I'm Mad...Again...

Prepare for a short yet very offensive rant (but then again, the only reason you would get offended is if you were guilty of the stupidity that I'm about to talk about right?)

It's safe for me to assume that everyone here has heard of the ferry that sank in Korea, correct?

It hurt to watch the news, but ever since then I'm always constantly looking for updates on the situation. It's bittersweet because of course this whole situation is sad, but it's nice to see that there are people out there who care about the victims and their families even though they have no relations with them whatsoever.

My faith in humanity should be restored, right?

Nope, because there are always people that gotta kill that hope real quick.

Aaaaaand this is where my rant may begin to upset certain people but like is said, if you get offended from this then seriously, it means you're guilty.

I can sum up everything I'm about to say with just two words: EXO fans.

And this isn't directed to ALL EXO fans, just a select number.

I understand that all of us were hyped for their "Overdose" comeback, but how can people seriously get mad at SM wanting to postpone EXO'S comeback because of the Sewol ferry?

You had parents waiting to hear from their kids to know if they were alive of not, and a lot of EXO fans were getting mad that they didn't get their new music video?!?!?

Like... ARE YOU GUYS MENTAL?!?!?!?! WHAT POSSIBLY MADE YOU WAKE UP AND THINK IT WAS OKAY TO SAY STUFF LIKE THAT?!?!?!?!?! Like seriously ...I can't even....

I get that a lot of us have no connection to the victims of the ferry accident, but seriously, there's no way that you don't feel one ounce of sympathy for those people. There's no way that the only thing on your mind is EXO right?

I don't want to sound rude, and my words are probably sounding meaner than they should because I'm hungry and it's 1:20AM over here, but seriously, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Or maybe your parents should be ashamed, since they apparently never taught you anything when they were raising you -_-

And you still wonder why people hate EXO fans?!?! People like that aren't exactly helping their case....

*taking deep breaths*

I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this but whatever, I'm not taking back what I said, though I'm sorry it sounded rude but there was really no other way I knew how to word it.

I want this whole ferry situation to end but only because those remaining families need some closure, don't you agree?

I had to get this off my chest.

Oh yeah, I did hear about that... EXO fans being rude, I mean. ("Some" EXO fans...)

It's utterly ridiculous. -_-

I was reading those posts that had some of the students' last texts to their parents/loved ones... T_T So sad~~ And then you have some EXO fans who could care less and just want a comeback. (I heard the song was leaked, but didn't/haven't listened to it).

Like...what even.

I completely agree with what your saying. I read the exact same comments too and blew my top off. What's worse is most of the people posting those comments are not fans and are doing it to make the fandom look bad. I am so heartbroken over the incident even though I'm half way around the world. Atleast there are some fans who are kind, they are donating so much in name of exo.

it's good that you got it off your chest and your rant is not offensive in one way as it's the bleak truth.

i even read that one of them said that if sm wanted to respect the victims, why can't they respect exo's fans too? she said that the fans has been waiting for the comeback and it's not easy for them too. --" i was like... how can they compare "waiting for comeback" with "ferry sinking". omg, it was very clear on what we should take as a priority. they didn't think at all, what if they're in the position of the family's victim. it was about life, something that most precious for each person. --"

i mean, you're right. idek why some EXO stans say those kinds of words.
what if they were in the victims' position?
i'm sure they'll ask for help, not a comeback.

and probably they'll feel hurt bc there are some people who aren't concerned about their situation and all they care about was just an album.

the comeback can wait, right?

and no, you're not going to get a lot of hate bc you have a point in what you said~

i hope the lost victims will be found (and hopefully they are alive, although i doubt that since it's been 2-4 days since the ferry accident happened)
