Question to Graphic designers

I need to turn a man into a woman

So... besides Photoshop, do you guys know another editting program that is easier to use and understand?

I just use Photoshop, but tbh I'm not very good at turning a man into a woman etc.haha. I think you should just find nice matching photo and adjust the skin color. There are plenty of tutorials online. Good luck ;)

There is gimp and Pixlr
I use Pixlr more because I just recently got gimp and Im still not fermiliare with it yet

there is gimp, personally I don't do graphics
but my friend here is really good, and I know she use gimp..
maybe you should try it..
