i keep seeing loyal readers copy my work.

please don't.

be individual. don't take my themes. don't take my plot. don't warp my story and make it yours.

you have the potential to make something greater, don't mistaken "shadowing" with "inspiration".

i don't know if these people are not aware that they are copying, even in the subtlest of ways, that i see exactly what this "inspiration" they recieved from me was, but i have a serious request.

if your work is reflective of another author's, people know.

you know.

so if you realize while you are writing that what you have written stems from somewhere else, erase it. delete it. you don't need the work of someone else to be a good author.

can i just keep writing without getting so angry?

people keep trying to make writing such a burden for me.
