HanGeng left Super Junior, KiBum is on an extremely long hiatus, JYJ left TVXQ, Kris left EXO, Sulli is currently on a hiatus and now, Jessica is on a hiatus too. 

SMEntertainment, don't you see what is happening in your company? Don't you understand what your artistes want? Don't you have any feeling? Can't you look at the positive side instead of the negative side of your artistes? Your artistes are human beings. They are not some kind of emotionless robots or money generators that you turned them into. 

HanGeng, JYJ and Kris left the company because they are being treated unfairly not by their group members but by the company itself. These boys want justice. They want a better contract. Don't you think it's obvious?

KiBum and Jessica are on a hiatus because they choose to do what they like. KiBum wants to continue being an actor while Jessica wants to focus more on her business. There people are doing what they like... Can't SM support them rather than kicking them out of their respective groups? Are you scared that they will make more money than you?

As for Sulli, I understand that she has a health issue and it was her own decision to go on hiatus.

SMEntertainment... Why are you doing your best to create legends when one day, you are going to ruin those legends? Your company became a member of the big threes because of your artistes. You better wake up and realize the damages that you have done. You have one more legendary group in your hand. You better manage them well!
