Personality: Taeksoo as first is seen as a quiet, shy and timid girl, but as you get to know her she could be just as funny annoying as Ken. She shy around new people and when she's on camera (except for performances). Taeksoo, shares a lot of traits similar to her older brother Taekwoon. She's pretty much quiet, but she's sharp. She notices things that others don't, since she takes time to analyze the situations around her. She's not one to show emotions easily or freely like the rest of her band mates, but she's opened up to them a lot, now she even starts conversations. Before she couldn't stand people touching her without her permission, but now she can handle being hugged suddenly by them. She likes skin-ship since that is the way for her to show her affections beside speaking. She like her brother is a soft spoken person, she rarely raises her voice to anyone.

Though she's quiet most of the time, she really cares a lot for the members and is trying to be more out spoken on camera, though it's not easy. Though she too has her moments when she can let herself go. When she sees children and animals she completely forgets everything and plays with them. She doesn't care what others think of her then she does what she wants. But when she's with her brother, they both change in a way. Taeksoo becomes a person who loves to hug and talk and smile, even laugh! The same happens to Leo too. She's also very strong and competitive, but it doesn't show all that much, so everytime people see her strength, they are always surprised.

She's also very protective of the people she cares the most about, like a lioness with her cubs. She will voice it if people get on her nerves as a warning and if the person still hasn't backed off she will back them off personally. On camera she very much like Leo then too. She's shy to show of what she got and when she laughes she hides her face in a way so that it's not shown, at all. But in all honesty, she's more comfortable with acting. 'Cause then she can let herself go and be someone completely different. Taeksoo thinks it's fun to be a different person, and it's also a way for her to explore the different sides of herself through acting.

Taeksoo is especially serious when she's training. Then she won't look at anything else and just focus on her singing and dancing. Sometimes she even forget's to eat, which has caused her to be sick a few times. One day when she was training, the rest of the trainees had a joint training. They all learned the same choreography and were to perform it in front of CUBE's CEO and the other trainees and idols from said company. Then she was so serious in getting the choreography right that she forgot to eat and only drank water. Then when she danced she was so nervous and she was dizzy, but she still managed to dance until it was done. Everyone applauded and Taeksoo out. She's also a perfectionist. She will be so focused on getting everything right, so she will forget to take care of her own body. That is one of her biggest flaw. The other one is that she's very distant towards people she just met. Others may see her as cold, but it's just so that she can be sure of the character of the person.

She's also insecure, not only about herself, but also people around her. Since she's from China and grew up there she has the "Chinese-stereotype" that she has to be perfect in everything. But she's always insecure if what she's doing is right, if it is perfect enough for the people around her, and what they would think of her. As for the pople around her she's insecure about how to approach them, since she's pretty shy and quiet. Taeksoo doesn't voice her insecurity because she doesn't want to seem weak infront of others. To her, insecurity is a weakness.

When Taeksoo is on stage, she's emits y charisma and she does her best until the end. Off stage, she then lays down in the nearest couch and sleeps until they have to go. On camera, she's like her brother she doesn't show much emotions or reactions unless it deserves it (in her eyes). She's very camera-shy and she, like her brother hides her face when she laughs or smiles. Off camera she's as stated before

Background: Before Taeksoo was born her birth father Jung Taejin, had been in China on a buisness trip to expand his company. On his first day, he got lost on the way to the hotel he was staying in. But luckily a woman who knew the basics of Korean found him and helped him back to the hotel. He wanted to thank her and so he got her number. He called her and they had a great time together, but Taejin had fallen for the woman who's name was Bao Xinzin. They had both fallen for each other and they went out together a lot. Then one night they made love and that's how Taeksoo came to be. They had a lot of talk that if Xinzin was pregnant and it was a girl they mad a promise to name her Taeksoo and if it was a boy, Taemin.

But when Taeksoo was born, Taejin wasn't anywhere near her or Xinzin at all. Xinzin had chased Taejin away without letting him know that she was pregnant with Taeksoo. She had got to know that Taejin ws already a married man with three daughters and one son. Xinzin was upset and angry and she chased him out of the house. She never saw him again and 6 months later she had Taeksoo. Xinzin always thought about the promise she made with Taejin and decided to stick with it, thus her name Taeksoo. As Taeksoo grew up she was used to having just her mother, but sometimes she would get curious and ask about her father, but Xinzin would change the subject or completely ignore she asked about him. But they had enough with each other and they loved each other. But Taeksoo was still lonley. That she had a mother and not a father had her bullied in school. In China it's frowned upon to have a child out of wedlock(?) and be a lone mother.

She tried telling the teachers about the bullying, but they wouldn't do anything about it, so Taeksoo decided to become selective mute. Only talking to her mother or her friends, but she started getting interested in music and dance. So she started learning guitar and violin, but she also learned ballet which she developed to learning sword dancing. As she got older she applied for Beijing's Ballet Academy and she got in. BBA is one of the hardest schools to get into, but she got in with a full scholarship and she did really well. As a reward for doing so great at both music and dance Xinzin took Taeksoo out with her to a music store. There Taeksoo could choose any kind of instrument she wanted. She chose a guitar and a violin. How Xinzin could afford a guitar and violin was that she asked the owner if she could split they payment over time, like she could pay of one ammount one month and she continued that way until both the guitar and violin was payed off. During that period Taeksoo felt spoiled and kind of bad that she chose such expensive instruments. But Xinzin assured her that it was okay and that she had deserved it, it was a reward.

When BBA one day had a dance performance CUBE'S CEO Hong Seungsung himself was there on a vacation and decided to watch it for fun. But as he watched the performance he fell for the passion and the hard work that was shown through Taeksoo's dance. You could say he was captivated and he knew he had to make her a trainee under his company before anyone else did. That urge only intensified when he saw her dancing with swords! So when the show was over and done with he went to see if he could talk with her. He found her and Taeksoo was with her mother Xinzin, she still knew a little Korean so she spoke with Saejun about the matter. Xinzin was relucant at first, but she agreed to let Taeksoo go, but Seungsung had to take care of her. Saejun didn't mind and had an apartment set up for her very close to the CUBE building.

When she got to Korea Seungsung assigned a Korean teacher to her so she could learn the language and the customs. Later she would be introduced to the rest of the workers at the company, including the other trainees, actors and models. When the introduction was done with Taeksoo was called in to Seungsung's office. He had noticed similarities between her and VIXX's Leo. Seungsung had asked her if they possibly were related. Taeksoo didn't know of that so they called Xinzin and had her come to Korea. Then the truth came out about Xinzin and Taejin. It turns out that Leo was Taejin's son and Xinzin requested to meet with Taejin and talk.

How it all went to was kept on the downlow and away from the news. The only people who knew about this was Sseungsung, Taeksoo, Taekwoon, Jellyfish's CEO, Taejin and Xinzin. How, or more like why, Seungsung and Saejun are really good friends and they always meet up and talk about their life's and their idols. Saejun has once showed him a picture of Leo and Seungsung has immedietly noticed the similarities. And since Leo has a really noticeable personality, meaning that not many have even remotely the same as him, it was enough to raise suspicion.

However when he was looking through her file he had gotten with information about Taeksoo and her mother that he came across a pretty familiar name, Jung Taejin. Everyone knew that Jung Taejin had four children, three daughters and one son, namely Jung Taekwoon. Then he started to think: Taeksoo was similar to Taekwoon, in both personality and in looks. Taeksoo was more alike to her mother of course, but she has some similar traits to him too.

First he took contact with Xinzin and asked around her previous relationship. He told her straight out that he "may" have found out that Taeksoo had a brother, but he couldn't be too sure. Xinzin thought about it after she had that talk with Seungsung and decided to go to South Korea. It would be easier for them all if she was there in person to talk about this. After she came there, she lived in Taeksoo's apartment with her with this whole ordeal was sorted out. After some "investigation" Seungsung gave a call to Saejung to call Leo's father Jung Taejin and asked if it was possible for the three of them to visit the company building. Taejin asked why, and Saejun said that it was a family matter and under any circumstances would NOT go out in public. Taejin agreed and they planed a date and time it fit for all of them. They had to wait of course, since Taekwoon had taken a vacation with the rest of VIXX. In other words he didn't know anything at all about Taeksoo.

When Saejun, Taekwoon and Taejin arrived there they, or more like Taejun got a huge shock when he saw Xinzin there. Taekwoon was pretty confused about it all, but kept quiet all the while. Xinzin and Taejin had a talk about what happened when Taejin left China. She told him all about her life and about Taeksoo. When Taejin asked about where she was now, Seungsung informed him that she was practicing now. And to everyone's surprise Taekwoon asked if they could see her. Seungsung said it was okay and when they arrived Taeksoo was dancing ballet. She saw that they entered the practice room but finished her choreography before she addressed them. Taeksoo recognized her mother, Seungsung, Saejun and Taekwoon (since he was in VIXX and all, and she is a Starlight, though she won't admit it loud), but there was one man she didn't recognize. Afterwards they went to a meeting room and Xinxin told Taeksoo the truth about how "she came to be". To Taeksoo it all seemed so surreal and it was hard to believe, but the evidence was right in front of her. It took a while but she was open for the idea and was willing to try to get to know Taejin and Taekwoon. She was also willing to get to know Taejin's family, but they weren't so open for the idea. Some time after Taejin had called his wife and told him to take their daughters with her to the CUBE building since he had something to say. To talk to them about.

Talk they did, the rest of the Jung family was there too and they couldn't believe it. Taejin's wife Minhee and their daughters Jinhee, Minjae and Saehee didn't want to have anything to do with either Taeksoo or Xinzin, but Leo. He decided to give them a chance. He was more open minded than the rest of his family. He even said he could help Taeksoo get better in her Korean. During those times Leo and Taeksoo had gotten to know each other well. Now it seems like they have known each other since birth, and the fact that Taeksoo is Leo's younger sister has made him protective of her. He would protect her from the unwanted looks from his family (exept from Taejin) and the curious questions and glances from s and everyone else. To Leo it didn't matter that Taeksoo was just his half sister. "A sister is a sister, no matter how you look at it," he once said to her. Now she lives close to his dorm (in the same apartment complex) so if there is anything he's just a few minutes away. Now everything is going well and Taeksoo's Korean is getting better, but she still has a little accent slipping through from time to time.

However, a year and a half since then was the night Taeksoo's life changed. One day she was walking home to her apartment from Jellyfish's building. She was assaulted and left bleeding in an alley. Luckily she managed to call Taekwoon to come and help her. That very same day they went to the police office to report this crime and take tests to find the criminal. They found the one week after. It turns out that he has done the same to 6 other women, he got a life sentence. Taeksoo also later got go know that she was pregnant. An abortion had never even crossed her mind. So 9 months later, on August 24th, her son Jung Soohyun was born.

Taeksoo's life after Soohyun was born has been hard, tiring but at the same time, fun, rewarding and definitively never boring! The public doesn't know about Soohyun. The only ones who know are Taeksoo, VIXX, the rest of 새로운, Seungsung, Taeksoo's parents and Soohyun's Godparents. The public will react differently to each person. Some will be happy, some will not, if you get what I mean. There will be mixed reactions.

Style: Taeksoo wears anything she sees it to be comfortable. She can wear anything and make it look good. But her favorite types of clothes are feminine, but with an edge of punk/rock. Taeksoo's STYLE over all is girly, but she likes to combine it with punk and rock. But she has no PROBLEM being girly. She likes to dress up, but her favorite colour is black so most of her clothes are black. She even has arranged her closet: dark colors one one side and the other colors on the other side, while all of her dresses hang by themselves the same way with her shoes under the dresses and all of her hats and CAPS are in a open space above her dresses in the closet.
Extra: She has a tattoo on her right shoulder blade, it's her zodiac sign Capricorn. (This is actually my tattoo. I got it a little over a month ago :D)

Changjo also adores Soohyun, he was also one of the few people who knew about the incident. After it happened, she had called Changjo because she recognized the street, it was pretty close to Teen Top's dorm. He helped her through it all, and as a thanks she asked him too to be one of Soohyun's Godfathers.
Kim Hyuna | 22 | 4Minute | They met when Taeksoo first entered through the doors of CUBE alone and managed to get lost and had to aks for directions in broken Korean | Cool, nice, caring, stubborn, helpful | Hyuna has been very persistent with Taeksoo from the start. Taeksoo thought Hyuna was scary since she was such a well-known idol and her outgoing personality made Taeksoo feel unsure about if she was ever going to be an idol. But when Hyuna understood she had to tone it down with Taeksoo, she was actually pretty calm and spoke calmly to Taeksoo. Since then Taeksoo opened up more to her. Then at the night of the incident after Changjo had brought her to his dorm she called Hyuna for help. Hyuna met Taeksoo at the hospital and stayed with there with her for as long as she needed. After that they hve been like sisters and again Taeksoo asked Hyuna if she wanted to be Soohyun's Godmother. Hyuna was thrilled! Hyuna is also really good with Soohyun.
Lee Gikwang | 24 | B2ST | Taeksoo was introduced to the rest of CUBE as a new trainee and assigned Gikwang to show her around | Protective, kind, caring, always smiling, never angry | Gikwang has been protective of Taeksoo since day one when he showed her around the building. He instantly took notice of Taeksoo's shyness and didn't pushe her into talking to other idols, staff or trainess, he just told her what he needed to know and said that he was available whenever she needed help. Love Interest: Kim Myungsoo | 22 | Idol, INFINITE | They met for the recording for their music video for Paradise. | Myungsoo kind of has two different personalities, it's himself as Myungsoo and his character and what he is known as is L from Infinite. If we start with "Myungsoo" he is a dork. He's fun and smiling and makes jokes. He's quite the prankster when he wants to be. Myungsoo can also be quite random and space out. He's in his own world and does thing while no-one is looking. For example in their show Ranking King, in the last episode he folded a paper crane. Now if we take "L", he is indifferent to everything. He's serious and he almost never smiles unless it's fan-service or if he slips from "L" to "Myungoo" or as INSPIRIT call it "L Cosplay". L is also a part of who Myungsoo is and Taeksoo loves him all the same. | Dating | Myungsoo treats Taeksoo as a princess. He spoils her when he can. Taeksoo doesn't like being spoiled, but she can't do anything or Myungsoo will get upset. Taeksoo has always been a little insecure about their relationship since the starts. She's scared that she's a burden to Myungsoo and that she will ruin his career if/when their relationship is made public. Myungsoo always assures her that it's okay, that is one of the reasons he spoils her with expensive gifts to her company building, anonymously, of course, her gifts are always coming with a card with an encouraging message from "KMS", he takes her to secluded restaurants. He even wears disguise when he takes her to amusement parks. Sometimes Taeksoo doesn't feel worthy of being Myungsoo's girlfriend, since he's so good to her and she knows of no way to repay him. She always asks if there is a way, but he just ignores it and changes subject. And always when they are on dates or simply cuddle in Taeksoo's appartment, Myungsoo has his camera ready to take pictures of Taeksoo, Soohyun and himself.

Back-Up Love Interest: Jung Daehyun | 21 | Idol, B.A.P | They met at a café and they both ordered cheese cake and ended up sitting together and talk | Daehyun is smart, full of fun, protective, caring | Crush | Daehyun and Taeksoo met after the contract-scandal between B.A.P and TS Ent. started. He wanted some quiet and peace so he went to his most favorite café. It's secluded and not many people know that he goes there frequently. There he met a woman with a baby-stroller and ordered coffee and cheese cake. Daehyun ordered the same and saw that she had taken his favorite spot. He asked if he could sit and she said yes. Daehyun asked about the baby she had with her and the talk escalated from there. They have kept contact and go out to lunch everyday. Daehyun has become quite fond of Soohyun and Soohyun likes him too.

Trainee Years: 2 years
Trainee Background; Taeksoo has been a trainee under CUBE for two years but Taeksoo's trainee life was not as hectic as some others. She was already an amazing dancer, as said by Seungsung himself, but of course she has to practice that too. She started with vocal practice almost as soon as she arrived at CUBE. But it wasn't as easy as dancing, but she turned out to be a decent singer. She even got some tips from Taekwoon on how to become a better singer. She followed those tips and she became instantly better. And after seeing Hyuna rap, Taeksoo wanted to learn too, so she asked Hyuna to teach her. Taeksoo is a pretty fast learner and she got down the basics pretty fast and Hyuna mentioned to Seungsung to have Taeksoo try out for rapping too.

Another thing Taeksoo tried out was acting. Taeksoo has always been interrested in acting and exploring the different sides of herself as she acts different characters. Seungsung noticed her acting talent and spoke to many different companies for her to try out different roles. He took it up with Taeksoo, if she wanted to try acting, she said that she would very much love to. He also said that it would help promote her and her group when she debuts because she would be recognised easily.

- Myungsoo and Taeksoo's relationship remains a secret from the public at least until "Seroun" first comeback after debut.
- Taeksoo recieves hate from sasseng fans of Infinite, she faint because of the stress on stage. When Myungsoo hears about it he leaves his schedule and goes straight to the hospital to be with her, he even picks up Soohyun at his day-care.
- Myungsoo surprise her with white roses outside of CUBE after her practice.
- On her birthday he gives her a gift, an Alaskan Malamute puppy
- Taeksoo introduces Myungsoo to her brother Taekwoon
- Myungsoo prepares something big and speciall for their 2 month anniversary (which is on the 28th of December)
