Last year in early December, I went to Sistar and MonstaX's Fanmeet. I got a chance to take a group photo with them and also HI-TOUCH! (be jealous people! Hahaha! Okay sorry... I'm so mean)

Before I start sharing about what happened at the fanmeet, let me warn you that I WAS NOT A FAN OF MONSTAX. I went there for Sistar and I was accompanying my close friend.

One month before the concert, my close friend sent me a text message...

CF: Hey Shin! Do you know MonstaX?

Me: Yes... they always hang out with Seventeen.

CF: They are coming to Singapore and I have no one to go with. Do you want to go with me?

Me: Ah... why would I?

CF: Sistar will be there also!

Me: Okay! So how much are the tickets?

CF: WE MUST GET THE CAT1 TICKETS! I WANT TO MEET THEM FACE TO FACE!

So... I agreed to go with her. Since I needed a catch up session with her, why not? And yes... it was the most expensive catch up session ever!

 

Since I was not interested in MonstaX at that point of time, I DID MY RESEARCH ON THEM!

Coincidentally, KiHyun sang an OST for "She Was Pretty", a drama that I was crazy over at that point of time.

Having only a few weeks left, I watched videos only related to MonstaX. I only listened to their songs. However, since I did not have enough time to get to know the members well, I DECIDED TO CHOOSE KIHYUN AS MY BIAS! In case if anyone asked me who my bias is and why? I would just say KiHyun because his voice is nice. (I feel bad for you KiHyun but... someone else had stolen my hearteu!)

 

On the day of the fanmeet... 

Strangely, I got a lot of MonstaX's freebies. Photocards of all seven members which I gave JooHeon's away because my close friend wanted to give to her friend. (I told you I was not a fan of them YET!) I also received a slogan. I only managed to collect 2 of Sistar's freebies and they are not even photocards or slogans! I received fanchart booklet and a piece of paper to hold up during one of Sistar's performance. (I'm so disappointed in myself.) 

Okay okay! Let's fast forward!!!! 

THE LIVE PERFORMANCES BY SISTAR AND MONSTAX WERE SERIOUSLY GOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD! I'm not regretting every cent that I'd paid for the fanmeet. (DaSom and HyoRin kept coming to my side and I'm like... OH MY GODDESS!!!!!!!)

Okay okay! Let me skip the performance because none of them notice me. (I'm a sad potatoooooooooooo!) 

 

Hi-touch! Yes! Hi-touch!

Sistar's members were the first followed by MonstaX. (I can't remember the order for Sistar but I definitely remember what happened. MonstaX made me forget about Sistar...)

1st - HyoRin smiled at me and she was pretty! Really pretty! She said, "Hi!" 

2nd - DaSom is my bias and seeing her real life... I'm awe-struck. She's so fair and beautiful. As she smiled, she said, "Hello! Nice to meet you!"

3rd - BoRa!!! Her laughter is the cutest! She also said, "Hi!"

Moving on to MonstaX

WonHo... he's such a flirt! He smirked first. Then he leaned his face forward close to mine and said, "Hi!" 

I was not nervous I'm telling you! I was not! I replied, "Hi!" while staring at him. Yes... I have a strong heart. 

MinHyuk... he's adorable that I was to keep him in my pocket! Can I? May I? With a wide smile, he said, "Hello~" 

I changed my tone to match MinHyuk's. I flashed out my widest smile too! It was a total opposite of how I was with WonHo. 

HyungWon... he's good-looking for real! Similar to WonHo, he leaned his face forward and he had the sweetest smile. Again... I'm awe-struck. 

I admit that I'm short for them. By the way, I'm 166cm tall. Again, I felt nothing... I was not nervous at all. I'm not lying. I DID WARN YOU THAT I WAS NOT A FAN OF THEM YET! 

JooHeon... his dimples!! I can't believe we are one year apart. (I'm younger!) He showed two thumbs up to me after we Hi-5 because I wore my all time favourite Thor t-shirt. I felt sorry for him... I rolled my eyes at him.  (I didn't know MonstaX called themselves the Avengers and yes! JooHeon is Thor!)

When I moved to I.M, I turned back to JooHeon and showed two thumbs up to him. JooHeon smiled and shook his head. What... I felt bad! 

I.M... he... he... he is the culprit who had stolen my heart from KiHyun. Practically, he saw what happened between me and JooHeon because the whole incident happened in front of him. He looked at me and smiled. With his deep voice, he said, "Hi. Nice to meet you." At that moment, my heart was beating really fast! I have a thing for guys with deep voice. They sound so y! AHAHAHAHAH! I don't care if that guy is a year younger than me! Ehhhh no... we may born in different years but we are just two months apart. 

I couldn't reply him. When I was in front of KiHyun, I turned back to I.M and said, "HI! Nice to meet you too~" I tried not to have that cute tone but it just happened. I hate myself. I.M laughed and nodded his head.  

KiHyun... he's so small~ Heheheh! He was like WonHo and HyungWon. He leaned his face forward and boy... let me tell you that he is HOT! like now. Like other members, he also said, "Hi!" 

As usual, I replied the same boring word to him. 

Shownu... the last one. The one who had a judging face when he saw me. I think he noticed my strange style during the hi-touch. I would hi-5 a member then I would clap my hands before giving an hi-5 to the next member. I thought I would not clap my hands after I hi-5 him. But... I can't control myself. Helloooooooo! It's a habit. Hehe~ 

 

After the Hi-touch event was done, it was time for us to take pictures with them. My close friend and I were in front of Shownu and I.M. When the MC told us that the two of us were well behaved and able to listen to instructions, I saw I.M nodding his head. Then, I knocked my head against a stranger while trying to adjust myself. I.M laughed. Why you very bad? 

 

Anyway, it was my first hi-touch experience and NOW! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT I LOVE MONSTAX??!! Like... like I'm not a hardcore fan but DAMN! THEIR SONGS ARE SO NICE! I CAN'T HELP MYSELF BUT TO LISTEN TO THEIR SONGS EACH DAY!
