if there's something i like to brag so much, it's my superior music preference..hahahahah... (i'm not humble...well i tried, but i also like to be proud of something too...lol...so...just...deal with it/bricked/).

This guy...i think i've raved a few times about his music...and how much he inspired my writing(even if my writings are all so lacking to be connected to all the beautiful music they're inspired by><)...a huge part of floral rain(one of my personal fav of the fics i've written here) is inspired by my feels for so many of his songs n a few other non mainstream singers. and also he loves the rain(which is probly an attempt to emulate the romance in floral rain n give a happier ending...but idk...it went to a different path n is now on indefinite hiatus) his music has that ability to make me feel like i'm in love when i'm not. lol. very few singers can give that impact to me, but...i think solo singers i love have more of that ability...since groups' music often are just mainstream or genre-based and lack that...personalized feels/emotions for me. but idk...let's just say, if i want to write love story but i've no feels...i'll go to his songs to try get some feels...(and if you know, my love stories are more focused on emotions than other stuffs so they might bore many of you anyways)...

Lately...i noticed how overrated is(don't get me wrong,i read too n i love my boyXboy pairings too but not overratedness)...with people worshipping them as the better quality in general compared to straight stories(why blame the pairing? blame it on the writers who write straight stories badly n write oh so awesomely...psh)...and since you know how i always have this desire to rebel...tsk...i've been writing more straight stories, n losing ideas for my boyXboy stories for now T^T(nooo, my kevkwang, minjun and heewan n even an unpublished draft hyunkyu/coughs/ -well, at least the kevkwang one isn't a love-centered fic)......and since people seem to hate oc/you...including me actually...i've been trying to face my fears of writing female oc...and after unlock the devil fourever, and love song in may, i feel that, female ocs aren't that bad to write...it's a challenge actually to make them a character you won't be ashamed to own...although i still need to bring back the love for girlgroup characters...and also...my newest desire is to try write male oc....that'd be so hard...xD...but i guess...we can consider the male character in love song in may is an oc?(and i would say LSIM is my most successful fic to date. no one famous or popular tag, no promo, nothing...but it got more love than my other fics huhu..)...n also june's promise...but...honestly...i have my own reference kinda for the characters, so they're ocs to the readers, but maybe not entirely oc to me. xD but now that i'm not feeling much feeeels to write romance...i might need to go back to this guy's songs for inspiration for june's promise.

lemme teach you one thing i learnt through experience n observations though,...in marketing...you can't have pride or act coy -being coy basically means...being fake anyway. no such thing as being subtle or mild...or too strong in promotion/marketing. you go big or go home. how i wish i can get the opportunity to do marketing for at least one of my fav singers since they all always tend to be the not so big ones...i'll show 'em how you get things done...anyone wanna hire me? lol.
