While our dear leader Kim Sunggyu gives everything 1000% regardless of whether or not he wins awards, such hardcore dedication to his craft naturally leads to the bestowal of accolades. Barring those he has received as part of Infinite, he himself has also been the recipient of a number of honors.

NUMBER ONE HEODANG LEADER

Yeah, so heodang basically means “clueless”, but he’s still the best at it! Take that, other non-clueless Kpop leaders!

NUMBER ONE DANCE RUINER

Um, so…not really an award…but he did win twice! And the first time, he got some of the first non-Infinite member kisses he’s had in awhile as a prize! That’s got to count for something!

And for anyone who is wondering or doesn’t remember why he was…um, honored, with this award, let’s have a refresher, shall we?

Darn, these “awards” are a little depressing. For me, since, what does it say about me that I have such a dork as my ultimate bias? (Oh okay, and for Gyu, too, I guess…but mostly me. Ha).

Aha! An actual award! Take that, other actual award-winning Kpop leaders! And he won it twice!

So…um, apparently, there weren’t any other awards. (And yes, all the ones cited were from Weekly Idol, but that does not make them less legitimate!)

That hurts me in my very special Gyu place.  I mean, how can this ultra-talented, alicious man not be sweeping up every award everywhere?!?

A travesty! A pure travesty!
