Chapter twenty nine of Survivor will be out on New Year's Day. Unless I manage to write another one and I post it sooner xD

but I really have to focus on finishing some of my school work before school starts again on the 5th of January. (Kill me pls, I hate school)

Soooo....yeah. thank you to all my awesome readers, it really does make my day whenever I read your comments! I read and reply to every single one so if you're a shy/silent reader, don't be afraid to drop a comment! We can start a whole conversation, it probably won't even be about the fanfic for very long :P

"I thought we were all going to stick together!" Hyoyeon shouts, pinning our eonnie with an accusatory glare. "You promised me we'd always stick together. You said you'd be like my big sister. YOU PROMISED, EONNIE!" 
 
"I KNOW!" Jessica shouts back, her hands shaking. "I know. I'm sorry. But...Krystal is out there and it's my duty as her sister to find her. Even if she's not the same person when I do. I still have to go." They both look to me for my input.
 
"We are truly sorry. You're all family to us. Please understand," Yoongi croaks, a tear escaping his right eye. "Please." I do understand. If it were me and I knew that Hyomi was still out there somewhere, alive, I would do whatever it takes to find her. I would climb mountains and swim oceans to find her. Because, after all, family means everything. Although the team is more than just a team, we're all friends - family, even - there's no place like home.
 
Home is where the heart is. Jessica's heart is with her little sister.

Hehehehehehe I did say it's a TEASER ;) what? Too short? URGH fine, here's another.

"What the 's going on?" I ask the soldier whom's name I do not know. "Why did we stop?" He doesn't reply but I can see that his lips are quivering. I follow his line of sight and my eyes widen. "Ah, ." I look back at the others. "We've got a major problem." They all undo their seatbelts and lurch forward, each of them trying to look out the window.

"Oh my god," Jieun breathes shakily. "Are those..."

"Infected," I confirm and Henry closes his eyes, taking a deep breath. I turn back towards the window. I tap the soldier's shoulder. "You need to drive through them."

"What!? Are you insane!? THERE'S HUNDREDS OF THEM!" He screams. I throw my hand over his mouth, muffling his protests. I look ahead and relax when none of the Infected have spotted us yet. They're crowded a few hundred feet from us, moving like a herd of cattle. Even from here, I can hear the hum of their low-pitched moans. I feel the hairs on my neck and my arms stand.
