` style     | Mizuki is a very stylish girl. At home, she loves wearing simple shirts and skirts or dresses. It often looks like she's off to somewhere though she's just really going to stay inside. When going out, it varies whether she'll go to a somewhere near or far. When she's off to a far place, like 2 kms from her house, she usually wears denim jeans and a button up shirt or simple blouse. On the other hand, if the place is near, she often wears dark blue or black shorts and an off-shoulder blouse or a hanging blouse. Her trademark style is tying her cardigan on her waist when she's wearing shorts, skirts, or dresses. Her style quite goes in an opposite way but that's the way she likes it. During formal occasions, she's one of the few that will gain attention because of her simple yet elegant dresses. ` personality | Mizuki is a very loving and caring daughter and sister. She always checks on her parents about their day at work and health. She also helps her younger brother in doing his homeworks and when he's reviewing for an examination. And sometimes, does the research for her older sister when the latter has too many things to do. However, she is lazy when it comes to doing household chores but never when it comes to her studies. She tends to make alibis just for her not to do the chores she's supposed to do. Sometimes, she even bribes her brother just to do it for her. Though she doesn't like cleaning, she still maintains the cleanliness of her room. Just her room. Her books are well-organized as well as her clothes. She would feel irritated when everything is not in place. She is very close to her siblings but there are times when they don't seem to go well. She often argues with her younger brother because of small things but will soon make up before the day passes; courtesy of her younger brother. While she's often being shout at by her sister because of her mistakes on the researches she was asked to do. Nevertheless, Mizuki respects her family a lot and is capbale of doing anything for them.

Mizuki is a very bright and optimistic person. With this personality of hers, she was able to make friends easily. She babbles on a lot of things. She's a very random person. But this what gives her friends' laughter. She's the one who usually has the courage to intorduce herself to anyone new in the vicinity; this goes mostly in her class. She is easily satisfied and will laugh on whatever joke is being thrown at her even though it's really corny. In return, she also mentions a lot of corny jokes and not-so-cheesy pick-up lines. Despite the problems that may arise among her group of friends, she always remains positive. She always tell them that 'every problem has a solution' and 'you can overcome it'. She is the source of her friends' strength and hope. She uses harsh words with her friends most of the time. She's very straightforward and will point out anyone's mistake on the spot. However, there are times when she's a really slow person. Like when someone throws a joke, everyone has made their comments while she's still thinking what is it all about and will laugh when everyone moved on already.

For the people who don't know her or just met her, she looks like someone as a very serious person. When someone greets her, she greets back with a warm smile and a slight bow. At first meeting, she looks like a shy person who you wouldn't hear a single word when she speaks. But the world will definitely turn upside down because once she opens , the talk will be endless. She would only shut up when the person is alreayd angry or when she's being glared at. 

Mizuki is still in the process of being a mature girl. However, this doesn't stop her from knowing how to show her strength and keep her weaknesses. She never told anyone about her problems. If it's obvious, she'll just tell them she's fine and starts doing the same old things she does. When she wanted something, she is really dedicated in pursuing and achieving it. And no one can stop her from doing so unless it will be her choice.

On stage, Mizuki always thinks that it is her last performance. She always gives her best and pulls off a side of hers that she never knows exists. The cheerful aura is long gone and is placed by dark and y aura. During interviews, she is mostly the one who talks and drops comments about certain things. However, she can't stay still in her place. She tends to move on her seat every once in a while, especially when the camera is not directed at her.

Off stage, the Mizuki on stage is long gone. Once she went down of the stage, she will be very embarrassed of everything she did. She was never confident when it comes to the concept on stage but she still does it.

` background | Mizuki was born and raised in Kasuga, Fukuoka, Japan on October 27, 1991. They were living in simple house not that far from Kasuga Koen. Her father works as a professor in Fine Arts at the Kyushu University while her mother works as a cashier in a department store at the Seiya Mall. Her older sister just graduated and is now a registered while her younger brother is on his second year in college and is taking Business Management.

At the age of 5, Mizuki already wanted to be a singer after witnessing a band performing on the streets of Fukuoka. She was with her sister that time and the latter was the first one to know about her dream. When she reached home, she immediately told it t her parents. At first, they hesitated at her dream. Thinking that she's still too young and would might change her mind as she grows. Nevertheless, the were still happy that Mizuki has thought about her future already.

Mizuki studied in a public school since elementary until middle school. She concentrated on her studies that made her parents thought that she forgot about her dreaming being a singer already. She received multiple awards and trophies throughout her study. She barely join any singing competition at all and would most likely take part in a dance class. She even won second prize in an art making contest held in her school during her 5th grade. Mizuki graduated with an honor during her elementary and middle school graduation.

After graduating in middle school, Mizuki shocked her parents by telling them that she wanted to do an audition in Korea under a famous entertainment. Of course, her parents didn't allow her because she's barely 18 that time and it would be hard for her to cope up with the language and all. Mizuki, being the hard-headed and stubborn girl she is, continued persuading her parents for nearly three months. Throughout those months, she tried her best in learning the Korean language. Unfortunately, it became a hard thing for her. But she didn't give up easily. She continued studying the language until she nearly gets perfect the basic and conversational phrases and statements.

Mizuki flew to Seoul with her father, who's taking a leave from the university, and best friend. Once they landed, Mizuki immediately informed her father that she'll be auditioning in SM Entertainment. She sang Katyusha's song and danced to BoA's Listen To My Heart. WIth much anticipation, she luckily passed the audition and started training since then.

And the rest was history...
