We all know that it's gonna happen sooner or later... but I honestly think that there should have been a better way to do it than what happened. Regardless, Jessica is still under SM Entertainment, just not as a member of Girls' Generation anymore.

I'd like to think of it as an opportunity for her now to devote more time and effort to what she has always wanted to do after Girls' Generation: become a fashion designer. Sure, things may have been rocky from the beginning apparently until today, and it will get rocky still, but at least now she's more free now to do her own thing.

I know it hurts. It's shocking, surprising, sad, whatever you want to call it. But ultimately, we can't stop them from leaving Girls' Generation, no matter how they leave, when they leave. That time will and will come. Jessica just knocked our heads back to reality. That time is nearly upon us.

I can't even describe what I'm feeling right now. It's just so empty right now. But regardless, I want to wish Jessica all the best in her newfound endeavors. As for Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun, I pray that you stay strong. Regardless, for all nine girls, SONEs will still be there, ever loyal and loving. Sure, it will never be the same, but then again, when has it been the same since the beginning?

Whatever happens between now and 2017, when their contracts expire, let's just take this as another test of our undying love, devotion, and loyalty to Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun.
