[Rainbow Rambling] #6 Stupidity n Fickleness of Kpop Fans

One thing i notice is how fickle kpop fans are.

excuse me, let me correct that....FICKLE....with the capital letters.

having being into kpop for almost a decade...i can't help but notice that.

fans are loyal as long as their group is on top of popularity level or somewhere there...

once there's shiny new thing...their interest n loyalty change.

of course you'd disagree when you're in major fandom...cuz they mostly don't get affected by that. since they're already major...n kpop fans just like to be in a popular thing.

http://www.allkpop.com/article/2014/02/rainbow-blaxx-say-they-are-ier-than-girls-day#axzz2sHHrMl1H

my apologies that this article especially the comments...disgust me to no end...you can clearly see the lameness of kpop fans where support is always on the big thing n attack is always for the weaker ones. n crazier is when ppl get thumbs down for talking sense n ppl who just hate based on their fickleness would go giving thumbsup to each other as if they did a great job bullying the weaker.

(btw, i might as well admit if you're gonna read the comments, that whoever you think is me in the comments, is me. lol, don't waste time asking it here since i ain't gonna answer such an unimportant question.)

i admit popularity wise, Rainbow now is behind Girl's Day. Girl's Day has always been fairly popular in Korea ever since they got into their uber cutesy concepts(which is when i started to lose interest in following their music though i still fairly like them)...but internationally...Girl's Day has been bashed n attacked a lot...until recently when they reached top popularity level especially after winning music show with their new song. ahhhh, so that explains the passionate support for Girl's Day n the attack on Rainbow Blaxx. maybe when Rainbow could win something or become popular in their local mainstream music shows, maybe then suddenly everyone would so passionately loving them. i remember same could be said abt Nine Muses...they were often bashed back then...n suddenly they came out with songs nonstop n their reality/documentary show that seemed to show the company's extreme cruelty on them(but really guys...are you that naive to believe other companies aren't like that n that their company is beyond horrible? if the company is really that bad...they wouldn't be in there anymore, n the comapny won't be stupid enough to let public see how bad they are if they're really so much worse than other companies....there are still so many logical arguments i can make about the whole nine muses-star empire thingy...but since this is Rainbow centered, let's keep that short....so...Nine Muses gained some support, sympathy n popularity...n then the ripple effect happen n everyone just follow the 'in' thing which is to support them. i've seen the lameness of kpop fans n their popularity centered love n support n i'm just fking tired n disgusted of it...if it's not for the groups i like n still want to keep up with their news....i would've be done with this stupid world/culture of kpop fandoms. oh btw...Rainbow Blaxx actually got #2 in Inkigayo last week? do you know what that means? :)

and one more thing is about how everyone complaints about y concept...yadayada...but then on music shows...Girl's Day got #1 n Rainbow Blaxx got #2 beating some of the more big names.......oh boohoo...so people hate y concept n it's really cheap n bleh ty no class embarassing rite? rite....that's why these girlgroups who can only dream to get such spot could reach that level with y concept....oh the irony....ye kpop fans make so much sense that i'm crying cuz of your intelligence that totally touched me....TT____TT n to those who said girl's day started the y concept....dear goodness....you gave me heartattack there...how long you been on kpop.....two months?

and before you go saying...'that's why boygroups are better they don't have to strip on stage n still can win'....as a fellow female species....SHAME on YOU. do you know that all your oppars as well as those s don't even decide what they wear/dance/sing/heck maybe what they even says? or for mostly... shame that you're ever so willing to degrade your own species when you should feel sorry for them or angry that female is still being ually exploited, not that males don't....but then again, female fans are more easily exploitedmanipulated(that's the word) that even without offering shirtless guys or some extreme ual exploitation on the guys, they're already going crazy buying whatever sold to them....so why do the extra work when female are just that easy? sigh. boygroups or girlgroups(y or cute or fierce or whatever). they're the same. they have dreams. they work towards it. but they're just puppets to a certain extent. it's the puppeteers that decide whatever or however they will be presented as products. so, what makes the boys deserve to be worshipped like gods n girls only be degraded to s level by you fans when they're just the same. i don't know if anyone get my point. i'm just so frustrated n ashamed with our stupidity n how we're often so proud of that stupidity of ours.

eh. sorry, i'm not proud of it though, so fking ashamed...so so so fking ashamed.

does this look like sth they'd lovee to do on their own if given a choice?

and the quote "As long as we're doing it, might as well do it with confidence."

didn't it tell enough....that since they have to do whatever they do might as well do their best n be confident? doesn't it tell a lot of the unspoken? is reading between [not-so-subtle] lines really that hard?

well, let's end this on a positive note...even though i'm still so fking annoyed.
