has wanted the best for her only daughter. When they have time they would go out and eat and go shopping, but they usually don't stay long when it comes to shopping since neither of them like to buy clothes. But when they first go out they have fun. (I actually have no idea what her name is really, but I've included a real picture of her, Chunhwa (which is his real name) and Sungjin)

Father | Lee Chunhwa | 57 | Strict, fair, protecting, caring | Chunhwa was a strict, but fair father. He wanted the best future for Sungmi since she was his only daughter. He, for some time controlled everything Sungmi did: Homework, school, freinds and the like. Sungmi didn't like that and distanced herself from him. But since he allowed Sungmi to become a singer, their relationship has been getting better. But Sungmi still resent's her father for her past, but she's learning to forgive and forget.

Older Brother | Lee Sungmin | 29 | Over protective, loving, caring, | Sungmin and Sungmi are very close. When Sungmi was younger she would have nightmares. Sungmin would stay with her some nights and Sungjin other nights. Sungmi is Sungmin's treasure. To him, there's no one else who's more important (well except the rest of his family, new wife and SuJu). Sungmin is also easily jealous. When he seen Sungmi with guy-friends (mostly Ravi) or husband (Onew), he will pout and glare at them. Daring them to take his sister away. Sungmin is pretty childish and has a childish possessiveness towards Sungmi.

Older Brother | Lee Sungjin | 24 | Caring, protective, but not as much as Sungmin, easily worried | Sungjin is the more mature of the brothers when it comes to Sungmi. But he's a worry-wart. If he doesn't know where she is, he'll panic and call her non-stop until he gets an answer. Sometimes he worries so much that Sungmi just ignores him and rather ask for forgiveness instead. Sungjin also get's jealous when he sees the same as Sungmin when it comes to Sungmi, but he doesn't let it show. But he's definitively the one who threatens the other guy's in Sungmi's life more than Sungmin. Sungmi think's it's kind of cute when her brothers worry about her, but she wishes they could tune it down a bit. They both seem to forget that she knows a lot of martial arts.

Sister-in-law | Kim Saeun | 29 | Caring, cute, helpfull, supportive | At first Sungmi didn't like Saeun all that much. Simply because she was jealous that she was no longer one of the only women in Sungmin's hears (the women being herself and their mother). When Sungmin introduced her to the family Sungmi didn't stay and ran to her room. Sungmin wanted to go and talk to her, but Saeun said she could handle it. They talked an Sungmi was being honest and said that she was afraid of losing Sungmin. Saeun said she understood, but she loved Sungmin just as much as Sungmi did, but in a different way of course. After that talk Sungmi was more open with Saeun, but took her time to accept her as a sister-in-law. But now they are really close and Sungmi can talk to Saeun about anything. (Saeun is also a year older than Sungmin, Saeun is born on April 8th, 1985 while Sungmin is born on January 1st, 86, just so you know ;D)

Changmin has been the one with more sense and judgement and would always take the blame if Sungmi ever got in trouble. You can say he took it upon him to be the responsible one and educate Sungmi in the ways of the company. It was Changmin who introduced her to her current husband.

Love Interest: Lee Jinki | 25 | Idol, SHINee | Changmin introduced her to him | Clumsy, dorky, sweetheart, protective, sentimantal | Married | From they day they met there was a spark, but since they both were on the shy-side of the love department neither confessed until they were driving their freinds nuts with the tripping around each other. So one day Kyuhyun and Changmin saw it fit to lock them up in a room and wouldn't let them out until they had confessed. They didn't care that Onew had a schedule and Sungmi had practice. So Onew and Sungmi talked about their feeling and they became a couple on February 14 of 2010 (conviniatley planned by the evil twins of SM). This time SHINee was busy with Hello Baby (check it you don't believe me~ ;D). Then (I think it was either in 2012 or 2013), when Onew was "dignosed" with the swine-flu he was actually in a wedding, his wedding with Sungmi. They married on their 2nd anniversairy as a couple on February 14th of 2012. So now they have been married for almost two years.

Trainee Background; Sungmi was a JYP trainee from when she was 15 to 17. A SM trainee from 17 to 21 and a CUBE trainee from the end of her 21st year until now (22). While Sungmi was a JYP trainee she trained to master the art of composing. She even experimented with singing and figured she could sing very well too. She also trained to be a dancer while she was there. Then her martial arts skills came to good use, she used some of their basics in her dances. She made them seem more powerful and a lot more boy-ish, so she didn't fit for a regular girl group. But they kept her as a background dancer, always promising her that she would be able to debut. But they didn't and Sungmi was tired of the empty promises and left JYP.

She soon joined SM Entertainment and it was instantly better. She developed her singing and composing, it really helped that she knew how to play piano. She even got a boyfriend who helped her with everything she needed help with. Though the relationship was a secret that didn't stop them from going out (with disguises(?)) and love each other. Then Sungmi was set to debut, but because of sassaeng's was insanley close to figuring them out, Sungmi had to leave SM with a heavy heart. And to think, just a year before she married one of the best men she has even known. She had caused problems for the company, and insted of fighting she ran away. Onew tried to get her on better thoughts, but it wasn't easy. But he managed to do it, but then again, occasionally she will be in a upset mood and hard to cheer up.

Then she got the opportunity to train at CUBE. She had a lot more fun at CUBE and she was more free to do what ever she wanted. But she trained harder when she got there, because she really wanted debut soon. Still, because of all the training she didn't take care of her body. Onew was worried she might fall sick, and she did. She was sick a lot during that time, but she still did her best no matter what. Then when she had finished composing a song to show to Yong Junhyung to evaluate she was so nervous and she forgot to eat. She didn't eat anything the day before either because she was so focused on getting finished. After Junhyung listened to the composition and was about to compliment her on her good job, she fainted. Junhyung panicked and called their CEO and Sungmi was sent to the hospital. Since then she has been more careful and to show her how good of a job she did with her song, B2ST decided to use it as a title song for their next comeback. The song was "Good Luck", she was also credited in the album as a composer for the song. Since she was so talented at composing Junhyung asked her for her help with a new composition for B2ST next comeback. He said it was a present for B2UTIES (their fan-club) and she felt the pressure, but the result was awesome. That song came to be "12:30".
