Nam Soohyun is a patient and kind girl, but she won't take from anyone.  Soohyun is quite maternal and she is easily irritated when people judge her without getting to know her. She's first seen as cold and distant because of the way she looks and dresses when she's not putting any effort in it.

Background

 

Nam Soohyun was born in the outskirts of Daegu. She was an "accident child" which means she was not planned and not wanted. She got to hear that since she was born. Soohyun as she got older felt more and more responsibility than a child should at that age. Her parents were alcoholic, but never violent. They were more like the annoying drunks who wouldn't keep quiet to save their lives. She always had to take care of them so she didn't have tome for school. They used it all on alcohol so she didn't have any chance of paying for school. 

When she was 16 she had had enough and she left her home in Daegu and left for Seoul. She had managed to save enough money to leave for Seoul and to buy a small rooftop-apartment in the middle of the city. She had sent a school-application for Seoul Academy for Performing Arts. She got in through a singing audition, and because she was that good she got a scholarship. As she started her studying she was having a lot of problems in her classes, since she didn't go to school before. The teacher assigned her a tutor which was the rich-boy Hwang Chansung, a sunbae two years older than her. Soohyun had difficulity at first, not only with learning, but also with Chansung. It wasn't that he was mean, he was quite the opposite, but Soohyun hadn't had the most pleasent meetings with other rich people. But as the time went and they spent more time together they became good friends. 

Later as Soohyun understood that she couldn't live on her scholarship she took a job as a waitress in one of the local nightclubs. She's been quiet about having a job, if students saw her working there she would be kicked out of school. Then one night whenshe was working one of the costumers had baught her a drink, but it was spiked. The costumer knew whenher shift had ended and brought her the drink. Soohyun didn't think much of it becasue she was tired and wanted to go home, then she was 20 years old (she had to go to school longer, again since she was very far behind her classmates) at that time. Just to say it, that night she was scarred for life. The guy was found and put behind bars.

After a couple of weeks later, she wasn't feeling well at school and went to see the school nurse. She assigned her to a doctor for a check up. Then she got to know that she was 8 weeks pregnant. But on Soohyun, it didn't even show that she was pregnant, not a single trace of it. Soohyun panicked and called her friend Chansung for help. Soohyun was in a panic state and didn't know what to do. But she had already decided that she would keep the baby, but she didn't have a well enough economy. Chansunf said he could help her get a new job. Chansung's father is the CEO of Samsung Enterprise and one of the school's sponsors. So he arranged it so that she got more money for her scholarship and got her a jop as a reseptionist in the loby of the company building.

When Soohyun's child was born, it was a beautiful baby-boy who she named Hyung Jin, luckily she was finished with her schooling in September (she was then in her 5th month.) and he was the best thing that has ever happened to her in her life. She couldn't explain how happy she was shen he was born. Chansung was actually with her that day, he didn't want her to be alone. Then half a year later, Chansung confessed to her and they have been together since.

Personality: 

Chansung has always been a sweet babo. He is a funny idiot, but that is what makes him so sweet. He's also pretty protective over Soohyun and now his "son" Hyung Jin. He would do anthing for them and won't stop at nothing to keep them safe.

They met when Soohyun's teacher assigned him to tutor her.
