style » Raelynn's style is more comfortable, lazy, and casual. She would rather rock a t-shirt with shorts compare to a tank top and booty shorts or a skirt any day. She's not really into dresses either. She does like wearing sandals, but will never do heels. They hurt, regardless how pretty they are. » Raelynn's quite the observant person where she observes her surrounding and people. She'll interact with someone depending on how she perceives them. Like if they are a talkative person, she'll respond back to them if they talk to her. If they seem quiet, then she'll be quiet as well, but in a polite and not a rude manner.

» Raelynn is majority of the time a quiet person. It's not like she's shy or anything, but she just doesn't have anything to say to someone unless she's curious or the person initiates conversation. Raelynn prefers to keep to herself and not reveal too much about herself to others as she's not sure how they would perceive her as.

» Raelynn is a creative person when she wants to be, but it's usually by herself or with someone she's close with. She can create all sorts of scenarios in her head and how she's able to write or type, whatever is convenient for her. The only thing in creativity aspect she lacks is actual artistic skills like drawing and painting and such. She wishes she could at least draw characters and not make stick figures.

» For some odd reason though, Raelynn can be quite forgetful. It's not that she's stupid, but her mind slips her sometimes and it depends on the information. » Despite being creative, Raelynn is a person that is indifferent to many things in some aspects. Like, she sometimes believes that her existence in her family is just to live life. Or amongst her group of friends, she feels that she's just there to neutralize everything. Raelynn feels that she's not leaning towards one thing or another, but in the balance and if it doesn't affect her, then she has no interest in it whatsoever.

background » Raelynn comes from a large family with many personalities yet everyone gets along well every now and then. She's full Thai from both side of her family and her parents immigrated to the states around the early 1980s. Her parents met in an actual "first love at first sight" kind of scenario, but her mother's brothers didn't approve of her father, so they ended up eloping. After eloping, Raelynn's older brother, Manny, was born, followed by a year later, her other brother, Peter, was born. Five years later, she was born, two years after was Freddy, a year after him was Naly, and then sever years after her came baby bro, Calvin, the last but not the least. Her uncles from her mother side ended up to eventually like her father and what not.

Anyways, while her father is more of a "to see to believe" kind of person, her mother is the one that believes in karma and the paranormal stuff. Her older brothers could care less and don't really believe in it, but they'll do the respected food offering and blessing bracelets and good luck charms kind of deal. It's Raelynn's younger brothers that are more in tune with the spiritual side as they are like "old souls" with the god-like status of Buddha and what not. Anyways, her sister is half-half with it. As for Raelynn, she believes in all of this, it's just that she's never experience such things, that she just takes it as an invisible force and if it's good luck, then its from the good karma, if it's bad luck, then it was because of the bad things she did in her past life that is happening to her now in her present one she's living.

English is Raelynn's main language since starting school as she used to be fluent in Thai, but because of the English language being the main language, she just forgot it. She relearned Thai though as she grew older, but she can't read or write it. She just understands and speak it, primarily with her family and other Thai speakers. As for Spanish, she took it since high school and then into college, but because she had no one else to talk it with, she forgot almost all of it. She can understand better than she speaks, but the comprehension is a little iffy as she doesn't remember majority of it. Because of this, being surrounded by different languages and having an interest in them, especially watching Japanese dramas, she ended up having a so-called "accent" you can say from other people's perspective. While her siblings don't have it and have that "Americanize accent", Raelynn is the only one that speaks "weird" from time to time. People at her work where she also works with her sister, Naly, people always ask her sister "how come you speak normal, but your sister has an accent?" sort of thing.

Even within her own family, Raelynn feels like she's the odd one out. It's like she's not sure what her place is within the world and feels like she's still experiencing life and learning to find out where she belongs. It's not like she's shelter or being forced back or whatever, it's how she just assumes it to be. Like, from what her mother tells her. Manny and Peter were best friends in their past lives and were giants. So in the present day, it's why they were born as brothers and are quite tall, too, to be bore by their mother. As for Freddy and Naly, they were her mother's eldest siblings that her mother was close with and were reincarnated to be born as Pim's kids. Now for Calvin, he's Buddha's kid and was a blessing to be gifted to her mother and why she bore such a golden child that everyone seem to like and what not. Anyways, for Raelynn, she thinks she just luck out and was born into a good family as her mom tells her that she was someone good in Heaven and that the Heavens just gave her to her mother.

Anyhow, Raelynn just thinks she's not that special and that life has more later on down the road somewhere she doesn't know yet. So she thinks it's just not her time yet, and she's just taking it slowly then others as she doesn't want too many worries to overcrowd her mind. Raelynn doesn't like being force into things, but sometimes things in life just happens and so Raelynn just accepts them. She's not sure why, but she just does and let the days go by as she just lives it. It's also one of the many reason why she takes to the computer world since she can be whoever she wants there. By going under a different name, writing things that isn't her life, makes her leave reality and enter into another world. It's why online in her stories, she has many fans that like her fanfictions. She's not sure why, but she finds a sense of peace within it. As for the name she goes by, Serenity was because of her love for Sailor Moon and that Serenity's meaning is calm and peaceful, and then Knight meaning for "night" of the dark and that a "knight" is brave, yet a "knight" can have many meanings if you put certain words in it it Like "dark knight, silver knight, cowardly knight, etc". She's been writing since late 2008. The only person who knows her "alter ego" is her sister, because Raelynn mainly writes stories that features her sister as the main with whatever love interest she wants to read herself with. [lol]

personality » Donghyuk is a chill kind of guy, but at first glance he's a quiet person that keeps to himself. Like sidling up to the person's side, doing playful punches, and does like a somewhat chest bump... that is awkward at times for someone that isn't into that... [like Raelynn. lol]. Well, in the eyes of Raelynn, he's a cute kid despite his protest of not wanting to be called a "kid" or "cute" and that he's a "man".

love story » Despite Donghyuk being younger than Raelynn... by like eight years, she just sees him as a fellow co-worker and nothing more. Although she will admit that he's cute, but in a more like little bro perspective. He is like two years older than her baby brother, c'mon now. Anyways, Raelynn feels like that sometime Donghyuk may like her as more than a friend status or is just too observant with what he says to her. Also the way he treats her at work is different to how he treats the other girls at work. Maybe she's thinking too much since the other guys at work treat her like one of the guys. In Donghyuk's case, he likes to initiate skinship with Raelynn, and despite not being into that, Raelynn tolerates it, but is passive about it. what makes you enter the light » Raelynn feels like she's not special and that she's just there taking up space. She doesn't know where she wants to go in life and lacks a bit of motivation. Raelynn walks into the light hoping that she would be dealt with a new set of cards to play by.

what makes you want home » The things you say and do don't really mean anything until it's not in your life anymore. That's what Raelynn realizes when she's not home and can't just easily go back to it like a safe house.
