Raesang has heterochromia, her left eye is dark brown, her right eye is a clear sea-green color. She also has a nose piercing. 

fashion style

raesang's style is very feminine. She loves skirts, dresses and nice shirts. If she could she would have only worn dresses. But she can't handle high heels, so she's usually uses regular, but stylish sneakers, but they have to have insoles. If she has to use high heels she uses wedges. But sometimes when she goes out she would wear clothes which are a little too big for her. She's more comfortable with big clothes. She even stole some of her boyfriends t-shirts to wear while she sleeps. Here are some examples to sum up her style.

— The simplest thing are often the best, but variety makes it perfect.

// Raesang as first is seen as a quiet, shy and timid girl, but as you get to know her she would be the one cracking all the jokes. She shy around new people. She's pretty much quiet, but she's sharp. She notices things that others don't, since she takes time to analyze the situations around her. She's not one to show emotions easily or freely, but she's opened up a lot, now she even starts conversations. Before she couldn't stand people touching her without her permission, but now she can handle being hugged suddenly by her closest people. She likes skin-ship since that is the way for her to show her affections beside speaking. She is a soft spoken person, she rarely raises her voice to anyone.

// Though she's quiet most of the time, she really cares a lot for her friends and is trying to be more out spoken, though it's not easy. Though she too has her moments when she can let herself go. When she sees children and animals she completely forgets everything and plays with them. She doesn't care what others think of her then she does what she wants. But when she's with her brother, they both change in a way. Raesang becomes a person who loves to hug and talk and smile, even laugh! She's also very strong and competitive, but it doesn't show all that much, so every time people see her strength, they are always surprised.

// She's also very protective of the people she cares the most about, like a lioness with her cubs. She will voice it if people get on her nerves as a warning and if the person still hasn't backed off she will back them off personally.

// She's also a perfectionist. She will be so focused on getting everything right, so she will forget to take care of her own body. That is one of her biggest flaw. The other one is that she's very distant towards people she just met. Others may see her as cold, but it's just so that she can be sure of the character of the person.

// She's also insecure, not only about herself, but also people around her. Since she's from a well off enough family she's had the pressure to be that she has to be perfect in everything. But she's always insecure if what she's doing is right, if it is perfect enough for the people around her, and what they would think of her. As for the people around her she's insecure about how to approach them, since she's pretty shy and quiet. Raesang doesn't voice her insecurity because she doesn't want to seem weak in front of others. To her, insecurity is a weakness.

// Childhood: Raesang was born into a middle class family consisting of a mother, father and an older brother. Her relationship with her parent at that time was like the relationship that is supposed to be. She's the youngest child and was pampered by both her parents and her brother. He became very protective of her and he was the one Raesang would go to whenever she had problems, other kids bullied her or when she had nightmares. 

As she grew up other kids started getting more freak out by the girl with the colored eyes. The parents of those kid did nothing to disipline their children so they continued tormenting her. It was a kind of defence mechanism, they got freaked out/scared of her because of her mismatched eyes and the result was that they bullied/tormented her, because then they would feel superior and see that she was weak. 

I'm not saying this in their defence, but that is always what Raesang thought and because of that though she always picked herself up and continued on. She didn't need to pick on others to feel better about herself. She would never sink that low and always had her head held high with a permanent poker face on. She would never let them get to her and decided she would become better than them. She did so by being the best student in school.

During an incident in school, where the bullying had worsened and they had gotten very physical, she was saved by at upper class boy, he looked to be about four years older than her he chased them away and helped her treat her wounds at the nurses office. They started to talk and the boy, now introduced as Kim Joonmyun, noticed that Raesang seemed to be very mature for her age and it was refreshing to talk to her. From that point on, they became the best of friends.

// Teen years: During her teen years she moved on her own to Seoul. Her nrother had already mover there and helped her finding an apartment close to her new high school, while still being close to him in case she needed help. During this time, Raesang and her parents would often argue. She had told them that her passion and interest in make-up and wanted to pursue that as a career. Her parents didn't agree that she would waste her academic talent over something so, so... unhelpful, to their current situation.

They had strted struggling financially and her brother sent them money every month. Her parents took that it for granted and always assumed he would send them money, but Raesang never accepted it, she didn't want to take her brother money, no matter if he gave them to her. She wanted to earn money herself and made a deal with her brother. He would help her get an apartment in Seoul and she would get a job and help him provide for their family. Again their parents were demanding more money since they had spent so much on them during their time growing up.

After a while Raesang got fed up with her parents demands and took it up with her brother who agreed. They had paied their debt to their parents, they had sent more money than they themselves could afford. They told their parents this. They did not take it well. They were angry and said they if they didn't send more money they would never be welcomed home. Over the years they had become greedy and Raesang wouldn't stand for it. Raesang's brother told them to consider himself and Raesang as disowned. They would never be in debt to their parents anymore and they were free. Free to do whatever. Beacuse of this they got stronger and had a better relationship with each other.

Her relationship with Joonmyun had continued to be what it was. Joonmyun had moved to Seoul to study at Seoul National University. They always talked to each other on the phone, at least once every day, either through phone calls or texts. And one day he was visiting her as he had vacation (she had already moved to Seoul herself), he bought her a bracelet. It was a simple beautiful green bracelet, Joonmyun said that it matched her eyes. Raesang have never taken it off, not for anything. One day however, all contact stopped. She couldn't reach Joonmyun, no matter who or how she tried to contact him. She was hurt by it, but she though that he may have had a very good reason and she would wait for him to contact her. Which as pure torture for Raesang.

// Adult life: After her 18th birthday she applied for JSM Art and Academy to finally begin her studies as a professional make-up artist and hair dresser. It was difficult at first, but it was a lot of fun. She learned fast so she needed only to study and practice for about a year before finally getting to work. She started working as a freelancer and would work for people who needed work done. She would also draw protraits of faces while using make-up and the appropriate tools to get ideas and to get it in so if people wanted "that one", she could to it at the top of her head.

After a while of work and saving money, she went to the bank for a loan to start her own hair salon, where she would provide everything fron simple cutting, to intricate coloring and make-up tips (while she applied the make-up, mind you!) which would fit their hair style and face shape. After some persuation and and a well thought out presentation, she got the loan and started setting it up. By the time it was finished and up and running, she was 19 (turning 20 since she was born so late in the year), the youngest buissness owner in the city.

Her salon "Ray's Hairible Day" (a pun for horrible hair day xD I thought it was funny!) bloomed! She serves everyone from children, to elderly. And while people wait for their turn she serves everything from water to wine, which makes her imensley popular among every age. She's even hired her brother as a model for the salon. He's a handsome man who fits almost any hair style and because of that he started working as a model, he's also moving to the acting scene and Raesang couldn't be more prouder of her big brother and he couldn't be more prouder of her. But she one day hope to have a bigger salon, since her current one is pretty small in comparison to the bigger names in tge industry., possibly more. And when she's made a name for herself, hopefully she might even style celebrities.

current events

Raesang lives in a modern and spacious loft-apartment 6 blocks away from her salon. Her days consist mostly of working at her salon, but as she's her own boss, she decided herself when she wants to work and not. When she has free time she either sits home ad reads or she takes walks with her dog Luka. She usually takes him to the lokal dog park and they have a lot of fun. She's become the most saught after stylist in the country and the demand is high. And because of a her hard work, she's become very well off, but she has not let that change her in any way other than making her more open and out-spoken. She's seemig less colder at first glance and smiles more often. She has no problems during the day, well if you count sleeping in all the time, then that's kind of a problem.

The nigh of June 8th, she was just about to close the salon for the day. She had to extend the time for closing, seeing as it was a lot more people that day than most. Then as she was going to do the settlement for the day, the power went out and she looked outside the windows to see eveything was black. She wondered what could have caused it as there were no warning or any broken powerlines. She didn't think much of it and lit a candle while finishing off. As she stepped outside to close the door, she felt a chill go down her spine and looked around. She had a weird feeling in the stomach. It's wasn't bad, per se, but it wasn't a good one either. She didn't know what to make out of it, but knew enough to trust her gut. After a few more minutes looking around she went home, but the feeling never went away.

family

Older BROTHER — Choi Minho // 24 // Model, actor // Quiet, kind, helpful, protective, affectionate // Minho is Raesangs rock. Whenever she had a hard time he would be there with a comforting hug and reassuring words. Minho is very busy working as a model/actor, but he always takes time to spend time with her, either with a simple phone call, "coffee date" or he would sleep over. They have a very good relationship and are very close. If anything happened between them or if something happened to Minho, Raesang wouldn't know what to do with herself, the same with Minho. If anything happened to his precious baby sister (he still sees her as a baby sister), he would never forgive himself.

(As Raesang doesn't have much of a relationship with her parents and she doesn't think of them to be important to her, then I won't write about them!)

friends

bEST FRIEND — Kim Kibum (Key) // 24 // Model // Sassy, sarcastic, funny, helpful, diva // Kibum, or Key as he prefer is a friend of Minho who frequently was in Raesang's salon, long before he knew she and his best friend Minho were sibling. They talked a lot, gave each other tips on fashion, make-up and hair styles. They became really close during that time and Key has become like a second brother to Raesang, which makes Minho jealous (to some degree), which in turn amuses Key and Raesang to no end! Raesang is now the only person he allows to style his hair, so whenever he has a photoshoot he will pick her up and they will plan the shoot in the car.

best Friend — Amber Liu // 23 // Composer // Funny, weird, kind, sassy, blunt // Amber is also a friend of Minho's and Key's who Raesang was introduced to when Minho, Key and Amber visited her shop one day. Raesang and Amber instantly hit it off. Amber also said that Raesang had beautiful eyes. Amber couldn't stop staring as she had never seen enyone with that color combination. That was the third time anyone has ever given her a compliment for her eyes (the other times being her brother and Key on different occations) and Raesang instantly took a liking to her. Amber frequently takes her out to eat or to take a coffee. Key always teases Amber with that she may have a crush on Raesang.

SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL BULLY (the main one, the queen bee)— Kim Haneul  // 21 // Barista at a café // Snary, bossy, impolite, inconsiderate, lazy // They have never had a good relationship. Haneul was the one who was popular, who every girl wanted to be so everyone followed her and did the same as she did. Raesang hated that girl and always wanted to fight back, but at the time, that was not how she was. She would never sink so low as to do what Haneul did. She would be the better woman and ignore Haneul. Now Haneul works part-time in a café across the street from "Ray's Hairible Day" and she's very jealous of what Raesang had accomplished.

ex-girlfriend-turned- best-friend — Song Qian (Victoria) // 29 // Chinese teacher // Motherly, helpful, kind, optimistic, strict // Even if they have had a ralationship, like they were a couple, they ended it on a good note. Neither Victoria or Raesang have the peronality to hold any grudges or be angry over history. While they were together, it was hard at first because of their age difference, but they managed to work it out and they were very happy together. Victoria worked in a high school and taught Chinese and Raesang had everything with her  salon to think about so they drifted apart. Then they sat down in a café to talk and they decided to end their relationship. They had nothing against each other and still remain very good friends.

SEOUL INSTITUTE OF science and TECHNOLOGY QUESTIOnNAIRE

HOW did you first meet the experiment? — I first met him when I went to school, so I've knoen him my whole life. He saved me from the people who bullied me. I will forever be in debted to him, even when he said I don't own him anything.

How do you feel about meeting someone who has superpowers? did you believe him at first? — I didn't believe him at all. He suddely appeared after four years of no contact and expects me to believe he had been experimented on by SIST. No way I would believe that excuse. But then he sowed me his powers. I... I felt so sorry toward him. Who knows what he went through? And when he came to me for help, I just brushed it off, I didn't believe him. What kind of friend am I? I stared crying and Joonmyun hugged me and told me he needed me, now more than ever, and hell if I was gonna disapoint him. I will help him in any way that I can!

How do you feel about sist after hearing about the experimentation?did your perception change? — I was beyond angry, I was pissed! How dare they?! I told Joonmyun that I wanted to get revenge on them, but he told me no. How can he say no? I though, but he got me to think rationally and I decided againt doing anything against them, yet. For now I would help him get back on his feet and would be there for him whenever he needed me. But I would forever scowl when I heard someone mention SIST. I really hate them.

what are your plans for the future? — My plans are as follows: I will help Joonmyun, that is my main priority. I will make another "Ray's Hairible Day" because the current salon is too small and doesn't have the capability for all the demands so I will make another one, maybe not soon, but in the future sometime. I will get married and I will have kids. I have always wanted to get married and have kids early. I really hope I will accomplish that before I'm 30. Lastly which is also pretty high on my list, I will help Joonmyun and the other escaped experi- no, people, overthrow SIST. They can't get away with doing what they did.

Kim Joonmyun

personality before — Joonmyun is the perfect gentleman. Many have a lot of respect for him, since he’s always gentle and responsible, looking after his friends as well as he possibly can, with a smile always lighting up his face. He’s extremely tolerant and calm, but he’s pretty scary when he’s mad. It's always the calm ones who are the scariest because you know they would usually never do anything, but make him mad. You will be sorry.

At school, Joonmyun was the model student, getting amazing grades and being the reliable class president. He’s the kind of guy you’d want to bring home to meet your parents, without any concern of them disapproving of him. Joonmyun just seems so willing to give everything a go and to prove himself to people and conquer whatever fears or shortcomings he has. I think that’s definitely his strongest quality. 

PERSONALITY after  — Joonmyun has tried to keep to his personality as it was before, becaus ehe felt he had to be strong for the other boys who got kidnapped. But he has been affected. He's more indifferent and aloof. He tries to not let it show that the four years have effected him, but Raesang knows him, inside-out and no matter how he tries to play if off. She knows he's different. 

Joonmyun has nightmares and flashbacks. Then he gets very violent and he tries to get away, he will hit, kick and use his powers. Raesang has been exposted to all this and Joonmyun will retreat into himself and feel so much remorse and he will cry. He will always try to run away when those things happen, but Raesang always manages to talk him out of it.

relationship & history — At first Raesang will act as Joonmyun is a frightned child. He seemed so vulnearable and scared it broke Raesangs heart. Joonmyun had no place to stay so Raesang told him to stay with her as she had a guest room. Joonmyun was over the moon when he say Raesang again after four years. It was as if he had seen an angel and Raesnag couldn't believe he looked like this now. She imidiatle knew something was wrong as she looked at him. Somehow he looked like Joonmyun, but he felt different.

When she had brought him home she was about to call her brother for help, but Joonmyun stopped her and told her he had to tell her something. Then he told her what happened and Raesang felt angry. How dare he not contact her for four years and when he suddely appears, this is his excuse?! He could have come up with something more believable then getting kidnapped, experimented on which resulted in superpowers. But then he showed her and Raesang felt like the biggest jerk, she felt so sorry for him and angry about herself. This is her bestest friend, he's in trouble and here she is, not believing in him when she knows he would never lie to her.

After a while of talking and catching up Raesang showed him the guest room and they went to sleep. In the night, she heard screaming coming from the guest room and immediately ran to the room to check up on him. He was screaming and thrashing on the bed, as if he was being tortured Raesang ran to wake him up, just as she was about to touch him she was flipped over and Joonmyun staddled her waist while choking her, his eyes were dark and they had no experssion what so ever, but his face was contoured in pure rage. Raesang was desperatley trying to claw his finger from and she slapped him in his cheek to wake him up. He was too strong for her. When she had slapped him he woke up from his trance and saw what he was doing. He let her go, jumped of the bed and slid down the wall grabbed a hold of his head and started apologizing while crying. Raesangæs heart broke at the sight. She went to hug him, to assure him that it was okay. He flinched away from her, he was afraid to hurt her again, but Raesang didn't care and hugged him. He started crying harder and grabbed a hold of her like she was his life-line. From that moment on she swore she would protect him, she would get him back on his feet, help him out of this mess and always love him the way he deserves to be loved.

ending — Their story end with them getting married and having children. It's cliché, but that is what they both want. Joonmyun doesn't want to live his life without her and vice versa.

other —
- Their favorite past time is cuddling on the couch under a planket.
- Joonmyun hates his powers as they were forced on him, but Raesang always has him using his powers to help her around to prove to him it's not all that bad. Because of this he's come to accept it and doesn't want to get rid of it.
- They love to take walks in the rain. Just letting the water drench them. And the feeling of taking a shower after a walk is amazing. Fun-fact, they shower together, they they take long showers (if you know what I mean ;D)
- Luka is a huge fan of Joonmyun, like he listens well to him, sometimes even better than Raesang.
- They love listening to music on the radio and Joonmyun will always ask her up to dance and they will dance in the whole apartment.
- Joonmyun often has nightmares of his time in SIST, he no longer hits or kicks in his sleep but he holds Raesang to assure himself he's not there anymore (they sleep in the same bedroom now) and Raesang will his hair to calm him down.
- Their favorite song (couple song) is Christina Perri's A Thousand Years.
